More and more i think Ubisoft content are dangerous for the project, that why i take some precaution.
The Ubisoft agreement allow to a "users to publish screenshots of all their [Ubisoft] games under a free license", but this image (and all over from Category:Prince of Persia) are "Ubisoft press materials". That why i would like to know what must we do with it.
I think, the better thing to do it deleting that.
Thank for your comment. --~ bayo or talk 16:26, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
- Plus, have we receive a confirmation from Ubisoft of the last agreement? ~ bayo or talk 16:31, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
I'm sure there's nothing wrong with uploading pics from Ubisoft as per User:Avatar/Ubisoft. There's no reason to delete uploaded screenshots. wlodi (talk) 17:03, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
- Delete This is not a screenshot. This is press material. -Nard the Bard 22:28, 28 October 2008 (UTC)
- Delete Per nomination. And by the way, I'm pretty sure that the UbiSoft guy that released those images as free didn't realize that he was giving an irrevocalbe blank permission for anyone to build games that perfectly mimic their game's GUI. --Damiens.rf 16:04, 29 October 2008 (UTC)

- Keep - a screenshot is an image taken ingame; it is not clear that this is a constructed press image. It could come from a cut scene or a screenshot mode with GUI turned off; based on trailers and previews, the ingame visual quality and style indeed matches the style of this image. - Simeon87 (talk) 17:40, 15 November 2008 (UTC)
- Delete per Simon87: it must be clear, that this is a screenshot, not the other way. Ubisoft aggreed only to screenshots, not to all their works, so delete. --Martin H. (talk) 17:28, 17 November 2008 (UTC)
- Comment - I agree but not all images without GUI are non-screenshots.. how about e-mailing Ubisoft to see whether this material qualifies as screenshot? - Simeon87 (talk) 16:29, 19 November 2008 (UTC)
- Delete. I agree with bayo, we have to be extra-careful regarding Ubisoft content. Screenshots can be re-made anyway. Jean-Frédéric (talk) 14:01, 7 February 2009 (UTC)
Deleted. Ubisoft allows users to take screenshots of their games and release them under a free license. This means that the individual user has to choose the perspective and thus adds creativity to the image. On this image the perspective and the character arrangement was chosen by Ubisoft, so we would need extra permission for that. Just the fact that this might be a screenshot is not sufficient to say it is released under a free license. ChrisiPK (Talk|Contribs) 20:19, 20 February 2009 (UTC)
