It was deleted twice, after which the Bg007 reuploaded without any attribution and a fraudulent GFDL tag. In contradiction with the GFDL tag, it incorrectly states that an old coat of arms can't contain copyright, which is wrong anyhow based on who drew it per [[c:COM:COA]]. I would nominate for deletion if I saw it on Commons.
