Location of Nordenskjöld Coast on Antarctic Peninsula

Mount Hypothesis (Bulgarian: връх Хипотеза, romanizedvrah Hipoteza,[1] IPA: [ˈvrɤx xipoˈtɛzɐ]) is the mountain rising to 1094 m[2] on Nordenskjöld Coast in Graham Land, Antarctica. It has precipitous and rocky north slopes, and surmounts Mundraga Bay on the east and south.[3]

The feature is named in appreciation of the role of hypothesis in scientific research.[3]

Location

Mount Hypothesis is located at 64°26′41″S 60°01′27″W / 64.44472°S 60.02417°W / -64.44472; -60.02417, which is 2.9 km southeast of Mount Elliott, 6.1 km northeast of Storgozia Nunatak and 5 km east of Zgorigrad Nunatak.
