Controversies

In June 2008, an aged couple claimed that NKKP Raja called them over phone and asked them to register their 10-acre (40,000 m2) land in favour of his men. They alleged that Raja and others had a role in their abduction in connection with a property claim. They also filed a memo apprehending danger to their lives as well as those of their grandchildren.[3] In August 2008, he was dropped from the state cabinet. [4]
