Training for Mini (U7 - U12) teams happens on Saturday mornings at Ross Road @ 10.00 am Training for youth (U13 - U19) teams happens every Tuesday and Thursday in Ross Road @ 7:30 pm.
Every summer the official IRFU tag happens. There is also winter tag for women; this normally happens of a Tuesday in The Astro Active Center Or The Rugby Club, Ross Road.
Two Time Junior all Ireland cup winners winning in 2014 and 2016 respectively.
