We've got a 5 acre plot of land that we've lived in since 2000 and absolutely love it. OK the 800° summers can be a little harsh but the land is beautiful and you just can't beat Texans. We know our neighbors and like them...most of them...and where else can you see a hive of tractors parked on main street and it's actually considered normal.
I've been writing romance since 2008 when I wrote my first novel in 3 months. And it was a 100,000+ word count. Apparently I had a lot to say. I've written four novels to date, several short stories, magazine and newsletter articles and am working on a 7 book series right now. I write contemporary erotic romance. Mostly hetero, some same sex, menage "oh yeah" but all of it HOT!
What started it all was a dream. I think a lot of authors say that and I think if more people would write their dreams down and turn them into stories the world would be a much more interesting place. Two dreams compose two of the biggest scenes of Final Promise. One where Simon is chasing Karley through the park into the locker room, and the other when she has to confront him in the conference room. It's been almost 4 years since I had that dream and I SWEAR I can close my eyes and still see the tears streaking down her face looking out the window. My husband always tells me that I have sci fi dreams and on most nights that is so true. I could fill pages and pages of paranormal scenes with them but those dreams were HOT with a capital Damn!!
Whatever precipitated those dreams I am so thankful for. I LOVE Writing! It is something so incredibly fulfilling to put your thoughts and dreams down on paper and have someone else read it and say, "WOW!" But it's something else entirely to have a writer read your work and say, "Holy WOW!"
Now if I could just find where I misplaced my editor...

Together In Cyn is a hot book that deals not only with some slightly taboo topics but some surprisingly emotional issues as well. Cyn grew up the daughter of scheming parents who tossed her away once she turned her back on conning others. Looking for love in all the wrong places led to a traumatic experience that tainted her love of the BDSM lifestyle. Writing in her journal was cathartic and it's led her to just the men to heal her completely. Brothers Chris and Jared grew up with harsh parents too. Chris took the brunt of their rage though and has the scars to prove it. He's never talked about it but it's left its mark as he's become closed off. He's more guarded and doubts true love exists. His brother Jared is the exact opposite as he's outgoing and fun loving. He wears his heart on his sleeve and isn't afraid to go after what he wants as he knows love when he sees it. And what he and his brother want is Cyn. They've waited long enough for her, and after putting the final touches on their new BDSM club, they're now ready to make her their woman.
Cyn has been in love with both brothers since she was young. She's lived next door to them and watched them claim other women getting more jealous every day. She thinks they see her as a child and while she's angry they read her journal it at least gives her the opportunity to be with them now. The time she spends with them has her becoming braver with her sexuality. She's more open to new adventures knowing they'll protect her. While Cyn gets braver it's Chris who makes the biggest change. He finally opens up about the past which allows the bitterness that's held him back to ebb away. Seeing him finally smile was extremely heartwarming. Both brothers are extremely sexy and completely devoted to Cyn. Every sexual interlude they enact is done to make her happy and her fantasies a reality. This leads to one intense scene after another, including bondage, voyeurism, and some spanking/light whipping. These scenes definitely live up to the BDSM label but never go too far. While these scenes are HOT they're also romantic as you sense the connection between them grow deeper as their journey progresses.
These scenes are done so well that it's disappointing when a bit of Cyn's past returns completely out of left field to put a damper on her fledgling freedom. This event is over-the-top and would be laughable if it weren't so degrading to Cyn. This person puts a vile spin on BDSM which ruins the freeing and character-building power that the scenes thus far have shown. This part of the story leads to the annoying Big Misunderstanding that is thankfully resolved quickly.
Along with steamy and intensely emotional scenes comes a delightful cast of secondary characters. They're all part of the club with intriguing backstories just hinted at and I'm waiting breathlessly for their stories to be told. While some readers might have a problem with two brothers being part of a ménage, no uncomfortable line is crossed. The author handles this relationship in a believable way making their HEA both heartwarming and immensely satisfying. Here's hoping for a return visit to The Library!

Cyn is tired of being just another one of the guys. Especially when it comes to her best friends, and fraternal brothers, Jared and Chris, who always are surrounded by women, much to Cyn's dismay. But everything changes when Jared and Chris accidentally read her little purple journal- full of the countless BDSM fantasies that she's had about the boys. They've wanted Cyn for a long time, and now is their chance to show her off at the private club that they own.
This is going to be a short and sweet review.
First, I love the concept for The Library. From the cards to the club itself, a place like that would definitely gain my attention and intrigue.
And then there's Jared and Chris. Oh lord. No wonder Cyn fantasized about them as she did. I can't blame her. Two leather clad brothers who own and Dom at a BDSM club? Yes to that please, where can I apply for my library card?
But the writing as a whole was rather unforgettable. It wasn't bad, but it's not something that I will remember a few books down the road. I also didn't really care too much for Cyn, which made connecting to this short story a bit more difficult.
If you're a fan of erotica and menage, then this book might interest you if it comes into your possession. Ultimately, however, I wouldn't go and seek this story.

Emotional but not on a level that cant be manipulated into something good. A girl that sees herself in a bad light thanks to past experiences. Two brothers that watched out for her. One brother taking on more than His share. All changes for her after being over heard on the other side of her thin bedroom walls.
For some reason my heart went out to Cyn. Trying to keep her life as she knows it together. Her secrets bring to mind the saying never leave a paper trail.(smiles.)The twins one carefree one closed. Both with a set mind and loving the girl they looked after most of her life. They all three need each other more than they know.
I soo loved the other characters as well Jenna and Nick, knowing more will come for those two. The Libray what a ingenious name to come up with!!I really liked the way they explained the whip and how it should always be practiced. The scenes were awesomely hot. I enjoyed how the Doms worked her fantasies into the scenes they planned. The past rears its ugly head, shame and embarassment and even old skeltons are unearthed. Will old preceptions dull the fire that blooms between them? Read and enjoy I did.

I really liked this story, it's got a a bit of everything. The premise is about a girl, Cyn who is best friends with two sexy brothers, Jared and Chris. Cyn has been in love with the brothers forever. Unbeknown to her they have read her diary. So now they know her secret.
The story begins when the two brothers confront Cyn about her wanting them both. Things soon hot up. The brothers have been keeping a few secrets of their own.
First read for me by this author. This is an extremely raunchy story, containing hot sex between Cyn and the brothers. There are elements of BDSM as well. This is a very erotic read.
I liked that it wasn't just about sex, there's a proper story as well. I don't want to say more, as I don't want to give away the story.
But if you like your books hot and sexy, with explicit content, then this is for you.

First person erotica isn't my favorite and it really affects my reading here. There is getting to be more and more telling, instead of showing, and I've lost interest in the characters and where they may be going.. Additionally, the writing style just doesn't mesh well with me - the descriptive terms literally make me cringe in sympathetic pain.

Together in Cyn is another not-very-original erotica out in the world. Not only because of Cyn's "inner goddess", similar to Ana's in Fifty Shades of Grey, but also because of the BDSM aspect of it. Still, there are unique aspects to this book, like the diary featuring all of Cyn's fantasies regarding her two best friends, Chris and Jared Kennedy. They've been friends forever, and Cyn has loved them for just as long. She doesn't think they'll ever see her as anything but a little sister, but when they read Cyn's diary, everything changes...
It's easy to see where the story goes after this. This book is a short, 121 pages, and pretty easy to finish quickly. Still, there was something about this book that kept me from getting into it all the way. I was almost...bored.
So when we open the book, we immediately meet Cyn, Jared, and Chris. They've been friends for almost forever, and the two boys have been there for her whenever she needed them. She loves them more than anyone could ever guess, and she's disappointed that they'll never see her the same way. But today, Jared and Chris have been staring at her with that look, the look that says they're thinking about all kinds of naughty things to her. Cyn's flustered, and becomes even more so when she's trapped between the two, both their cocks at both of her openings. All of the sudden, she sees her diary, and she freaks and runs away, absolutely sure Chris and Jared have read it.
Back at the apartment, she heads towards her vibrator, and sees a note under it:
Cyn, I will not be responsible for my actions the next time I hear this. Use at your own risk. J.
You see, Jared (J) and Chris (C) can hear her using the vibrator through the thin walls separating them. According to the two men, it, quote, drives them crazy. Annoyed that they're bossing her around, Cyn decides to use the vibrator anyways. One minute, she's having a heavenly orgasm, the next, Chris and Jared are at the foot of her bed, both wearing nothing but leather pants.
And from there on, they begin their sins, or should I say cyns? After having the best sex of her life, Cyn realizes that she's already fallen for the two. Instead of guarding her heart like the heroines in other books though, she embraces it and opens it up for Jared and Chris to see. While Jared seems all in though, Chris is quiet and reserved, always holding back from her. Jared told Cyn he loved her; Chris didn't.
Cyn later finds out that the brothers also have a Members Only, BDSM Club. The next day, she's cordially invited. But both Cyn and Chris have secret demons haunting their past, threatening their new relationship. Cyn has a deadly fear of bondage and pain after an incident with her ex-boyfriend, and Chris can't handle anything more than trust when it comes to Cyn, especially after what his parents forced him to go through during his youth.
Then, when a false note leads her straight into the hands of her ex-torturer, and Jared and Chris are away at a fake set-up, will Cyn once again cower in fear, or will she be the one dominating? When Chris and Jared finally find get to her, Cyn has a private conversation with Chris, where he reveals his darkest secret, one that even his brother doesn't know. He also asks Cyn to trust him, though he carefully avoids her comment about loving him.
Eventually, Cyn gets up her nerve and gives Jared and Chris an ultimatum: either Chris admits he loves her, or she'll move away. And yet Cyn knows that there's something else she has to do for him, something to bring back himself. The only problem? What has to be involved includes all of her greatest fears, not limited to extreme bondage and intense pain/pleasure. Will her past keep her from saving Chris from himself, or will she get past all that to help the ones she loves?
When you think about it, Together in Cyn is actually a pretty compelling read if you're into contemporary erotic romances. It adds a subtle twist to the many other existing versions of BDSM-love.

My Musings:
I have to say right off that this is one of the hottest book covers I have ever seen. Wow!
When I read the blurb for this book, I thought “been there, done that.” It’s another menage/BDSM plot. Okay, it’s a “been there, done that” for someone like me who reads so many books in this genre. However, I was pleased and surprised at some of the twists the author added to the story. It is definitely not a rehash of the same storyline from other authors.
Cyn and the two brothers, Jared and Chris, have known each other since they were teenagers. As adults, they live in adjacent apartments which adds an extra something to their relationship because the walls are very thin and definitely not soundproof. Cyn also works part time in the brothers’ bar.
Unbeknownst to the guys, she has been in love with both of them for years. She knows she could never choose between them, so she never lets on how she feels. Only her journal tells the truth about the fantasies she has of the three of them.
So, of course, one of the guys finds her journal and reads it . . . and shares it with his brother.
I really liked the idea of the story, but I had enough issues with it I could not rate it higher than a three.
For example, the story is written in first person which I don’t normally have a problem with. Unfortunately, there is something about this author’s style that doesn’t flow. The writing interfered with my enjoyment of the story.
There are also a few “yeah, right” moments in the book. The one that struck me the most is Cyn is totally unaware that the brothers have a separate home which is also a BDSM club. This is a mansion that they stay in every week and she never questions where they go to when they are away from her.
This is the only book listed by Jennifer Kacey on GoodReads, so I assume it is her debut novel. If so, she is definitely worth following. I loved the plot and feel certain that her writing will evolve in the future.
Her sex scenes definitely don’t need any help. She writes some excellent bondage scenes and introduced me to a new sex toy. The bondage is more extreme than found in many of the books I have read and I enjoyed the new twists.
Together in Cyn has many things going for it and I will definitely look for future books by this author.

My Musings:
I have to say right off that this is one of the hottest book covers I have ever seen. Wow!
When I read the blurb for this book, I thought “been there, done that.” It’s another menage/BDSM plot. Okay, it’s a “been there, done that” for someone like me who reads so many books in this genre. However, I was pleased and surprised at some of the twists the author added to the story. It is definitely not a rehash of the same storyline from other authors.
Cyn and the two brothers, Jared and Chris, have known each other since they were teenagers. As adults, they live in adjacent apartments which adds an extra something to their relationship because the walls are very thin and definitely not soundproof. Cyn also works part time in the brothers’ bar.
Unbeknownst to the guys, she has been in love with both of them for years. She knows she could never choose between them, so she never lets on how she feels. Only her journal tells the truth about the fantasies she has of the three of them.
So, of course, one of the guys finds her journal and reads it . . . and shares it with his brother.
I really liked the idea of the story, but I had enough issues with it I could not rate it higher than a three.
For example, the story is written in first person which I don’t normally have a problem with. Unfortunately, there is something about this author’s style that doesn’t flow. The writing interfered with my enjoyment of the story.
There are also a few “yeah, right” moments in the book. The one that struck me the most is Cyn is totally unaware that the brothers have a separate home which is also a BDSM club. This is a mansion that they stay in every week and she never questions where they go to when they are away from her.
This is the only book listed by Jennifer Kacey on GoodReads, so I assume it is her debut novel. If so, she is definitely worth following. I loved the plot and feel certain that her writing will evolve in the future.
Her sex scenes definitely don’t need any help. She writes some excellent bondage scenes and introduced me to a new sex toy. The bondage is more extreme than found in many of the books I have read and I enjoyed the new twists.
Together in Cyn has many things going for it and I will definitely look for future books by this author.

If you’ve ever wondered “why not me,” you will completely relate to Cyn’s baggage and her desire for love from the object, or objects, of her affection. Cyn has been in love, or is it lust, for years with not one, but two men…brothers. Knowing their friendship was more important to her than her fulfillment, Cyn writes all of her wants, dreams, and fantasies in her journal. When she realizes that Jared and Chris know she fears their “love them and leave them” past will be her future. After years of pining from a distance and getting upset when they didn’t choose her, all her dreams become reality when they admit their desires for her as well…THEY can make her dreams come true. The brothers have lived this lifestyle for years and are ecstatic when they realize the object of their affection is exactly who and what they need and can be exactly what she needs as well.
This was a quick, dirty, and taboo read. I loved it. Although it follows most BDSM lines, this one has a few twists that will make you want to submit. For those that don’t “get” BDSM because they see the negative side, this quick read shows the care and affection side of the DOM/sub relationship and not just the sex – that was nice. Jennifer Kasey is a relatively new author and I look forward to more of her work in the future. She definitely has the ability to spin a story and let you feel like you are a voyeur in the room.

I really liked this book. It was a quick and easy read. At the end of it you're attached to the characters and even if it's an erotica book, there is a story behind it. Don't get me wrong, there's a lot of sex and BDSM but sometimes it can get also a little emotional (but not too much).
Cyn is in love and in lust with her two best friends Jared and Chris who turns out to be twins. They're protective and care about her. She's fantasized about them for a long time already and kept those thoughts for herself and wrote them in her diary. She was also afraid to be rejected by them or worse, losing them just for one night of pleasure.
But the thing is, she doesn't know they wanted her too but were afraid of her reaction to their lifestyle. However, when Jared "accidentally" found her diary, they knew now that Cyn wasn't as vulnerable and innocent as they thought she was. They wanted the same thing and the two brothers are ready to fulfil her secrets dreams she had about them. They had a deep relationship and I'm happy that in the end they finally found out a solution for all three to be completely themselves.
It's an interesting read and ladies, let me say that this book is HOT!

If you seen my reviews before, you know I love me some erotica from time to time. I was scared at first with this one because I found the writing a little confusing. The character and spacial placement was off. Like one moment someone is fully clothed and the next they are completely naked in one second flat. Or there is some sexing going on and I couldn't figure out how their positions even worked. Detail is so important in sex scenes for them to flow right. But luckily those problems seemed to work themselves out as the book went on.
Together in Cyn was a very hot read. I for sure got all tingly. It had a pretty good plot and some scary moments. I loved the characters. They all had their problems to work out but they helped each other heal.
There is a lot of sex, bondage, and domination, but it mixes well with the plot. It's not all sex with no substance like some sexy reads out there.
Overall, I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a hot and interesting read.

I’ll give credit for the inventiveness of their BDSM club named The Library and the sex scenes, but the “villain” is a caricature making an all too convenient plot device for Cyn to face her past and the ménage is blah. Color me unimpressed.

I give Together in Cyn 4.5 stars overall.
This book may sound like the same old story, bringing an inexperienced girl in the BDSM lifestyle, but you would be wrong.
The idea that Jared & Chris have been her lifeline for so long, that she has fantasized about both of them for years and gone as far as to write it down in a diary, a diary that Jared accidentally picks takes home to read was a new twist for me and added to the story as the diary is a major player in the book.
The brothers had no idea Cyn wanted to submit to them as much as they desire her submission.
But there's something missing from Cyn's diary, something the brothers know nothing about.
Chris is hiding something as well, from both his brother and Cyn. And as we all know, a BDSM relationship cannot work without complete honesty and trust.
I don't do spoilers so I can't tell you too much about this book other than read it!! It's a twist from the norm, not a cookie cutter story here!

I knew when I requested this book that because it was part of the Taboo Line of Elora's Cave, it would be more than adult in content. I was not mistaken. What was surprising however, was that this was a "story" that just happened to contain sex; how about that? An actual story! It was a quick and dirty read that showcased the side of BDSM seldom seen in current books like "the one that shall not be named" - the reader gets to see the aftercare and honest affection side of Dominant/Submissive relationships, not just the Master/Slave aspect usually depicted.
That being said, again, it was a quick read, the characters engaging, the story well-plotted and the pacing/flow even. The sex scenes were sensual and passionate as opposed to salacious and gratuitous.

This book was not what I expected at all. I loved it, I devoured it in one sitting! I definitely want to read more of this story and more from this author. I would love for the story to continue with Cyn, Chris and Jared but would love to see if there is something up with Nick and Jenna! This book was amazing can't wait for more!

Cyn has been in love and lust with fraternal twins Chris and Jared for as long as she can remember. She has never told them that though or that she has very kinky fantasies involving the two of them. She’s too afraid that admitting to her feelings or acting on them would spoil the wonderful friendship they have. But, if they could read her mind, the twins would soon discover that there is only one reason why they never see her with a man:
“Because I’m in love with you and your twin. Have been for almost a decade. I’ve got a journal at home filled with what I want you to do to me and I’ll never be brave enough to show it to you. Plus, I want you to fuck me until I can’t walk for two days. Then I want you to tie me up, blindfold me and do it all again until I have no voice left from screaming out my orgasms for you.”
Cyn would rather do without than disappoint herself as a result of sleeping with somebody who isn’t Chris and Jared and so:

Her background and past experiences make her weary of that which she graves. The twins however recognise something in her; they know that she is more than capable of fulfilling her fantasies:
“You were born to take pleasure so all-consuming it threatens to steal your mind, and mine. You were made strong enough to submit to not only one Dom but two. Two men who want to push every sexual limit you’ve every conceived of and fall with you over the precipice into something you never knew existed.”
Or, as a new found friend in the twins BDSM club puts it to Cyn:
“Submission is a beautiful thing. Giving yourself so freely to someone else. Trusting them. Believing in them. It takes a strong woman to be able to do that.”
It takes time, reflection, long overdue honesty and being forced out of their comfort zones for this trio to become what they were meant to be. For Cyn it means accepting, at last that:
“…they needed me to be nothing more than myself.”
I’m not quite sure what to say about this book. I liked the idea behind the story, I liked the characters in it and loved the very hot sex scenes. On the other hand, because I liked the story so much I would have loved to see more of it. As much as I enjoyed the enticing descriptions of everything Cyn gets up to with her two lovers, I wanted to read a bit more about her back-story and the mental battles she went through as a result of what had happened to her. I longed to read more about what she had to work through in order to really give herself to the brothers. As it is, we don’t find much about her thought-processes. And the same is true for the twins, especially Chris. As it is written it feels as if the back-story is only there to give the author an excuse to write very steamy and delicious sex scenes. And in this book the back-story is just too good and intriguing to be treated in that way.
But, and I know I’m starting to contradict myself here, I’m also grateful that the author didn’t turn this book into one of those angsty stories in which the heroine is forever second guessing herself and we seem to play the “will she – won’t she” game for pages on end.
I guess that what I’m saying is that I could have done with this book being maybe fifty pages longer. Fifty pages which could have told us more about the characters back-grounds and everything that Chris and Cyn went through in order to overcome their issues and reach their happy ending. As it was written both Cyn and Chris went from feeling completely incapable of submitting to or inflicting a certain act, to jumping, feet first, into a rather extreme version of exactly what they were so afraid of. That turn-around, while intriguing, would have been far more believable if there had been a bit more of a build-up to it.
For me this was one very hot, very explicit and extremely sexy story; an easy and enticing read that could have been more with just a bit more attention to the background story and the characters’ thoughts and feelings. If, however, you are looking for a steamy story filled with sexy scene after enticing sexy scene than this is just the book for you. Jennifer Casey does know how to write hot sex very, very well.

When I saw this book for the first time, I knew I had to have it. The fact that it was from Ellora's Cave was the first thing I noticed. I love the books from Ellora's Cave. Then came the cover and the title. The cover is absolutely beautiful and the title and fits in so perfectly with this hot and sexy read. This book was exactly what the doctor ordered after this long week and my kind of read!
Cyn has been in love with fraternal twins Chris and Jared for as long as she can remember. Both are her best friends and are the only two that have stuck by her even after her parents disowned her and skipped town. Chris and Jared live in the townhouse next door to Cyn and late one night while sitting in the bar they own Jared begins to come on to Cyn hot and heavy. Make matters even stranger from Cyn, Chris is looking at her from behind the bar like he wants to devour her whole. At first just like Cyn I thought maybe she was dreaming or perhaps writing in her diary but it was not a dream it was reality. Her dreams are starting to come true and she's standing in between the two men that have had a starring role in every fantasy she's ever had. When she looks at the table she was sitting at, cold reality settles in. On the table is her personal diary. Jared doesn't deny that he had the journal. He went to Cyn's apartment to grab a book he needed to borrow but instead picked up her diary and much to her horror she can tell they've read the entire thing and want to live out every single fantasy she has written down. Little does she know that they are dead set on making that happen and that they have been fighting their mutual attraction to her for years waiting for her to finally be ready for the both of them. Cyn goes home and proceeds to do what she does every night which is have a date session with none other than BOB, ignoring the note in the drawer from Jared to not do it. When she's done she finds the twins standing in her room and so ensues they pursuit to have Cyn in between the two of them all night every night.
There are things that Cyn doesn't know about the twins. The first being that they own another home. The home is an exclusive BDSM club that they have been dying to take her two. There at the club, Cyn meets Jenna who dresses her up and tells her things about the guy that she never expected to hear. That they have been talking about her forever and have been dying to get her there. Jared and Chris show Cyn a side of passion and desire that she never thought she would ever see. Making her want even more than ever to keep Chris and Jared forever. But there are things that Cyn has never told the boys about her past and why it makes her fear being restrained and all her power taken away from her. There are things that Chris is hiding from. He has welts on his back, but no one not even Jared knows the truth about where those marks came from. Will the issues that Cyn and Chris have keep the three of them from finding their forever in one another?
I loved this story. Jennifer has a real gift of making you feel every emotion and touch between this characters. It was more than just a story about two guys who take a girl to a BDSM club. Have sex and call it a day. It's an actual full length story that shows you their passion and all consuming desire for one another. I thought for sure it was going to be an issue with the twins to share Cyn, but they had no problem with sharing in the least. I loved the twins and Cyn, holy hot tamale you can put me in the middle of those two boys any day of the week. The scenes in this book are full of heat and passion and I seriously felt like an outsider intruding on their intimate moments together. I look forward to reading the other books coming soon in this series and see if Jenna will finally open up and allow Nick to have a real shot at her. Make matters even stranger from Cyn, Chris is looking at her from behind the bar like he wants to devour her whole. At first just like Cyn I thought maybe she was dreaming or perhaps writing in her diary but it was not a dream it was reality. Her dreams are starting to come true and she's standing in between the two men that have had a starring role in every fantasy she's ever had. When she looks at the table she was sitting at, cold reality settles in. On the table is her personal diary. Jared doesn't deny that he had the journal. He went to Cyn's apartment to grab a book he needed to borrow but instead picked up her diary and much to her horror she can tell they've read the entire thing and want to live out every single fantasy she has written down. Little does she know that they are dead set on making that happen and that they have been fighting their mutual attraction to her for years waiting for her to finally be ready for the both of them. When she's done she finds the twins standing in her room and so ensues they pursuit to have Cyn in between the two of them all night every night.
There are things that Cyn doesn't know about the twins. The first being that they own another home. The home is an exclusive BDSM club that they have been dying to take her two. There at the club, Cyn meets Jenna who dresses her up and tells her things about the guy that she never expected to hear. That they have been talking about her forever and have been dying to get her there. Jared and Chris show Cyn a side of passion and desire that she never thought she would ever see. Making her want even more than ever to keep Chris and Jared forever. But there are things that Cyn has never told the boys about her past and why it makes her fear being restrained and all her power taken away from her. There are things that Chris is hiding from. He has welts on his back, but no one not even Jared knows the truth about where those marks came from. Will the issues that Cyn and Chris have keep the three of them from finding their forever in one another?
I loved this story. Jennifer has a real gift of making you feel every emotion and touch between this characters. It was more than just a story about two guys who take a girl to a BDSM club. Have sex and call it a day. It's an actual full length story that shows you their passion and all consuming desire for one another. I thought for sure it was going to be an issue with the twins to share Cyn, but they had no problem with sharing in the least. I loved the twins and Cyn, holy hot tamale you can put me in the middle of those two boys any day of the week. The scenes in this book are full of heat and passion and I seriously felt like an outsider intruding on their intimate moments together. I look forward to reading the other books coming soon in this series and see if Jenna will finally open up and allow Nick to have a real shot at her. As much as I’m disappointed, I think it’s becoming official that a three-way relationship is not my cup of tea. It’s completely personal however; that I just find it all weaves together too perfectly and seems almost fake within a story. Perhaps this is not the case for every ménage tale and I just need to find the right one for me, but I’m unsure if I even want to continue trying. This isn't because I don’t believe a three person arrangement could actually work in life and I’m probably being entirely too picky, but I need something more thoroughly fleshed out, detailing the many issues that would very possibly arise in such a relationship and how they would be worked out. This was a short read, just a little over a hundred pages and I thought it somewhat rushed.
This isn't to say I didn't enjoy any of it. The messages it successfully tried to express were well presented. Accept who you are, don’t be ashamed if your tastes are a little outside the ‘norm’ and put your trust in the right people. Cyn’s insecurities were well written and very believable whilst Chris’ past I didn't particularly make sense of and I felt it was just included merely for convenience. Have a woman afraid to be dominated? Well, throw in a male that’s afraid to dominate due to completely ridiculous, over the top reasons.
The characters themselves were likable, I found, yet nothing overly special. I leaned more toward Jared at first, but what I soon discovered was that both brothers were essentially one package, their individual personalities working better together than separate. This was well done, I admit.
The erotic side of things did impress at some points, as some of the wordplay was simply fantastic. The scenes were always well described, taking the time to build up the seduction of the reader, however nothing in particular stood out enough to be memorable. It did include a number of things such as voyeurism and plenty of BDSM aspects, as well as same-sex encounters, so there was a somewhat wide range and it did keep me entertained at least.
It had its up and downs, but it was certainly better than the last threesome book I read.

Jared and Chris have owned a fetish club (that Cyn does not know about) for a while now and have always dreamed of bringing Cyn there as their submissive. They assume that she won't be accepting of the BDSM lifestyle, so they never approach her. And then...Jared stumbles across her diary one day.
I really liked the premise of this book. Friends become lovers...with some whips and chains thrown in for fun. I jumped at the chance to read this one. I have three main gripes about this book though.
1. There is next to no conversation between Jared, Chris, and Cyn about what she's willing to try in this new-to-her world of BDSM. The boys have read her diary and have taken that as her permission to have all those things done to her. I would have liked to see a little conversation before Jared and Chris added other club members into the mix.
2. Safeword. Let's say it together now. Safeword. Jared and Chris are owners of a highly exclusive, members only fetish club. They are hyper aware of the security and safety of their members. Yet it is not until 91% into the book that they ever talk about a safeword with Cyn (and a lot has happened to Cyn by that point). Maybe this ties a bit to my first point, but I really wanted there to be a conversation between the three of them about a safeword before anything went down.
3. There's a villain in this book (it's not actually the villain I have a problem with, more the presentation). We know that Cyn has something hiding in her past. There have been multiple hints dropped throughout the book although we have no clue as to what this secret is. And then all of sudden-BAM! There's a villain. And not just a villain, but a villain that has managed to corner Cyn. It just seemed so sudden and out of place.
The really strange part is that even with these 3 issues, I actually liked the book quite a bit. It's the friends becoming lovers hook that I enjoyed the most. Plus when you add in the BDSM aspect, I'm a goner. There were plenty of secondary characters for the author to continue the series with and I hope she does. I think we'll see great things from Jennifer Kacey in the future.

Well, this book has it all, an erotic romance with what seems like a bit of everything, ménage, M/M, F/F, Doms and subs, spanking and bondage, voyeurism, in fact if its linked to sex it seems you'll find it here. There is a section with non consensual acts although it belongs in the story, and is a necessary part of the novel. Take note of the publishers warnings if things like this aren't for you, I hate it when readers complain later about a book where its clear the content is for those who want more than a tepid romance – and here you'll get much much more :)
Its a book with a sweet story on the face of it, Cyn has been friends with and relied on her two hot neighbours for ever it seems. But what the twins don't know until they come across her diary is that she's wanted more than friendship from them for a long time – and as it happens they both want more from her. Let the games commence. Unknown to Cyn they're owners of a BSDM members only select club, and so they're in a unique position to make her fantasies come true and they're both keen to get started!
Of course as the story unfolds we learn more, we see the reasons why Cyn is so repressive in her dating life, why she's ashamed of her fantasies, learn about what happened with her parents and why she was alone from such a young age, some secrets from the twins past slowly get revealed, and as they all get together with some very hot, sensual, erotic, sexy scenes the past starts to come into the present, and fears unfold and need to be faced or what's just started between them could all come toppling down.
Its a shortish book at just 157 pages for £2.87, but packs a complete story in there. Not just a few linked hot sex scenes. I guessed some of what had happened but not all, and that made for an interesting story as well as a hot read.
Stars: I tend to prefer longer books, and although this was a complete story and fun and hot to read it was over quickly for me. I did enjoy it but it didn't have quite enough to join my keepers file, I'm not entirely sure why though * shrug * it has all the elements but.. so a well deserved four but not quite a five.

I am never disappointed when reading a book that is put out by Ellora's Cave! And when I find a Taboo one I am always quick to jump on it! ;) I have to say that it was pretty damn hot! I enjoyed it very much! Okay so this book is the first in the series and I plan on reading them all! I do like a book that gets right into it. It doesn't take much time for you to get started on the steamy-ness. I was sold the instant we get the image of the guys in leathers! I couldn't put it down I needed to know more I had to have more of them. One of the things that I do love about this one is it isn't too long either so you get to get your fill and it doesn't take days to get through. Although there is nothing wrong with having a long story full of steamy-ness like this!
And the name of their club!? BRILLIANT!!
I have become a pretty big fan of menage. So this was a good one! BUT it was a little strange with brothers, I honestly wasn't sure how I was going to like it but I really enjoyed it. It wasn't weird at all. For those who may not know there is a HUGE difference between M/F/M and M/M/F and this is the first! I did get sucked into the hot sex, I mean who wouldn't? It was hot! But with that there was something that had me at a loss. I was so surprised and just didn't know what to think. I usually can figure out or at least have an idea of how some stuff will work out but when there are some twist and turns that are put in I do have to say that I enjoy them. I loved that there was a deeper story. Something that was just so sad, heart wrenching and something that in the end can pull people closer or push them apart. I am looking forward to reading all in this series!

Cyn is safeguarding a few treasured secrets. First, she is in love with not one, but two men! And, to complicate matters further both men are her best friends and twin brothers. Secondly, she secretly desires for both men to tie her down, spank her, and make love to her until she screams. But for fear of damaging her cherished friendship with Jared and Chris, Cyn only expresses her dark fantasies in her diary.
Fraternal twins, Jared and Chris were shocked to learn that their once perceived sweet, little, innocent friend, Cyn desired them just as much as the wanted her. The bothers were even more pleasantly surprised to discover that not only did she yearn for their touch; but, she also craved to be their personal submissive. Not wanting to deny her secret plea, the brothers are determined to fulfill every one of Cyn’s naughty heart’s desires by showing her what it truly means to be claimed by two dominant masters.
I will admit that it took me awhile to warm up to Cyn’s character. I personally found her behavior to be a bit childish especially after the brothers discovered her diary secrets. To me her dark, naughty desires did not fit her overall character at the start of the book. Nevertheless, once Cyn was introduced to the BDSM world, I gained a new outlook on her character and she quickly changed my opinion concerning her personality. Jared and Chris were mega hot and I loved how they showcased their dominant nature by instantly taking control, introducing, and bringing Cyn into their dom/sub world. Whether as a twosome or threesome, the sexual encounters between Cyn and her two men were mischievously lustful, very seductive, and down-right nasty in a romantic, erotic way. All in all, Together in Cyn proved to be an exciting read once I got past my initial persona hiccup.

Cyn is our leading lady. She has been seriously lusting after her two best friends Chris and Jared for quite some time. So long in fact that she has taken to writing out her fantasies in her diary. But she fears that these two hotties only regard her as their little sister like friend that they need to protect. HAH! Little does she know!
Chris and Jared (twins) do have a protective streak with regards to Cyn but it's not coming form a big brother like place. They have wanted her for a long time and have been waiting for her to exhibit signs that she is ready and wants them too. Reading her diary has done just that.
Quick and sure, these two set upon a serious naughty seduction of Cyn. They expose her to a lifestyle that they are committed to and show her the workings of their personally owned BDSM club. They tell her that they want her to be a part of this lifestyle with them and they want to have a menage relationship with her.

Of course, every smutty read had to have that element of danger (at least the smutty books I like ..lol) A man from Cyn's past has set his eyes on her once again and places her in danger. Also, Cyn has to break through to one of the brothers who is holding back.

Okay, I got a copy of this book to read for free in exchange for an HONEST review. As part of my honest review, I have to admit that had I not received it for free, I would NOT have purchased it. If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times… DIGITAL PUBLISHING/SALES COSTS ARE OUT OF CONTROL!!! To pay almost $7 for 150+ pages of text…. nope, not outta MY pocket! That said – if you’ve got the money and you like BDSM themed books, it IS a great read…
Cyn has grown up with Jarod & Chris (fraternal twins) always in her life and they now live side-by-side in a townhouse. One day, the guys happen across her diary in her house & read it, and discover that like them, she has always fantasized about them. And not only fantasized about them, but about them AND BDSM. Conveniently enough, the twins own a BDSM club called “The Library” – so they set out to make all her fantasies come true.
Not only are these sex scenes plentiful (c’mon – it’s Ellora’s Cave, after all) but they are imaginative! On top of that, however, you also have the story of 3 people who are in love (but no, no brotherly “love” happens) that need to admit it to each other while also facing some sexual demons from their pasts. Since I’m as vanilla as they come I have no clue if the BDSM themes are “accurate” or not (that bothers folks if they aren’t, but in my case, what I don’t know can’t hurt me) but I do find the whole library card thing to be intriguing! Advisory: Anal, menage, toys,spanking, whipping, anal hooks (ewwwww), etc… are mentioned / utilized. Make sure your kids don’t see it on your Kindle. You may traumatize them by forcing them to realize you aren’t a sexless being.

Laying to rest past demons and accepting that your desires are not to be ashamed of is what we see best friends Cyn, Jared, and Chris struggle with in TOGETHER IN CYN.
Cyn has been in love with twins Jared and Chris for as long as she can remember. They have always been there for her as her best friends. Throughout that friendship, Cyn has been keeping a diary and filling it with all her fantasies about the dark and kinky things she would like to do with Jared and Chris. Cyn would never dream of sharing these thoughts with her best friends because she believes her desires are unnatural and her one exploration with BDSM did not end well. What she doesn't know is that the boys have the same kinks and fantasies and when they find her diary, all the rules of their relationship change.
This was a really good story that went beyond where I thought it would go. I did not expect some of the deeper and darker parts of the plot, which really added to my enjoyment. Ms. Kacey's story had some typical elements--not being sure the BDSM lifestyle is "normal", having a crush on a best friend that you don't think is reciprocated, and the crazy hotness that results from exploring fantasies and hidden desires. The elements of the plot that I did not find typical, and which enhanced the story immensely, were the secrets that were being kept and the demons that were quietly being fought by the characters. I enjoyed watching the characters struggle with those inner demons and start to overcome them once they were revealed. The love and support between these three characters was as enjoyable to read about as their passion and lust.
Great story with great characters. I can't wait to read more of the Members Only series.

Holy YOWZA Batman! This was more like 4.5 stars than 4. This book was incredibly HOT & SEXY! When you read this book you're gonna either want your b.o.b (battery operated boyfriend) or your significant other to be around. Why? Because you will want to get off one way or another 'cause this book is that hot. I mean, who doesn't want 2 wicked HOT twin brothers, that are Dom's, working them over at the same time?! *slips of the chair & fans self*
Twin brothers Jared & Chris are best friends with Cyn. They've all been friends since they were kids & the twins were there for Cyn when her parents abandoned her. When one of the boys happens to be looking for something in Cyn's house he happens to stumble upon Cyn's diary. Her diary which happens to have all of her explicit fantasies and Jared & Chris both have starring roles. What Cyn didn't realize was that both Jared & Chris felt the same way about her but, they were waiting till she was ready to be opened up to their lifestyle. Jared & Chris are both Master Dom's who own there own BDSM club and want Cyn to be part of not only the club but, also to be both of their submissive. They want to make all of her fantasies come true while at the same time showing her how much they both love her.
Together in Cyn is extremely erotic and heavy on the BDSM. It's not wicked hardcore BDSM though. At least I don't think it is. This book is more that just wicked hot erotic sex. There's an underlining story of trusting one another, growth, acceptance & letting go of past traumas. Traumas that really affected the lives of not only Cyn but also Chris.
Together in Cyn has potential to a really hot, sexy, series. I'd totally read more books that evolved around some of the other characters in this book.
