Teufaiva Sport Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Nukuʻalofa, Tonga. It is used mostly for rugby union and football and the Ikale Tahi team matches. The stadium holds 10,000 people. It is the home ground of the Tonga national football team.[1] Teufaiva is where the Secondary School sports in Tonga are held (every year). Also, in 2019, Tonga will be hosting the Pacific Games there. In January 2015, it was announced that the stadium would undergo a reconstruction to prepare for the 2019 Pacific Games.[2]
There is also a gym located within the stadium, Teufaiva Gym Tonga. It was recently renovated and a "The Rock" art piece was added to the wall. Either join the gym as a member or pay a daily fee whenever you want to work out. Different work outs are available, either work out alone or join bootcamp sessions throughout the year.
