This template marks pages that are going to be deleted as per a consensus vote to delete, a policy violation, or other circumstance. Its value is similar to the speedy template but it implies that a previous discussion took place and some courtesy is being granted to informed content contributors so they may attempt to move the material to a different location before it is deleted.
