{{Re|Rosguill}} Hi, thanks for this. As you say there are already articles for mnemonics used in other countries (i.e. the US) so my intention is to fill that gap. However, the UK has recently changed from CBSIFTCBE to CBSIFTBEC, as noted in the article, so despite the instructors manual being publicly available, it hasn't been updated to reflect this change yet! Once the next revision is published I'll update this page.

Did you ever get an answer about the PA25 props? My gliding club in Australia has 3 PA25s with 2-bladed props. We tried a 4-blade to reduce noise, but the loss of power was unacceptable given the relative shortness of our runways (700m). Speculation: England: small area, high population, strong focus on preservation of rural idyll and hence quietness. USA: large area, lower population density, hence less concern about noise.
