I dropped by your talk page after seeing [[Special:Diff/964464870|this edit]] wherein you placed a sockpuppet protection on the page ''[[True and the Rainbow Kingdom]]''. It was almost heaven sent for me seeing that as I am dealing with a persistent sockpuppeteer by the name of {{u|Albe23413}}. The user was initially blocked for sockpuppetry by {{noping|Berean Hunter}} in July 2019 for one week. The user would be slapped with an indefinite block on February 2020 after I reported a sockpuppet of his, {{u|AbstractAudition}}, to {{noping|Bbb23}}. Since then, the user has amassed [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedia_sockpuppets_of_Albe23413 a long list of sockpuppet accounts], most of which I've reported to checkusers such as the aformentioned Bbb23, {{noping|El_C}} and {{u|NinjaRobotPirate}}. I have recently just reported another Albe23413 sockpuppet, {{u|Cocisj455}}, but less than 2 days after the sock was blocked, he has created another sockpuppet {{noping|Pamasawata0296}} which I've already [[User talk:NinjaRobotPirate#Another Albe23413 sock|reported to NinjaRobotPirate]]. With the emergence of Pamasawata0296, the sockpuppeteer has now created 15 sockpuppet accounts between July 2019 and July 2020. I must admit that being on the lookout for Albe23413's sockpuppets and reporting them is getting tiresome, and in several occassions his sockpuppets have actually resorted to [https://en.m.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Bbb23&oldid=944867127 stalking my account] to see if I've reported his new sockpuppet or outright [[User talk:Gardo Versace#Are You Stalker|harassing me on my talkpage]]. That's why I turned to you for help in perhaps, providing a more concrete solution to deter Albe23413 from creating further sockpuppet accounts.

It is for this reason that I would like to request that sockpuppet protection be placed on the pages that Albe23413 and his sockpuppets frequents. There is a catch to that request though. Unlike in ''True and the Rainbow Kingdom'', Albe23413 does not confine himself to just one article. Rather, he edits a set of related articles. Generally, it is [[teleseryes]] from [[ABS-CBN (TV network)|ABS-CBN]] that he edits, but he has a particular gravitation towards ''[[Ang Probinsyano]]'' and its allied pages (''[[List of Ang Probinsyano episodes]]'', ''[[List of Ang Probinsyano characters]]'', ''[[List of Ang Probinsyano guest stars]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 1)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 2)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 3)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 2)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 3)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 4)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 5)]]'' ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 6)]]'', ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 7)]]'' and ''[[Ang Probinsyano (season 8)]]''). Hello Ponyo, I was wondering if you might have a moment to have a look at [[Marty Munsch]]. You had protected it on Feb. 13 and as soon as it expired, a resume-like version reappeared thanks to an anonymous (IP) user. I attempted to restore it to an encyclopedic status and remove unsourced material on June 29 and a few days later, another anonymous user again vandalized my edits with no comments or discussion. This has been going on for over a decade with a couple of administrators getting involved. It seems to be the same user as [[User:5.133.153.36|5.133.153.36]], [[User:Hh11122|Hh11122]] and probably many others. This user, by writing, seems to be from Serbia, but by the articles that she/he has been editing it is more likely that she/he is from Croatia. I found them in the deleted edit history of [[JSX Flight 284]] (now a redirect). There are quite a few accounts in that history, including {{noping|A randomdood}}, whose edits also struck me. My guess is they are not part of the same sock farm, if for no other reason they weren't uncovered in your checks. Also possible they're socks of each other. :::::::::::::I was actually staying at the Wabasso campground, outside of Jasper, on Monday evening. Our campground was one of the first to be evacuated, 90 - 120 minutes before the townsite. Lots of downed trees on the drive down the mountain (thankfully, cleared sufficiently to drive) and ash raining down from the sky. Then, a 1500 Km drive home (normally, just under 400 Km), sleeping in rest stops and highway pullouts. The rest stop I stayed at on Tuesday night was part of a separate forest fire on Wednesday! But, I had it extremely lucky. One of the first to be evacuated, and plenty of supplies (food, coffee, water, propane) in the campervan. My heart breaks for Jasper. It's my home away from home. I'm hoping you can help me with a sockpuppet identification. I just ran into one of their sockpuppets and blocked them and an IP account they were using as well, so I don't need to report them but I thought I could look at the SPI report to see if I can learn more about them to spot them sooner. Their MO is to register accounts and immediately start closing AFDs, often as "No consensus". They will close as many AFDs as they can before they are blocked. The IPs generally geolocate to the NYC area. Do you know who the sockmaster is here? **Well, I usually don't pay attention to IPs and locations as they can so easily be spoofed but NYC has been consistent with this AFD vandal. But one thing that has been curious to me about the geolocation issue though is how many sock farms are either located in Ashburn, Virginia or Redmond, Washington...it's led me to conclude that these might be default locations with some VPNs. I'm not exactly sure how VPNs work or how IP accounts are assigned to locations but when you see the same locations pop up again and again with many different socks, it does make you wonder.
