Werewolves of London, book 3 of the Monster Mash series
Updated review on reread
Galen and Petra are the main focus, but there is a lot of camaraderie with coworkers, and Medusa’s scenes that are entertaining.
Trying not to spoil it, Petra is the prediction that changes the war, not necessarily intentional, but effectively.
Creative resolution to the series.

Immortally Ever After by Angie Fox
Third in a trilogy. Yes please read the first two because you don't want to miss the nuances here. *****spoilers follow***** I am so glad Galen is back in this book! I got he had to go fight in the Gods war and it was great that Mark came back to her in book 2, but Galen and Petra have so much passion together. He became mortal for her! That he expresses freely how he feels is wonderous and special. I'm really sorry Mark, but you were the past.
I really loved this book and series, the first and third being favorites. The M*A*S*H concept was fun and retro-flective (sp?) of the TV series but futurist at the same time because of the paranormal aspects. Well done. Original. Ended exactly as it should. Great story.

I really enjoyed this book! This is the third and final book in the Monster MASH trilogy and I thought it was a fantastic way to wrap up the trilogy. This is a series that I would recommend reading in order. I was a fan of the first two books in the trilogy so I was excited to see what would happen in this installment. I was hooked by this book right away and ended up reading most of the book in a single day. I found this to be a very entertaining story.

Petra has a rather complicated life. She can see the dead. She is a physician in a MASH unit for the New God army. Her new boyfriend wants to marry her but she still isn't completely over her last boyfriend. She is the key to all of the prophecies. To top it off, the boyfriend she isn't over is back and he brought someone with him.

The war is back in full force and Petra's MASH unit has the patients to prove it. Between caring for the injured, hiding Galen and the dragon he brought with him, and trying to figure out the prophecies, Petra is very busy. The romance plays an important role in this story and I was thrilled that Galen was back. I was never quite on board with her relationship with Mark so I was happy that she might have another chance to be with her true love.

This book had plenty of excitement to keep things interesting and I thought that the climax at the end was very well done. I loved the humor that is a key part of the story. Medusa's baby shower was the laugh I didn't know that I needed. This was a fun read that didn't take itself too seriously and I found it to be a really entertaining read. I would definitely recommend this series to others.

It was a joy to find out just how Petra would finally find out how to end the war that's taken so many. She's just been reunited with her first love although perhaps that have both been changed by the years and struggles they have both been through. It's ok though because in a Mash unit there are always others only too willing to give advice ! No Petra is keeping her head down, concentrating on her patients, hoping the Oracle's forget about her and then bam you will never guess who finds his way onto her gurney !
Ok I'm a little confused by the title because honestly it doesn't make sense although luckily the book itself certainly does ! I'm sure Petras romantic entanglements might divide opinion but I'm very happy with the outcome. There was perhaps less action in this instalment but the humour and interactions more than made up for that. I do enjoy the supporting characters and they truly shone in this the final book. If you enjoy humour, snark and romance then I truly believe you will enjoy this well written trilogy that at times is an absolute hoot !
This voluntary take is of a copy I requested from Netgalley and my thoughts and comments are honest and I believe fair.

ARC provided by NetGalley for an Honest Review

Out of all the books this one was by far my favorite. After a rocky start regarding Petra’s relationship everything finally comes to a head, including the end of the Gods’ war. Funny too how it turns out none of the humans even needed to be there as they were all literally just pawns for the gods who didn’t want to get harmed themselves-because surprise surprise the Gods can actually die. There are a few new prophecies, dragons and the birth of the cutest little baby for Medusa. While I didn’t foresee a lot that happens I’m glad things finally worked out in the end and a HEA was possible. Honestly after the end of the last book I had zero idea where things were headed or how they would work out. I think Petras HEA took me by surprise the most. Not 100% sure I would have finished out the series if not for receiving ARCs but again I did really enjoy this one and I’m glad everything finally worked out. Only wish we got more of an epilogue perhaps years into the future rather than weeks. I’m sad the whole MASH group got broken up but the war ending finally gave them all a chance for their own HEA.

Review to courtesy of romance junkies

Dr. Petra Robichaud is the chosen healer bandied about in the oracles’ prophecies. She has tried to move on after her breakup with Galen of Delphi, yet the demi-god returns to her MASH unit wounded. Petra must power through the last remaining prophecies if she wants lasting peace. However, the prophecies include a damaged dragon-shifter and a baby Gorgon. Will Petra’s secret be exposed? Can she bring the war to an end?
Commander Galen of Delphi is a special ops soldier for the New Gods Army. He risks incarceration by bringing a special, Old Gods Army weapon into MASH 3063rd unit. Galen knows Petra is the only person he can trust with this secret. He wants to make amends; however, she refuses to renew their relationship. Can Galen help Petra achieve the last three prophecies? What other hurdles will the couple face to be together?
Petra has really come a long way since the first book. She still feels pessimistic about her role in the prophecy, yet she refuses to allow that to stop her from doing what needs done. I understand Petra’s reluctance to allow Galen back into her heart. Inwardly, she knows a relationship between them is impossible thanks to the war. Petra would rather not court that kind of pain again. What I admire the most about Petra is her determination not to put her unit or her friends in harm. She would rather risk herself than to endanger them.
I am so happy that Galen returns! As much as I love dragons, I prefer Galen for Petra over Marc. He not only encouraged her to embrace her prophetic role, but he also gave up his immortality for her. I understand Galen’s reason for ending their relationship. He knew the war would eventually separate them, so he wanted to spare her any future hurt. What I love the most about Galen is his steadfast dedication in keeping Petra’s secret. He would rather take it to the grave than exposing it.
WEREWOLVES OF LONDON is book three in Angie Fox’s paranormal-romance series, THE MONSTER MASH. I highly suggest reading the previous two books to understand the situation, the world, and the characters’ growth. I wish Rodger had more scenes in this book. I miss his whacky brand of humor. I am also glad that Marc got the happily-ever-after he deserves.
WEREWOLVES OF LONDON is a comedical tale of one woman’s desire to put an end to a senseless war. Angie Fox did a splendid job of bringing this trilogy to an enjoyable end.

A perfectly satisfying ending to this delightful trilogy! Petra, Mark, Galen, dragons, and a whole MASH unit of interesting paranormal characters. This time the prophecies appear to be leading them to the end of the god war and perhaps to their own ends as well. I especially enjoyed the scenes at Medusa’s baby shower. Wonderful characters, warm friendships, humour, romance and drama, this book (and series) have everything.
If you enjoy paranormal comedies/adventures, you will probably love this series.

The title of this trilogy says it all Monsters + MASH equals lots of zany supernaturals, out of this world war, and a Mobile Army Surgical Hospital group of personnel for the ages. If you have to serve in the army of the gods at the edge of a war zone on another plane, this gig has it's little perks and I enjoyed this grand finale set of adventures and relationship conflicts that bring it all to a close.

Werewolves of London is the third and final book in a trilogy of books that are really only separate segments of one story.

Dr. Petra Robichaud, a New Orleans' native, has been drafted into a dreary war of the gods. Naturally, it is not the gods who fight, but everyone else who are their pawns. Petra and the other exhausted army doctors and staff have seen too much death and misery and just want it all to end. The oracles have prophesied that a healer who sees the dead along with her bronze weapon will lead the charge to the finish. Petra's secret, dangerous talent of seeing the dead is a death sentence if discovered, but then again so is harboring an enemy dragon and her ex who come in wounded needing the help of her and her current boyfriend to keep them alive and hidden. If that weren't enough, a baby shower invitation from Medusa, investigators looking for the rogue agent and the enemy dragon, and more fun words from the Oracles are making the mystery meat on the menu look like the best news she's had all day.

I do love a good tongue in cheek, sarcasm-laden action packed story and I'd seen another reader raving about the series not to mention I already enjoy the author's other series so it was an easy decision to grab this up. But, wow, I wasn't paying attention and had myself the last book in the trilogy which I didn't realize until I was well into the story and didn't want to stop. There were enough references back and the author's writing was good on description so I had no trouble getting caught up on the situation and all the players. I think I would have enjoyed it more in order, but what I got was fun, too. Actually, I got to thinking afterward that missing out on the ex becoming the ex and the current boyfriend who was actually her first love returning might have been more than I would like in the romance department so catching that at the tail end worked out even better.

So, Werewolves of London, was a good blend of gritty wartime medical camp scene and the gritty humor that goes along with it to keep people sane. I loved that whole cast of quirky characters that were based on the MASH TV show characters. It was fun to pick out who was who and more fun that they were all various types of supernaturals. Anchoring them all was Petra. She was a great blend of vulnerable with her fears and struggle to trust that things can go well for her and a tough, snarky gal who doesn't want to get messed with after everything that happens. She has a generous, tender healer heart and has been forced to bury it deep doctoring in a war zone when she knows that both sides have soldiers dying and they are just grist in the mill of the gods.

I loved the way this story bustled along with side tangents and building main series arc conflict creating good tension to the big finale. There was always something going on, but it wasn't distracting. The scene-stealer for me was Medusa. Lord have mercy, that baby shower scene cracked me up. But, it was also special seeing Petra come into her own with her romance and with who she was and what she could do.

All in all, this was thoroughly fabulous and I want to read the earlier stories to get it all and probably read this one again. Those who like mythology, MASH, humor, engaging characters, and mildly spicy romance all tossed into one sizzling tale should definitely give this Urban Fantasy trilogy a test drive.

I rec'd this book from Net Galley to read in exchange for an honest review.

Werewolves of London by Angie Fox is the final novel in The Monster MASH trilogy. While this paranormal tale can be read as a standalone, I recommend reading the series in order. It will give you a better understanding of the characters and what is happening. Angie Fox has given us another engaging story with unique characters, interesting storyline, and plenty of humor. Everything comes to a head in Werewolves of London. There is plenty going on in this book. Petra’s current boyfriend, Marc is ready for the next step, but Petra has yet to get over Galen. Galen, the former demigod, returns with a wounded dragon shifter who has had dreams of Petra, the one who can see the dead. The cease fire is over which has wounded pouring into the MASH unit. They need to keep Galen and his guest under wraps. Petra will have to trust others if they are going to pull it off. A new prophecy is announced that involves Petra and a bronze weapon. It is time for Medusa’s baby shower and Petra’s attendance is requested (it is not a good idea to say no to a pregnant Gorgon). Medusa will give birth soon and Petra has no idea what to expect. Petra must also figure out which man is the right one for her. I laughed often while reading the Werewolves of London. Medusa’s baby shower and the Gorgon birth were a riot. I enjoy Angie Fox’s conversational writing style which makes her stories a joy to read. The climax was fabulous with a charming ending. Werewolves of London is a diverting tale with outrageous oracles, a crazed chimera, a gorgeous Galen, a wistful werewolf, an offbeat baby shower, a bothersome bronze blade, and puzzling prophecies.

This is the final book in the Monster MASH trilogy and it's time to end this war. Dr. Petra Robichaud has been chosen by the fates to stop the old and new gods no matter the cost. Petra shies away from being a leader to the thousands of soldiers conscripted into the army, but they need her if they'll ever see peace again.

This book had a bit more romance than the others. I wasn't surprised to see Galen again, but it was interesting how the love triangle between Petra, Marc, and Galen al went down. After seeing Petra get back with her first love, I wasn't sure if Galen would be a love interest again. I did think Petra could have handled things better and she hurts people's feelings a few times.

I was excited to see a battle finally after three books, but I was let down. The ending was anti-climactic like the others and I should have seen it coming. At least this time we got a happy ever after for the characters.

I voluntarily read and reviewed a copy of this book. Thank you to NetGalley and Moose Island Books for the copy.

*Thoughts*

Werewolves of London is the third and final installment in author Angie Fox's Monster M*A*S*H trilogy. 3 months have passed since the ending of The Transylvania Twist. Dr. Petra Robichaud works for the 3063rd MASH unit on the fringes of a war between the old gods, and the new gods. She recently discovered that the man she thought died 10 years ago, is actually alive and was actually working for her enemies. There is also this prophecy that states that a healer who can see the dead could be the one who finally stops the war which has been raging since the fall of Troy.

This was the final book in the trilogy. Petra is back with her old boyfriend, Marc, since Galen has rejoined his army under special assignment. It's getting harder for Petra to hide her gift from her friends and the Gods. New prophecies are out, the war is starting up again and Medusa is about to have her baby! Add to that Galen reappears and he's not alone. With him comes more trouble with the New Gods sending investigators looking for Galen and the prisoner he brought with him. Petra is still with Marc but still has strong feelings for Galen. Will Petra be able to end the war this time? Who will Petra choose - Galen or Marc? I loved how the MASH family came together to help Petra and Galen. I was happy with the ending. Overall a good read and one I'd recommend.

So much fun, I absolutely love these books and again overjoyed to be back with these characters,Angie gives us fantastic writing, addictive reading, great characters (and development) and fast paced action. I love this series so much and I’m kind of sad this is the last, I’m hoping Angie will return in future because I adore these, I love Petra soo much. I have to say I’m happy with how this book wrapped everything up and the ending, just would have liked more of an epilogue

For starters, anyone who recalls M*A*S*H, the 1970s and 80s hit TV series, will immediately understand the vibe that runs through this entertaining fantasy story. Petra Robichaud is a surgeon who works in a military hospital that patches up humans, gods, monsters and demi-gods fighting in the never-ending war between old and new gods. It so easily could have been a bleak, angsty read – but it isn’t. Without being tasteless or inappropriate, there are plenty of humorous moments that had me grinning in this finale that ties up this entertaining trilogy.

Petra is struggling to commit to Marcus, the love of her life who she’d mourned – until demi-god Galen crashed into her life. However, he had to return to the front, and because he’d helped her in the first book, his punishment was to be turned into a mortal. They had agreed that their love for each other was probably doomed, so agreed to move on… The romance probably features a bit more in this slice of the adventure – but there is also so much else going on, it didn’t slow the pace and detract from the madcap quality of the humour. It’s always a tricky balance, to successfully pull off comedic moments, without reducing a full-on action adventure story to a farce. However, I think Fox has managed to produce a steady stream of humour – not necessarily laugh-aloud episodes, but certainly they had me grinning throughout – and keep the tension and stakes sufficiently high that the pages flew by as I stayed reading longer than I should to discover what happens next. The only slight niggle I have, is that I’m not sure what the title has to do with anything – this isn’t set in London and while a werewolf certainly features, the main narrative isn’t centred around him. But I’m not going to quibble about it – if Fox wants to use 1970s pop song titles for her books to go with the M*A*S*H theme, that’s fine by me…

All in all, this is an entertaining and satisfying ending to this original, quirky fantasy tale and I’m very glad I picked it up. Recommended for fantasy fans, who like their action-adventure tales accompanied by a dollop of romance and plenty of humour along the way. While I obtained an arc of Werewolves of London from the publishers via Netgalley, the opinions I have expressed are unbiased and my own.

Review:

The characters add so much to this story. The characters are quirky, unique and as varied as the injuries that Petra has to deal with. The interactions between the characters are sometimes serious, sometimes funny and sometimes life changing. Although it took Petra a while to realize it, she has made relationships that can never be broken.

Again the author created tension with just the written word. You never knew what was going to happen next, and that was both rewarding and terrifying. But there was also a lot of humor, which was a welcome relief. One of those was Medusa’a baby shower which had me laughing out loud.

I would recommend this book, and the other books in this series, to any one who enjoys action, humor and romance in the books they read.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book and provided my honest review.

This is the last book of a 3 part series. The Old Gods and the New Gods have conscripted humans with supernatural blood to fight the battles. Each battle has produced countless casualties filtered through MASH units. Petra, the main character, is a doctor in a MASH unit. Her life is complicated by her hidden supernatural power that is connected to prophecy. As in the previous books, this book relies on Petra and her trusted band of fellow MASH workers to support her endeavors to complete the tasks and fulfill the prophecy in an outcome favorable for the human supernatural and ending the war. This book introduced new characters, Leta, a dragon shifter, and Emma, Medusa’s newborn. Each introduction came at a pivotal moment in the fight to end the war. The dialogue in the book engaged the reader by providing enough information about individuals in the MASH unit that the reader wanted to know more about each person and what was happening in their life. Petra’s struggles to succeed in ending the war mirrored her struggles to connect with her forever love. This author created an interesting and uplifting story. I received an ARC for review. I would highly recommend this book.

What a finale!!!!!!
i did not know what to expect as the end of a series is never easy but the author did wonderfully we get all our answers and while we would like more it's not needed it's just perfect!

The truce could not last long and Petra has her arms full especially when Galen reappears and not alone...at the same time a new prophecy is told......and because things complicated come always at the worse time you add medusa having her baby....

it has it all the romance, the action , the suspense and the humour ...it's simply perfect!!!!! i really enjoyed following Petra and her friends and i can't wait to read more from the author!

A series not to be missed!

So! Book 3! I was extremely excited to start this one as I really enjoyed the first two. Safe to say, I was not disappointed!
I am a little confused by the title, but that’s all.
I really enjoyed the climax, it was really well written and although I am sad to see the trilogy end, I really liked how well this book wrapped up.
I’d definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys an easy-going fantasy read!

Well it's over. I love Medusa's baby shower that was funny. All the games they played and all the banter during the party. I like the fact that Galen came back and it turns out he was the one that saved Marc. I also feel the ending was okay but doesn't it suck knowing that you've been fighting for so long simply becausee the Gods were scared off getting hurt themselves.

Oh, man. I must say this final installment of Petra's ongoing prophetic and relationship woes was everything I wanted. Babies are born, love is in the air (among other places), and prophecies are flying fast and furious.

Naturally, Petra's in the middle of things. Unwillingly, most of the time, but she's still there doing her part to save those she can. Galen's sudden arrival back in camp (his sudden, SECRET arrival, mind you) is something Petra really doesn't want to deal with. Both sides are gunning for him and he's trying to hide a nearly feral dragon. While that's difficult enough, Petra's feelings are still hot and heavy where the big guy is concerned.

Then the prophecies start coming.

A little chaos, a little loving, a whole lot of revelations (about love, life, battle, and...all sorts of things), and a big, dang group coming together to do what they do best. Like I said, it was everything I wanted with a side of scary baby shower. *thumbs up*

An outrageously funny, yet sexy, tale! A must read! Taken from my review at RomanceJunkies.com:

Human surgeon Dr. Petra Robichaud must keep her ability to see the dead a closely guarded secret. Her particular gift had been outlawed by the gods, more than likely, because she could change things. If her ability was discovered, it would be a death sentence for her. In the midst of an eternal war between the gods, Petra had been able to finagle a cease fire during the past fall, but now it is spring. Their only hope of peace comes through the prophecies, which centers on a healer who can see the dead. Only two people know Petra’s secret, her heart surgeon boyfriend Marc and

Commander Galen of Delphi, the special ops soldier with whom she previously shared three blissful months before he was recalled to duty. With his sudden departure, Petra had been left with no closure. Just thinking about him and wondering how he is faring is too painful for her. In the meantime, she and her colleagues have set up a clinic in their MASH camp, practicing preventative medicine during the lull in battle. She discovers that Marc wants to take their relationship up a step, but lately, their feelings for each other seem a bit forced. Then Galen suddenly shows up at the wrong moment, injured and carrying a gorgeous female dragon shifter, who is near death.
Commander Galen was the demigod of truth and nobility before he gave up his immortality to be with Petra. Galen has never forgotten Petra or the time he spent with her, and he is still in love with her. In fact, he had only walked away from her to protect her, but she only sees it as a rejection. Having chosen the life of a soldier over her once and the fact that he may be leaving again does not help him in his pursuit of Petra, even though she is the only woman for him.

With the battle back in swing, the last thing Petra needs is being distracted by Galen. The armies’ new weapons, Petra’s struggle to keep from softening towards Galen and the mounting number of patients in the MASH unit are just the beginning of her problems. Once more in the midst of a prophecy, Petra must figure a way out before she ends up dead, but she is finding it harder and harder to deny the chemistry between her and Galen. Should she give in to her love for Galen or concentrate on fulfilling the prophecies with the hope of ending the war? Can she have a life as the former demi-god Galen’s mate? And just who is that gorgeous female shifter Galen brought to the unit?

A fun read, IMMORTALLY EVER AFTER, the third book in the MONSTER MASH trilogy, is hilarious urban fantasy at its finest, with New York Times bestselling author Angie Fox’s own unique twist. Where else would you find a cross-dressing sphinx standing guard in a MASH unit, a pregnant Medusa in labor and a TV show called The Real Werewives of Vampire County? From the first page, readers are transported to a world in limbo, run by gods and goddesses, where they can witness riotous, sometimes subtle, parallels to today’s world. The humor, inimitable characters, sassy banter, chaos, sexy scenes, originality, creative world building, romance and a once-in-a-lifetime love provides readers with an unbelievably entertaining book. If you are looking for a laugh-out-loud story with plenty of heat and a bit of the unusual, IMMORTALLY EVER AFTER is just the ticket. Although it is not necessary to read the first two books in this trilogy, IMMORTALLY YOURS and IMMORTALLY EMBRACED, in order to understand this final installment, I advise reading them for further insight into the series and just for the pure enjoyment. I highly recommend IMMORTALLY EVER AFTER. Do not miss it!

What can I say but wow? A fun and sexy read all wrapped in to one. As soon as I turned the first page I was engrossed in the characters. Fox managed to give us a full cast yet never once compromising on any of their personal traits. Petra is my favorite kind of heroine. She’s an independent, take no prisoners a main character that knows what needs to be done and does it regardless of the personal sacrifices. As for Galen… oh Galen… what woman would be crazy enough to turn you down? And if she does, would you like my address and phone number?

Galen is Petra’s perfect counterpart, tall, sexy, and dangerous and he truly loves her. He is the one person she can always count on when she needs someone in her corner. Will he be there for her when she is called upon again to save the world?

At a time when the gods control everything, Petra, a human doctor works in a war zone trying to help the war efforts the best she can. She, along with hundreds of others, was taken from her home and dragged into this war between the gods. But Petra has a secret. She is the one the Oracles foretold of, the doctor who can see the dead. Along with Galen’s help she must put an end to the war between the gods, even if it means she forfeits her own life.

Through all this, Petra finds herself trapped with deciding between the only two men she has ever loved, each professing their love to her. Does she choose her first love, Marc, thought to be lost to her forever, or will she choose the demi-god who left her behind.

Is it better to know the way your love with go or be surprised by the outcome?

Petra and Marc have a front row seat to the ravages of war in a paranormal world where the weapons of destruction are the nightmares of Gods not men. They are healing the wounded and moving toward the verge of something akin to a relationship even surrounded by such destruction.

Petra has loved once before and knows the pain it can bring but Marc pushing the commitment up a notch and Petra is wavering. However, whatever steps they were going to take come to a screeching halt when the man Petra never thought to see again, reappears. Galen stole everything sacred from Petra when he chose the life of a soldier over her. He left to fight in the war that should have taken his life many times over since losing his immortality. However here he stands still longing to touch her and knowing that no woman can bring him the joy she provides. Petra may dream of how great they are together but she is still unable to trust him with her heart or the secret she carries with her. She is the salvation or damnation of entire world where she considers those who share this crazy existence her friends.

The winds of change are blowing down very hard upon Petra and the time to choose whether she stays or goes will be made. Is one life given up the ultimate gift or the depth of stupidity?

I will miss this series, the MASH unit, all of the richly developed characters and Petra! What a great ride of a trilogy! I could totally visualize this as I was reading as a cable series that would be amazingly popular because there is something/somebody for every reader in this story.

Galen is back ~ at first I was not sure how I would feel about that with the return of Marc in the last book but WOW what a situation our Petra has found herself in.

Without spoiling anything, Medusa and her baby shower ~ hilarious and very creatively written - one would assume that with so many monsters, gods, people, shifters, dragons it would be a paranormal mess of a read but I am telling you that this series is too hot and too much fun to pass up. Thank you Angie for the trilogy ~ any chance we may see a novella or something down the road featuring Petra, her love and her friends??? :)

This is it! The third and final book of Monster M*A*S*H* trilogy!

Werewolves of London is fast paced, hilarious, and filled with angst, romance, adventure, and suspense. The setting was well crafted. A lot of subplots that will keep the readers entertained. I love how quirky the characters are. The secondary characters are endearing! Petra, the main character, is as snarky as ever. She's independent and imperfect which makes her a great heroine. And Galen is back! Mark's okay but Galen and Petra have so much chemistry together. Angie Fox is amazing author, she's full of surprises.

Overall, this was a fun and wonderful read. This book was a great way to end the trilogy. It was an epic ending!

This is a unique series about a MASH unit during a war between gods. Can one mortal 1/2 fairy and a demi-god make a difference in the course of the war while finding love?

One of my favorite TV shows as a kid was MASH. I loved watching the re-runs that played on my local station. Reading this book brought back happy childhood memories. As for this book, it has some great characters along with a unique storyline. Steam and laughs abound as we follow the heroine through the prophecies that herald an end to the war.

When the war resumes so do the prophecies and when Galen returns, will Petra be able to handle all that is going on in her life and will it be worth the cost?

Definitely a read for those looking for something different.

With thanks to Angie Fox and Moose Island Books for an Advanced Readers Copy of this book.

We're picking up 3 months after the end of the previous instalment and Dr. Petra Robichaud is working for the 3063rd M*A*S*H unit on the edge of the war that is raging between old gods and new.

An enjoyable quick read. Predictable storyline but with good execution and likable characters.

I am really confused about the title, as others have mentioned, there is a werewolf from London, but it has little to nothing to do with the storyline and would be generously considered a C character. That's my only real complaint, seems like an odd choice.

I am almost devastated that this series is over, but the author wrapped it up incredibly well.
I fell in love with these characters and quickly devoured the entire trilogy, not being able to wait to see what would happen next.
Thank you for rekindling my reading addiction.
I'll definitely be seeking out your other series.
