Not notable. Lacks coverage in independent reliable sources. Most of the current bombardment of sources either don't mention him or mention him in passing. Delete - Essentially there's no good coverage and my multiple searches (News, Books, browser, highbeam and thefreelibrary) found nothing good aside from this when I searched about Phil's Steaks. SwisterTwister talk 05:35, 20 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
