Sir Tore Lokoloko GCMG GCVO OBE (born 1930) was Governor-General of Papua New Guinea in 1977 to 1983.

Lokoloko was born in the village of Iokea, Papua (now in Gulf province, Papua New Guinea) and attended the Sogeri School setup by the former Australian rulers in 1944.

Like Sir John Guise, Lokoloko was a member of the House of Assembly of Papua and New Guinea.
