Viking Metal

I don't wanna start any kind of trouble with you and I ain't nit-picking, its just that wiki link brings you to "Viking Metal" so I don't see the point in calling it "Viking Black Metal". I mean, its like its trying to sound cooler to fit in with the other black metal genres linked in that article. I don't really see a point in calling it something other then it is, I ain't saying that the genre of Viking Black Metal doesn't exist, just that in that case it doesn't bring you there so it didn't really make sense to me. Thats all. --Will Decay (talk) 02:56, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I hear ya

Yeah, I've been busy in college, too. Alright, cool. Thank you and I hope you are well, too. Blizzard Beast $ODIN$ 21:04, 3 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Woohoo!!!

Thanks!Cannibaloki 03:33, 11 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The review was trashing Evanescence

They were not comparing they are trashing the band. Really if you are going to go by a review that trashes the band then I'm going to use http://www.globaldomination.se/ where they do nothing but trash bands. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.224.211.86 (talk) 00:41, 12 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Dude I'm pointing out that in the review/source on the Evanescence page it's trashing the band in a good part of the review. If that is source then we might as get really low in the mud and use http://www.globaldomination.se/ that the main problem with many of these sources people are not really reading them over. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.224.211.86 (talk) 22:49, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey dude!

Hey how are you?! BTW I noticed someone had removed all the thrash album lists from the list of thrash metal bands. do you know anything about it? Now that I think about it, I really don't think I can commit time to the article. College life is over, work life doesn't allow that much free time. Anyway, I have posted under the appropriate topic on the talk page, lets see where it leads to. Weltanschaunng 17:06, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Thanks

You must be talking about the future album template that I removed. No problem, dude. BTC 22:22, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry about that. I was adding "Image:" before the file name, and it took me a little bit to figure out what I was doing wrong =) Shoemaker's Holiday (talk) 20:03, 22 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just a Quick Thanks

Thanks for the additional info you found out and added to the new Suffocation album article that I didn't add. TheSickBehemoth (talk) 20:49, 5 October 2008 (UTC)TheSickBehemoth[reply]

Nile

Yes I know the guys, trust me. WikipeNile (talk) 00:45, 6 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Whoops, minor detail there. Thanks for getting that contents note back up. I'll try to get around to sourcing more some time in the next few days. Also, if you see any of the bands listed at Talk:List of progressive metal artists#The List of removed bands as a fellow did a few days ago, feel free to remove them. If I put it on that list, I couldn't find a source, so it's unlikely anyone is going to source it. Until this transitional sourcing period is over, I fully expect plenty of items to slip by, but once everything is sourced, I won't even let new edits sit without sources. Cheers. 71.203.185.108 (talk) 00:39, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re:Move request

Done. J Milburn (talk) 08:56, 26 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks dude

Thanks for fixing up the caps for the album Feeding the Abscess. I was wondering why stuff wasn't linking hehe. ScrotalKombat (talk) 00:11, 28 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Re: also where did that sentence about it go to...

This is the edit that made it disappear. BTC 01:06, 2 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I do not understand perfectly, you want me to first finish the discography of Vader and then helps you, or I just explain how do? Ah, you should add a decent text! Anyway, I will start the work on this list for you tommorrow. =P Cannibaloki 05:23, 10 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The chassis is ready, you can begin to write the poetry. ;-) Cannibaloki 20:52, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, I have not found anything about the music videos, and of course, there is a possibility that some details are added. Regards, Cannibaloki 21:30, 11 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do a little research of your own, and Assume Good Faith. Bal-Sagoth refer to themselves as Barbarian metal numerous times such as on their own website. Rather than call my reference "unreliable" (an interview with the guitarist of the band in question? Unreliable??), why not find out how many other sources on the web view Bal-Sagoth as barbarian metal and unquestionably NOT black metal. Try doing a search for "Bal-Sagoth" "not black metal".Dragonnas (talk) 07:13, 17 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks!

Thank you for this edit! Weltanschaunng 06:44, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I have deleted the copy-pasted version, moved the main article to the (band) title, and moved the dab page to the main title. I am not going to bother with a history merge- any useful edits to the "moved" version can just be redone by the moving editor. I am just in the process of fixing the dab links now. Traditionnal heavy metal article

Hi!

I've seen that you tried to prevent this article from merging lately. So I tried to fix the article and add sources and imputs I once added. But unfortunately my english sucks. And I know frequently I'm not taken seriously because of my poor english regardless my arguments or the sources I provided. And this is very frustrating to be implicitely discriminated because of my language and nationality. So may I ask you to fix the syntax and the english of my recent edits please. Thanks in advance. All the best.Fred D.Hunter (talk) 22:14, 4 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks mate, for the help! It is very much appreciated. I'll be adding progressively more content in the next few days, I think.Fred D.Hunter (talk) 13:02, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please, give a copy-edit on this article. Cannibaloki 22:48, 6 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
