There seems to be a run of IP sockpuppets going through the University System of Maryland/Combnet IP range and as soon as one is blocked, he/she pops up with a new IP. It's now moved to taunting administrators who have blocked them. See 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and User_talk:Toddst1#Univ_of_Maryland_IP_troublemakers

There's a discussion about it on Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard/Incidents#University_System_of_Maryland_IP_vandals.

I hope this is in the right format - never done one of these before. Toddst1 (talk) 00:38, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I just recieved sort of a confession on my talk page about this User_talk:Toddst1#Coming_Clean Toddst1 (talk) 00:47, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please consider this abuse report withdrawn. Toddst1 (talk) 04:49, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Per above, not really "rejected", but no further actions needs to be taken. Vivio TestarossaTalk Who 04:57, 10 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
