Paul M. Herzog, Esq. (August 21, 1906 – November 23, 1986) served as Associate Dean of Harvard's Graduate School of Public Administration, the predecessor of the John F. Kennedy School of Government. He was Chairman of the United States National Labor Relations Board from 1945 to 1953. Professor Herzog was an instructor in government and economics at the University of Wisconsin and at Harvard from 1928 to 1931. From 1965-1971, he served as the third president of the Salzburg Global Seminar, a non-profit organization based in Salzburg, Austria whose mission is to challenge current and future leaders to develop creative ideas for solving global problems.
