Ljiljana Raičević (born 29 June 1947) is a human rights and women's rights activist in Serbia and Montenegro. Born in Podgorica, Montenegro, she was Amnesty International's 2006 winner of the Ginetta Sagan Fund Award.[1] For eight years, she served as president of Medical Institute of Montenegro Trade Union, and for ten years as city councilor. A longtime activist of the women's movement, she was one of the founders of the SOS phone system in Podgorica, founder and director of the Women's Safe House, founder of the Center for Girls "Ksenija", founder of the SOS hotline Niksic, and a women's lobbyist in Montenegro.[2]
