"A Walk in Hell"

Plot

The aforementioned group plans to take a hike to Colorado River, expecting to take about a week. They encounter their first difficulty when the path to the river ends, and they proceed through a steep canyon. In the meanwhile, a heat wave strikes their locations, leaving them with great difficulties in maintaining hydration, and their attempts to find a waterfall, directed by recollections of one of their members, is thwarted by them encountering the waterfall dried up. As more and more group members collapse, the three remaining scouts go off in search for the river, which they find located down a 200 foot cliff. As they attempt to reach it, one of them collapses from the heat, and the others, motivated by fear of his death, descend the cliff and reach the river, where they encounter paramedic kayakers who attempt to help them, however being incapable of preventing the death of the last collapsed scout. The next morning, the rest of the collapsed group is found and rescued by helicopters.
