== Highway Agency Responsibility ==
I removed the Highway Agency responsibility black band in the Junctions List as it does not add any information that is not already in the article and also it is unsightly. If others feel that this informaiton should be catalogued for all matorways, then I think that the appropriate place would be the reference box rather than the Junction List.
The recommended Wikipedia standard for Exit Lists is that notable structures and boundaries should be shown. I am not happy with the [[M4_motorway|M4]] representation of the England/Wales border and it is one of the things that I plan to look at. I have also moved coordinates out of the junction lists, but have retained references to them (for example, the article on the [[M62_motorway|M62]].
