Young Global Leaders

The Young Global Leaders (YGL) is the community of the World Economic Forum consisting of under 40 year old leaders from all around the world and a myriad of disciplines and sectors. The Forum of Young Global Leaders was established in 2005 as a successor to the Global Leader of Tomorrow. The leaders meet annually and engage in the ‘2030 Initiative’ - the creation of an action plan for how to reach the vision of what the world could be like in 2030.
