As a former representative of the Church of Satan Gilmore has been de-frocked by the Official Church of Satan and the split that happened at the death of the famous and celebrated religious leader, icon Anton Szandor LaVey. This is official as of October 14, 2022. He has been embroiled in several legal battles for the titles and has lost his status.

His High Priest is now not Gilmore, who not only in court is not a priest in an official capacity. However, Magus of Ordo Satanas took over his position in October of "Anno Satanas 57" - a calendar the members go by. But pending legal actions are taking over to completely remove Gilmore. His office has expired.

Within regards to the deceased Magus Anton Szandor LaVey's bloodline; oldest son and oldest daughters' religious Satanic churches, orders, and all temples affiliated have dismissed his services. The blood relatives of the High Priest LaVey, the true founder of the Church of Satan, especially High Priest Stanton Zarahoff LaVey has presently taken over his eminency's position.

Gilmore & Nadramia's Hell's Kitchen Productions LLC leaves de-frocked priest Gilmore a former participant. Childhood young follower, Gilmore tried to mimic the works of Anton Szandor LaVey's famous Church, mainly his cover art. Gilmore, who attempted the ascension to the position has been since dismissed.

The founder knew before he unfortunately died in 1997 that his children would ascend to the roles Gilmore now falsely claims. Peter H. Gilmore lives in Pouchkeepsie, New York in a Victorian black house, "painted lady" featured on-line in photographs. There is no movements in his name, no religious church he founded, and sadly his retirement age has been reached. No records of his death have been produced, and he presumed to be living.
