Please don't take my 'copyedit' flagging as being critical... it's good content, really, it is. I just noticed that your writing is pretty heavy on the use of very complex sentences that, while gramatically correct, are a bit hard to parse. Why did you remove references from the "Shoop" song article on the Linda Lewis section? You DO NOT remove sources from articles. You better put my sources back in. <b><fontspan colorstyle="color:black;">Caden</fontspan></b> <fontspan colorstyle="color:red;"><small>cool</small></fontspan> 22:24, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
:Next time I see you removing sources again from articles, I will report you. <b><fontspan colorstyle="color:black;">Caden</fontspan></b> <fontspan colorstyle="color:red;"><small>cool</small></fontspan> 22:34, 8 June 2015 (UTC)

I put in more readily accessible sources for the relevant information. Report me now if you want - I'll stand by my work. And I'm not taking ultimatums from you.--Cherrylimerickey (talk) 22:52, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
:What you did by removing reliable sources is pretty much called vandalism. And the sources you added were not that great. <b><fontspan colorstyle="color:black;">Caden</fontspan></b> <fontspan colorstyle="color:red;"><small>cool</small></fontspan>

What the hell indeed. I assumed the objection was over my replacing a physical book source for the single's chart rankings with a URL. Seriously - you reverted my entire edit to reinstate the chart peak for the parent album of "It's in His Kiss"? That information is only relevant to the album, which has its own article. But it's just a few words so I will not be contentious. Again if you want to report me for vandalism - do so. I'm not sure what justification any editor could use to toss out all my hard work rather than simply replacing the info on the album into the article. --Cherrylimerickey (talk) 23:10, 8 June 2015 (UTC)
:I reverted your edit because you REMOVED reliable sources that I added for both the single chart ranking and the album chart ranking, so get your facts straight. Your removal of reliable sources is called vandalism. Do not remove referenced text again. <b><fontspan colorstyle="color:black;">Caden</fontspan></b> <fontspan colorstyle="color:red;"><small>cool</small></fontspan> 01:34, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

I won't argue over an insistence that the album chart ranking be included in an article on the single - it is irrelevant but I admit it hardly bloats the article. And I admit I should have summarized my rationale in deleting the album chart ranking. But your response is disproportionately emotional. As far as the chart peak of the single - I didn't delete the info: I augmented it by adding more detailed info on the chart position week by week. I don't have access to the British Hit Singles and Albums book but looking at the sample pages available online it only provides peak positions & "weeks on" not the weekly breakdown which I edited into the article. To get the weekly breakdown of the single's chart rankings I had to consult the UK Official Charts website - don't see how any editor could dismiss that source as "not that great" - ; anyway, as http://www.officialcharts.com/artist/14850/linda-lewis/ verified the single's overall peak as well as the weekly breakdown, retaining a separate source for the single's peak position alone seemed superfluous. I think any objective editor would concur.

I can understand editors being concerned. I cannot understand anger.--Cherrylimerickey (talk) 17:54, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
:Okay let me clear something up, I wasn't angry at you. I was annoyed because you removed the sources without explanation. Perhaps I should of approached you differently. Anyway you expanded her section and it looks fine and you restored my sources which is also a good thing. <b><fontspan colorstyle="color:black;">Caden</fontspan></b> <fontspan colorstyle="color:red;"><small>cool</small></fontspan> 21:08, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

Thanks for your reply. I'd no wish to endlessly debate with you - I was hoping to hit a conciliatory note with you & I'm pleased that seems to now be the case.--Cherrylimerickey (talk) 21:19, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
:I agree and I too am pleased we worked it out. I would like to apologize for calling you a vandal. I was wrong to have said that. Your edits are good and so are the sources you added. You included so much good information to the Linda Lewis section and in the process made it so much better compared to what it originally was. I also noticed that you have created several music related type articles all well written with good refs. Keep up the good work.
