Just when I think this series can’t get any better, Jen creates another story that I absolutely adore and it becomes my new favorite. Insta Kiss was SO good and I loved everything about it!

Tate and Beth were perfect. I loved her sass and spunk, and the sweet and vulnerable side she keeps hidden from everyone. Tate is a complete cinnamon roll hero. I loved how he fell so hard and completely for Beth, and the way he went about pursuing her.

I love a book that gives me all the feels and this one did just that— it’s funny and sweet but also has depth, with a couple of scenes that were so tender they had me tearing up.

❤️ What I loved:
Funny and witty writing
Grumpy (her) Sunshine (him)
Enemies to lovers (for her)
Dual POV
You’ve Got Mail vibes
Christmas Festival
Mistletoe kisses
Cutest granddad
Beth’s conversations with her cat
Pranks 🐿️
Wonderful HEA

This is one of my favorite series, and if you enjoy clean, well-written romcoms, I can’t recommend it enough!

I received an advance copy from the author. All opinions expressed are completely my own.

My friends, if you have been looking for a book to make you laugh till you’re crying, then look no further! Insta Kiss had me laughing on just about every page! And I lost count of how many highlights I made! (135 if you want to get technical!😂)

First of all, You’ve Got Mail is one of my favorite romance movies and when I seen this book had those vibes,I was all in!! And it delivered! It flowed so smoothly and had me wanting to watch the movie again!

Beth accepts a dare to kiss a stranger at an office Christmas party! She chose the stranger under the mistletoe only to find out moments later it was her new boss, the guy who stole the job she applied for!

Tate is smitten with the new woman who just gave him the best kiss of his life and can’t understand why she all of a sudden loathes him. Bless him! 😂 On a mission to find out more about her, he befriends her online pretending to be someone else, due to her blocking his personal account!

Things get interesting and a little complicated when she starts to fall for both Tate and his online alias, Tag.

I can’t say enough good things about this story! I couldn’t read it fast enough, while also not wanting it to end! So many laugh-out-loud moments and swoony scenes to make your “romcom heart” happy! I just loved Beth! She was sassy and so much fun! I would love to be friends with her! And Tate was the perfect cinnamon roll! He fell hard and fast for Beth and it was sweet watching him try to learn all he could about her!

Things I Loved:
💋Mistletoe
💋You’ve Got Mail vibe
💋Dottie/Beth Meet-Cute
💋Granddad
💋Tate the cat
💋Stuffed squirrels
💋Mice and Snakes
💋Prank war
💋The bathroom scene
💋Christmas Tree Farm
💋The snowstorm
💋Peaceful Valley
💋Ugly Duckling Tree
💋Tatter

Thank you to the author for letting me on her arc team! It has been so much fun! All thoughts and opinions are my own!!

One thing seems very apparent in this story, Beth(any) Barns will do whatever it takes, whether it’s to get away from a total creep or prove herself more worthy for the promotion, that should have rightfully been hers.  She and Tate (guy who got the promotion) happen to live in the same apartment building which adds to the awkward dynamic between the two (seeing how she randomly picked him to kiss at the company Christmas party), he moved into her best friend’s former apartment which she still has a key to.  Beth even adopts a cat to save face with a brief conversation she had with Tate at the party!  His mother seems less than pleased that he took a low paying job at the newspaper instead of something [financially] bigger.  Tate attempts to try to get to know Beth better by following her IG, but she blocks him – he creates a fake account to gain the information he seeks!  Tate clearly can get flustered easily around Beth but then again so can she around him!  Despite the spark clearly being there, she has no problems in declaring (prank) war against him!  Over the course of this story, the in-person animosity between the 2 protagonists turned into friendship and the online personas develop a very tightknit kinship/dare I say attraction to each other.  However, one of them knows the whole truth and the other only knows half the story.  Eventually Beth realizes that she might possibly even love the real man but has committed to meeting the online persona.  Who she gives her whole heart to…for that you will have to read for yourself!

This book works as a stand-alone with subtle nods to previous books; if you have read the other books in the series it all plays out and the epilogue is absolutely adorable!  Enemies to friends to more is the best way to describe the dynamic of this novel and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way!  5/5

Opinions are all my own and was gifted an ARC copy!

Out of all the books in the {Insta} series, this has been my favorite (and they all have been good!). Beth is an absolute firecracker! She’s witty and fearless and is excellent and her prank game. Tate is a steady presence who is a nice balance of protective and passionate. Beth intrigues him - as she should after their first meeting!
I love the banter and play between Beth and Tate (the human). The Instagram messages really add to the storyline. I found myself laughing out loud at some of the hijinks Beth gets up to from Tate (the cat) to some squirrelly business. Even with the humor, there is a depth that’s draw out of the characters that truly makes them captivating. The romance was a twinge fast for me, but still adorable! This is a really wonderful sweet romance book! 4.5⭐️, 0.5🌶

The cutest!!

These {Insta} books just keep getting better and better! I was obsessed with this story and couldn’t put it down! I loved Tate so much and couldn’t wait to see Beth realize how great he truly was and go all in for him!

I loved their meet cute and how that kiss kept tempting them throughout the story, I loved the enemies to more aspect, the stuffed squirrels, the trip to see the Festival of Lights, and the non-stop chemistry between Beth and Tate!

So dang cute!!

Dual pov. Christmas time, with a Festival 🎄
Work place romance-ish. One sided Enemies/Rivals to Lovers. A Mistletoe kiss. Plus lots more swoony kisses 😍 Pranks. You've Got Mail vibes.
Tate and Beth have a push-pull and tension filled relationship. Beth is determined to hate Tate and ruin him, but she fails miserably 😂 The ending was absolutely perfect! I recommend the whole Insta Series!!

💞 Romantic Content: 3 (heavier kissing)

⚠️CW: A dish called Balut is consumed.

🗨Some Quotes:
I will be buying a cat today. Because no one—and I mean no one—calls my imaginary cat imaginary! The nerve of that man.

“Time to destroy Tate Wilhelm.” Clearly, if he can walk right into my office and kiss me, I’m not giving off the hate vibe very well. He needs to know that I loathe him—because I do… Right? For sure, I do.

I blink, so close that my lashes tickle his cheek. I lift my eyes to his, as blue as the ocean. “I still don’t like you,” I whisper.
Tate pecks my mouth. “Liar.”

I absolutely loved this book! Enemies to Lovers done right! I loved that there was also forced proximity and forbidden love thrown in too.

I loved that Beth got her chance at love and that she got paired with such a great guy that is Tate. Tate is such a sweetheart and I love that he saw through Beth's tough defenses and that he could be the sunshine to her at times grumpiness.

They were just the perfect pair and I loved watching their chemistry together. I finished this book in a day and could not put it down. Just perfection!

I have absolutely loved all of the Insta-series and they just keep getting better and better. Beth and Tate were hilarious, and I was literally laughing non-stop throughout the entire book. Beth and Tate meet at a work Christmas Party, but in a very personal way. Beth was sick of her date, so to get him away from her, she went after the first guy she saw standing under the mistletoe. But as soon as she kisses him, she realized her blunder…. I don’t want to give too much away. But if you like…

Laughing Hysterically throughout the entire book
A creepy two face cat named Tate (Thing)
A dog named Dot who likes to lick legs
Taxidermy Squirrels
Pranks
Breaking and Entering
An endearing mettlesome Grandpa
Stuck in a snowstorm
The Kisses (Multiple Kisses)
She hates him, he likes her
You’ve Got Mail type vibes

Then you will 100% love this book. But I do recommend reading the others as well, you really want to know the other characters in the book. You can read it by itself, but it is so much more fun when you know the background of the other characters as well.

*I received a copy of this book as an ARC reviewer, but a positive review wasn’t required. All thoughts are solely what I personally thought of this beautiful book.❤️❤️❤️

Reader’s Notes:

– this is part of a series, but can be read as a stand-alone

– this is told from Beth & Tate’s points of view

– there is a past significant other who cheated on a main character and the main character didn’t find out until the day the significant other died in an accident

Review:

This was such a great Christmasy, hate to love romantic comedy! I loved that the hate part was one sided and that it took Tate awhile to find out why Beth hated him. I adored Beth’s brother & grandfather’s personalities and how they made Beth soften just by being around. I also loved that they didn’t really agree with Beth’s reasoning in hating Tate and instead chose to include him in things even when Beth didn’t want him around. I also loved Tate’s conversations with his sister(s) and how they spurred him on when it came to connecting with Beth. Some of my favorite scenes/moments in this book included: choosing a spite cat, coming to love said cat, Beth scaring Tate, Tate getting even, cuddling, Dot giving tons of kisses, Beth & ‘Tag’’s conversations, and Beth borrowing Tate’s shower when her water is off.

Summary:

Beth came to the mandatory work Christmas party for one main reason: to be there when she is finally given the editor position she’s hoped for. But things don’t go according to plan. Between her bestie moving away leaving Beth without someone to hangout with at the party & Beth rashly accepting the offer to be one of her undesirable coworker’s dates to the party, she wants to leave before anything really happens at the party. And then she kisses a guy she’s never seen under the mistletoe in order to get away from her ‘date’ just before the promotion is announced…and the guy she kissed is given the position she’d worked her tail off for. Furious, Beth is determined to hate Tate, the man she kissed and got passed over for, and run him out of town by any means possible. When she discovers that he’s now in her bestie’s old apartment, she sets her plan in motion with a little help from the key she still has for that apartment. But as things progress between them, Beth isn’t sure what she wants anymore. She used to kiss a guy once and cut them loose, but Tate has her going back for more for some strange reason…

Tate wasn’t sure what to expect when he accepted a new position in a different town, but being randomly kissed by a gorgeous woman and then threatened by that same woman a few minutes later definitely wasn’t it. It really bugs him that Beth seems to hate him so much despite knowing nothing about him. Tate prides himself on connecting with his coworkers and wants to connect with Beth, but she won’t give him an inch of her life beyond her articles to edit. After talking with his sister, Tate tries to find out more by checking out Beth’s Instagram page only to find himself blocked. With some encouraging, he makes a dummy account, follows her again, and messages her about one of her posts to see if it’s really just him she hates. This sparks many more conversations with Beth and shows more about her than Tate ever would have gotten in person. But when Tate realizes just how far gone for Beth he is, he has to reconcile his two personas and show Beth that they are both him. Once he does that, he’s not sure if Beth will be happy or want to exact even worse revenge on him for hiding it in the first place…

Entertainment reporter Bethany Barns has been having a tough time since her best friend Ebony McCoy moved away, so she's not thinking very clearly when she accepts a date with co-worker Brad to attend the newspaper's annual Christmas party. After a terrible evening in which Brad keeps trying to kiss her even though she's told him that it's not going to happen, Beth decides to prove her point by marching over to the handsome stranger standing under the mistletoe and kissing him instead. It just might be the best kiss of her life, but Beth has a rule against kissing any guy more than once, so when she gets a text from Ebony, it's the perfect excuse to walk away. A few minutes later, Bethany is shocked to learn that her mystery man is actually Tate Wilhelm, the newspaper's new assistant editor and her new boss. She was convinced that the assistant editor's job would be hers, putting her and Tate immediately at odds. It's even worse when she discovers that Tate has moved into Ebony's former apartment a few floors below her own. She's determined to do whatever it takes to prove that the job should have gone to her...even if that means ignoring her inconvenient attraction to Tate and his efforts to make a connection with her.

Tate and Bethany had great chemistry and I loved their witty banter. He seemed like a genuinely good guy, though his internet stalking may have been a bit out of bounds at times. I completely understood why Beth was upset about not getting the promotion, but at the same time, I think she was mad at the wrong person; she unfairly took her feelings out on Tate when the real villain was the newspaper's senior editor, Clark, who passed her over without an explanation. That said, the real obstacle to their relationship was Beth's trust issues, which were also completely understandable. I felt so bad for everything she went through with her late fiance, especially the lack of closure that was preventing her from moving on. His approach was unconventional (think "You've Got Mail"), but Tate turned out to be the perfect person to help her work through that baggage.

Overall, I adored this laugh-out-loud funny, sweet, and heartwarming story. I highly recommend "Insta Kiss" for all sweet contemporary romance and romantic comedy fans and look forward to the next book in the series.

This series deserves all of the stars and gets each and every star that I can possible give it. I wish I could give it more!

Every single book has left me laughing out loud, happy sighing and swooning. I cannot get enough of them. I've already been back to re-read all 3 books. So, so good, friends!

My favorite part of this one is the banter. This book will suck you in within the first page and chapter. I'm not sure I've had a book suck me in quite like this one. I laugh out loud just thinking about the Christmas party scene. It's an emotional roller coaster and sets this book up for the best possible entertainment.

Two thumbs up for Jen Atkinson's ability to write these two main characters. Her dialogue talent is unparalleled in this book. The tension and aggravation while denying their feelings is sooooo delightful!

'Things have shifted. Something has changed and I'm hoping it means that Beth has decided to bail on team--Hate Tate.'

This enemies to lovers + forced proximity trope was done so well. Reading this book was like having a movie play out in my head and it's one that I want to live in my brain forever.

'She'll either kiss me or punch me. With Bethany Barns you can never be sure.' -Tate

I have over 50 passages in this book marked up. That means you need to get yourself this book as soon as it's available (that's 7/1/2023) and enjoy Christmas in July like you've never experienced it before!!

Thanks to the author for the copy. All thoughts in this review are my own.

Content/Trigger: Death of a loved one, unable to commit, workplace romance, enemies to more, forced proximity, pranks, mention of alcohol, mention of unhappy previous relationship, kisses, banter, GREAT dialogue.

Insta Kiss, book three in the Insta Series, is written by author Jen Atkinson. It’s a wonderfully sweet romantic comedy that reminds me of You’ve Got Mail, one of my all-time favorite movies!

Insta Kiss is a dual PoV, shared between Beth and Tate. Beth, a writer for a local newspaper, attends their annual Christmas party with an annoying date when she spots a very handsome stranger, Tate, standing under the mistletoe. She takes the opportunity and kisses the stranger to ditch her persistent date, only to find out that the stranger not only works with her but is her new boss, taking the position she worked so hard for! Beth makes it her mission to get rid of Tate Whilhelm!

Tate is quite smitten with the beautiful redhead and tries to befriend her, only to be met with scowls and roadblocks. So he looks her up on social media, finding her Instagram account. After sending a friend request, she quickly blocked, and he creates a fake account which she accepts. If she doesn’t talk to him in person, surely he can get her to open up through her DMs.

The book is charming and had me laughing out loud several times. It was just what I needed after a craptastic week! I really do love Jen’s writing style and how she draws you into her fantastic characters, like her hilarious grandpa, family, and friends.

If you like these, you’ll love this book:
You Got Mail Vibes
Workplace Romance
Dual Pov
He Falls First
Grumpy + Sunshine
Enemies to Lovers
Christmas Festival
Short Chapters
Thing that Cat - err Tate, the cat, not the guy
Wonderful Characters
Great Banter

HEA

Thank you to Jen Atkinson for gifting me an eARC of Insta Kiss. I am leaving this review voluntarily. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Suuuper adorable modern twist on 'you've got mail' !

Beth kisses a stranger under the mistletoe at the work Christmas party only to find out minutes later that the stranger is now her new boss...and the guy who stole the promotion she has been working for.

Tate is floored when a woman gives him the best kiss of his life and then completely ices him out. He is confused yet intrigued and as he finds creative ways to spend time with her, he also finds a way to get to know her online...while pretending to be someone else.

And when attraction turns into feelings on both sides, things get even more complicated...

What to Love:
Workplace Romance
You've Got Mail vibe
Dual POV
He falls first
Loathe to Love (on her side)
The Christmas festival
Stuffed Squirrels
Tate the Cat
The snowstorm
The entire last two chapters
The first kiss! And second..and third...

This story was just adorable! I loved all of the laugh-out-loud moments (and there were a lot!) and all the super swoony moments. Beth is the kind of person I would love to be friends with in real life and Tate is just sigh-worthy. I mean, what woman wouldn't want a man working that hard to make an impression and get to know her?

The You've got Mail plot was well done and flowed naturally with the rest of the storyline. And that ending? I could re-read it over and over and not get tired of it! 4.5 stars and am looking forward to the last book in the series!!

I received a complimentary copy but a positive review was not required.

I’ve got another fantastic Christmas in July book to tell y’all about today and it’s definitely going to be a favorite reread for me at the holidays. This is the third book in the Insta series and I really love these stories. This one has lots of my favorite things - Christmas, Enemies to Lovers, snarky banter, great friendships, hilarious pranks and swoony romance - paired with an excellent storyline that is waaaay more than a fluff piece. Bethany had lots of things to work through and Tate gave her freedom to do it. His kindness and genuine concern for her was so lovely - and his brilliance at retaliation pranks was epic 😂 Bethany was spoiling for a needed fight she never got to have in the past and Tate became her safe place to land, though not in the way she expected. I loved watching their love journey unfold with all the cheerleading from their families and friends. Grandpa Barns and his advice and stories were one of the best parts of the book, especially the embarrassing ones 😉 And the sweetheart animals included in the story were perfect add to give just one more commonality for Bethany and Tate. You absolutely MUST get a copy of this book to read soon, friends!! I’m positive it’s going to become a favorite for some of y’all too.

I received a complimentary ARC of this story from the author via BookFunnel. I am not required by anyone to write a positive review and the opinions expressed herein are entirely my own.

Jen Atkinson is a master of character development - which just makes it just impossible not to connect on a deep level to her amazing characters. Their back stories, suffering, and challenges endure them to our hearts and leave us rooting for them every step of the way! And I just love the way that her characters aren’t perfect - the exact opposite, in fact - she writes them jaded, with faults, entirely human - just like each and every one of us - but then, she masterfully weaves a thread that makes them absolutely perfect together.
This story is not only cute, fun, and completely engaging, it had me laughing out loud often - the characters banter, shenanigans, and interactions, all was hilarious.
And then, the story had depth - you felt their connection from that first moment (or in this case…kiss). Complete with butterflies, heart flutters, and all the feels. Jen conveys it all, and I am 100 percent here for it. Plus, she brings the heat without anything inappropriate! Yay!
If only all modern romances could be written this well - Jen kept me turning pages and eager for Bethany and Tate’s next interaction, just to see what would happen next!
If you love an engaging story, real characters that tug at your heart, deep storylines that have you laughing one minute and crying the next, then this book is for you! I highly recommend not only this one, but the entire series. Heck, just put Jen Atkinson on your auto-buy list, I sure did.

This book gave me 'You've Got Mail' vibes. Beth is expecting a promotion at work, and at the work Christmas party she kisses a stranger under the mistletoe to avoid the advances of her date. She's shocked, angry and embarrassed to discover that Mr. No One is her new boss and job stealer! Tate is a cinnamon roll who gets along with everyone, except Beth the amazing kisser, who hates him for no apparent reason. In an effort to get to know Beth, Tate befriends her on Instagram under a pseudonym, all while the chemistry between them in person is undeniable (and leads to more kissing!). Beth tries valiantly to hang on to her anger, even pranking Tate to scare him into leaving. Tate patiently chips away at her animosity but is stuck between his two personas and how to come clean when he starts falling for Beth.

This book was hilarious, swoony and fun. Beth went to ridiculous ends to try and push Tate away. Her snark hides her sensitive side, and her character has such depth. I loved Tate's persistence and patience, he's such a sweetheart. Tate's sisters and Beth's brother and grandfather, were great secondary characters. I especially loved how Beth's brother and grandfather found ways to bring Tate and Beth together, despite knowing that she declared her hate for him and was trying to scare him away.

This is definitely one that I'd read again (probably at Christmas time) and recommend if you like You've Got Mail, enemies to lovers and laugh-out-loud writing.

I love when a series just keeps getting better and better!! I've loved this one from the start with Iris and her twin Ebony, so I was delighted to dive into Beth's story. She's Ebony's best friend and is going through withdrawal now that her best friend has moved to Denver to be with her new husband, Jet. Beth's dating life leaves a lot to be desired. She's got a 3 date or 1 kiss rule, whichever comes first. Her heart is closed to anything coming in after a hard, double loss with her fiancé a few years ago. So she goes to the holiday Christmas party with a guy she is the opposite of interested in and to get out of kissing him, she heads right over to the handsome stranger standing under the mistletoe. Turns out it's both the best kiss of her life and her introduction to her new boss, Tate.

Tate was a delight - he had only one annoying habit to be which was calling women "girls" - which I know is a hard point for me but not for others. Grown men are not looking for girls to be in relationship with - just like grown woman are not looking to be in a relationship with a boy. But anyway - he was patient with her and even tried his best to get to know her within her strangely defined comfort zone. I loved visiting with these characters and am looking forward to book #4 coming out later this year.

It’s official. @authorjenatkinson writes some of the best book boyfriends. And they just keep getting better and better!

Beth and Tate. Where do I even begin with these two? Beth is lonely now that Ebony moved back to Colorado - but she’s hoping a promotion will get things looking up again…until she doesn’t get it. And the cute guy she randomly kissed at the company party…does 😬

With Tate as her new boss, and this magical kiss lingering between them things get awkward. She vows to hate him. He’s determined to make her like him. But she’s been hurt - her fiancé died, and took some secrets with him that Beth knows but she’s never told anyone. Which is why she’s determined to never fall for anyone again…she’ll only get hurt, right?

Did I mention Beth and Tate share a few more random kisses? Or that a mystery guy slides into her DM’s and gets her attention too? She was for sure she couldn’t fall for someone again…but now will she have to choose?

Beth’s granddad and brother make frequent appearances in the book too and were so fun! And we got to visit Iris and Ebony and their guys!

This is the third book in this series and did not disappoint! I’ve loved them all and can’t wait for Coco to get her story in the next book! Thanks so my for my e-arc of this book @authorjenatkinson! And for writing some of the swooniest guys around 😍

Bethany works for a publishing company and is up for a promotion to editor. At the company Christmas party, she kisses a handsome bearded man under the mistletoe, only to find out he was given her promotion and is her new boss. AND he’s moved into her best friend’s now empty apartment in her building. It’s on. ⁣

Tate just moved to Seattle, got a promotion at work and met an incredibly beautiful redhead. She’s bound and determined to make his life miserable so he’ll leave but he’s determined to get to know her so he sets up a fake Instagram account and starts DMing her. ⁣

This book is the third book in the Insta series and is full of hilarious hijinks including taxidermied squirrels, upside down picture frames, cat adoptions and more. This story is a sweet closed door romance that is guaranteed to make you laugh and swoon like a Hallmark movie. ⁣

Insta Kiss is available July 1st just in time for Christmas in July. Grab yourself a paperback or read for free on Kindle Unlimited. ⁣

I'm loving this series by Jen Atkinson. This is the third book in the series. I'd probably read them in order, but they work out of order as well.

This one's main female character is Beth. She made me laugh so hard. Beth has been hurt before, so she's willing to go out with men and give them exactly one kiss. But then she ghosts them. I love the way she kisses a stranger in the opening chapter. And he ends up being her new boss. Beth determines then and there that she hates him and she will get rid of him, one way or another. That leads to all sorts of funny things!

Tate is the new boss. I loved how he went along with Beth's kiss. But he's not so sure what is up with her after that. It's pretty obvious she hates him, although they accidentally kiss more times. I love how he uses Instagram as a way to get to know her. Even though she has no idea who he is. And Tate is really just a great guy. I loved the way he gets to know Beth, and her family.

This book is such a fun romance. I loved the You've Got Mail vibes.

He got her job!

I’ve been bingeing on this series and have loved getting little insights into Beth, a serial dater. She allows her date to buy her dinner and one kiss and then it’s over- one and done. I love her relationship with her teenage brother and Granddad and his pithy insights. Her relationship with her chimera cat and how she got her and named her, Tate the cat aka the Thing. The creepy squirrels we got introduced to in Ebony’s book make a reappearance here as we get her trying to reconcile a new unexpected boss who lives in her bff apartment now that Ebony has moved out of state. Tate is a great MC, with his close relationships with his sisters and his new job as asst editor where he’s trying to start work relationships and get to know his reporters. But the one who intrigues him is the one who can’t stand him and is not shy about it-er, other than that mistletoe kiss, aaaaand the other kiss(es). The online Tag.Your.It convos are super funny and illuminating as he flirts on both levels.

Genre: Contemporary Romance, Romcom, Sweet Romance
Spice Level: Kissing book

I feel like I was on a roller coaster from beginning to end. There are so many emotions—how do I even process here?

Beth is fiery. She loves and she hates—there's not much in-between. And she is determined to hate her new boss and go to any length necessary to make sure he knows it. The problem is that she can't resist kissing him.

She's not the only one who dips into crazy-land. Meet Tate: there are two of them, but the man crosses the line the same way Beth does. So, you'll have to see how they can meet in the middle.

There are hilarious moments. Sometimes shockingly hilarious. Squirrels—enough said there; you'll know when you read it.

This is a light-hearted novel. If you're in the mood for light and breezy with a touch of office romance and Christmas, you're in the right place.

Happy reading!

This book was entertaining and had some hilarious, albeit ridiculous squirrels… er, incidences. And the entire cat thing was hilarious!

Tate was just a nice guy, which I really appreciated because Bethany really needed “just” a rest nice guy. I wasn’t a total fan of the cat phishing situation, but Beth really was so closed off that it worked to help her loosen up a bit.

My only issue, and I think sometimes with enemies to lovers this can be the case, was that I wasn’t completely convinced by the timeline. I felt like they kissed a lot and had great chemistry, but didn’t really get to know each other very well until much later in the book, which made their depth of feelings a bit unbelievable. Especially considering how closed off Beth started.

Overall still a really fun story with endearing characters. Honestly, this entire series is great and worth a read!

Loved this book! This is my first of Author Jen Atkinson {INSTA} books, but it surely won’t be the last! Usually I get one good swoony kiss in my latest romcom reads, but this had me swooning the entire time!! I don’t usually like the fake identity trope cause majority of the time it leads to the other person getting offended and leaving. So I was dreading when Tate reveals himself as Tag, BUT I LOVED IT!! I love Beth’s attitude to hate Tate despite their attraction towards each other! I love Tate’s responds to Beth’s pranks. I love an office romance too! And this one was extra sweet and simple! Perfect!! I love Tate’s sisters. I love Beth’s brother and grandpa too. And Dotty and Thing are a great addition to this story and the relationship Tate and Beth have! I for sure will recommend this book to everyone! Thank you so much for an early copy Jen! My thoughts and opinions are my own.

{Insta}Kiss was an {Insta}GreatRead for me! I love all things holiday, so having it start off with a holiday party and mistletoe was right up my alley! Tate and Beth were great for each other. Tate was a true cinnamon roll; I love the “he falls first” trope! Beth was a spunky FMC that kept me laughing throughout the book! (I promise you’ll never look at a squirrel the same way again!) Who doesn’t love cute pets and a sweet granddad making appearances?! I really enjoyed the dual POV and the integration of “You’ve Got Mail” vibes through DM messaging. The banter between the two was well written, and this “enemies to more” sweet rom-com hit all the marks to make me come back each day wanting to see what happened next. You can read this as a standalone or as part of her {Insta} series. I’m the proud owner of the first three, and I’m excited to read the next one!

All the kisses 😍😍😍

Oh man this book has all the sweet and swoony kisses and I did not want to put it down (literally finishing at 2:30 in the morning).

We fall in love with Beth during Insta Connection but man oh man do we see her depths in this book. I love that she stayed sassy but we better understand the hurts of the past.
And oh man oh man Tate is suhhweooonnyyy
That man is so patient and kind and persistent. I loved reading about his depths.

Also the squirrels. Downright hilarious. I loved the hilarious moments that brought some comidic relief to a story that deals with some deeper emotions.

Okay but back to the kisses. They were 🔥🔥🔥🔥 in the best way!

Loved loved loved this book! Can't wait for Coco's!

Tate and Beth had me hooked from the beginning. The instant kiss moment was hilarious, and it only got better from there! I laughed so hard multiple times! I loved how that instant kiss kept tempting them again and again, resulting in a sizzling chemistry!

I’m so glad the author gave us Granddad, because I missed GramGram, who was my favorite in the first two books of the series. The meddling grandparent figure is always a favorite, probably because my Grandpa has a similar personality. 🥰

Beth was adamantly against getting to know Tate, but I loved how he used his secret IG account to slide into her DMs and get to know her better.

It definitely had Christmas vibes (and was my Christmas in July read…with a very delayed review), but I’m someone who will read holiday books anytime of year if it’s next in the series.

I’ve got a huge problem with this book, especially the first chapter.

From the minute I started reading it, I couldn’t put it down! I ruined (aka enjoyed) an entire day hiding from all my responsibilities and living in this world.

I loved EVERYTHING about Beth. She was such an endearing crazy, and I can see myself doing everything she did, including buying a cat just for spite.

Tate: cinnamon roll extraordinaire. Please, may I date him?

I love that they couldn’t keep their hands off each other… but that wasn’t the basis of their relationship! Just a happy product.

Oh man. Love love love. I love it so much I’m actually writing a gushy review, which I ever do.

Read it. Laugh through it. Swoon with it. Love it.

I am never let down by this series. It’s always so fabulous. I love this series so much as it goes through a group of friends love story that each occur through Instagram dms. This story is about Beth. Beth is hoping for a promotion at her job but finds out it has been giving to someone else. Someone that she had shared a kiss with seconds prior, Tate. This book just got better and better. I loved the taxidermy squirrels, the cat named Tate, and Dot the French bulldog. I also loved Beth’s relationship with her grandad. It definitely gave all the feels. I loved every second of this story and I know that y’all will enjoy it too.

A job promotion gone awry and a haters to lovers' romance, this funny story is the perfect sweet holiday romance for any month of the year. From the beginning, there is tension and fire between Tate and Bethany that could go either way--pure hatred or consuming romance. From an accidental mistletoe kiss, to Tate stealing Beth’s promotion, the ongoing wit and banter in this story is fantastic. This office, enemies to lovers, slow burn romance is one that readers will absolutely not want to miss.
