Classical Greek Wikipedia
[επεξεργασία κώδικα]Χαῖρε! I've noticed that you write on your page that you know Ancient Greek, so I was wondering if you could join us in developing the Ancient Greek Wikipedia in the Wikipedia Incubator.
Besides, I'm looking for about nine assistants (there are already three of us) to translate this Russian map of ancient Greece into Ancient Greek (about 100-150 place names per person). Luckily, it's based on an old Latin map. Would you be willing to translate a list of about 150 toponyms from Latin into Ancient Greek? I would then insert the toponyms into the map.

It would also be great if you could sign and share this petition, addressed to the Language Committee of the Wikimedia Foundation, which suggests them to recognize the possibility for classical languages such as Ancient Greek (and Latin) to develop their own Wikipedia projects. The text is available in several European languages. I'm counting on your support!
