Another broken courtship. A meddling mother. And a brush with death that changes everything.

Naomi Schrock is at a crossroads. After breaking off a brief courtship, her mother is eager to play matchmaker and find her daughter a suitable husband.

Handsome Amish farmer Leroy Smoker seems a perfect choice.

But when Naomi goes on a buggy ride with him, she doesn't feel a magical spark. She thinks that there is an obvious barrier to their relationship.

When Naomi's life is put in danger, she finds herself rescued by a most unlikely man. She knows she must choose between her mother's ideas and her own heart.

When her best friend Elizabeth Weaver announces that she is marrying Elijah Hershberger in a matter of weeks, Naomi plots the perfect scheme to ensure she ends up with the right man for her.

Two Amish mothers take matchmaking into their own hands when Fanny’s daughter Naomi ends her courtship. They try to match her with farmer Leroy but she knows his heart belongs to another.
Naomi has a good friend in Elizabeth who she confides in. I loved their sweet friendship.
It’s a rock road when Naomi meets Eli. They court but break up. They see that true love is worth waiting for and being certain of as Naomi seeks Gods will.
I liked when Naomi’s parents tried to assist to make things right after an event that added to the break up.
A heart warming story where love finds a way.

Naomi has a reputation among her community of not courting for very long. Her mother & the mother of a farmer in the community conspire to play matchmaker. When that falls though, her mother is very upset but Naomi isn't; she thinks she has found her match in Eli, a self-taught furniture maker whose parents have both passed away. What happens as they get to know each other and will Naomi find or match or implode the relationship? A good read!

I enjoyed this book it was very nice to read something other than horrors or steamy sex which I will not read. The Main Character had to come to understand alot before she could know if she was in love or not. She gives us hope that there is really a God out there and that he does answer our prayers. If you enjoy very clean romance this is a good book to read. Thank for giving me hope.

Great read!

Full of misunderstandings, the couples in this book must rely on their friends and families to pass the word that they gave the wrong impression in their budding relationships. Fortunately, those situations quickly resolve and all is well that ends well.

MS Schrock is a good writer, and her books are a joy to read.

The Amish Wedding Match

It was a long and rocky road for Naomi and Eli to establish a marriage relationship. Her parents proved themselves faithful and true to their daughter happiness in the end.

Mothers pushing their children towards courtship

The Amish traditions requiring courtship, then marriage are a big part of this story. Sometimes mothers push too much for a match to be made.

A Very Good Amish Book

This was a very good, fun book. The characters were so much fun to read about. The love and faith the Amish community has is so beautiful. The faith in God is so strong. I enjoyed this book from start to finish.

Very readable

Hannah has written another lovely story. There are a few grammatical errors throughout, but they don't really detract from the story. Very readable
