Titan

Last night I got married.
I think.
I'm not exactly sure.
I was drunk off my ass, so it's not exactly crystal clear.
But, I woke up with a ring on my finger, a marriage certificate, and a sneaking suspicion I had a wild wedding night.
Oh, and a bride who is long gone.

Apparently, what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay here. Sometimes it takes off running.
But a runaway bride is the least of my problems.

Now I’m chasing after my runaway bride with divorce on my mind.
What could go wrong?
Besides everything.

This is book 3 in the series, but is self-contained and can be read as a standalone.
HEA inside and absolutely no cheating of any kind.

I'm just a simple small town country girl, haunted by Alpha Men who talk in my head 24 hours a day.

I knew I wanted to write when it became clear I couldn't be happy with just viewing other people's stories. I always wanted to rewrite them.

Like why did Jack have to die? Why couldn't Rose move her butt over? Because that was a huge piece of wood she was on, people.

Happy Endings should be fought for, but they should always happen. Mine might take some curves and twists, but they eventually get there.

Having published over fifty stories, it always feels surreal that this is my life. Hitting USA Today had me crying for days, but nothing is more special than hearing from readers that they loved one of my books.

I actually nabbed this one up thinking it was going to be a novella, so imagine my surprise when it turned out to be a full-length book. Despite that, I decided to give it a go and BOY am I glad I did because this turned out to be one of the most enjoyable books I have read in a long while.

description

It was freaking HILARIOUS. It had the perfect amount of angst. It had two fantastic main characters (even if Titan was a HUGE bipolar a$$ sometimes). It had a great cast of secondary characters. There was a bit of OW and OM drama but nothing too bad. The sex scenes were SMOKIN. I got a little hot every time she called Titan "BIG DADDY" *lol* Last, it was all wrapped up in a super sweet ending. This one was a complete pleasure to read. Therefore yours truly is giving to give it two HUGE thumbs up.

5 ‘Big Daddy’ ⭐️ omg I LOVED this book from the first to last page. It was hilarious with just the right amount of angst. I don’t have words for how much I loved both Titan/Big Daddy and Faith/wife. That doesn’t happen often for me, when I love both equally. The secondary characters added so much to this story. I’ve read most of this author’s Savage Brother’s MC series and loved it but I remember those being more full of drama and angst without the comedic relief. I have to go back and read the rest in this series. My advice, get to one-clicking this one!!

Big Daddy ===> Yuck!
Our heroine who is very annoying and crazy nickname the hero of "Big Daddy" ... I hate it when it happens ... "daddy" creeps me out.
Each time the expression "big daddy" appears I roll my eyes.

Titan Marsh… pro football player, a hell of a good time in bed, and … my husband.

“You’re engaged!” “Well, not officially,” I grumble. “Fuck officially! You’re all but engaged. What do you think you’re doing? This could ruin everything!”

“Hi, Big Daddy.”

“You had sex with me when you were engaged?”

“I was drunk! I didn’t know what I was doing. Hell, you could have been a hooker off the street,” he growls.

“Why in the hell are you acting like we had something when we didn’t? I didn’t keep Jacey, the deal or my plans from you, woman. I hunted you down because of those plans.”

“We had sex, it was really good sex, but I woke up alone. You were gone with those papers signed. That gave me the green light to go ahead with my plans. It might suck to hear it, but it was just sex, Faith. It didn’t tie my dick to you.”

Sometimes, I’ll start a book on a whim without reading many, if any reviews - and I love it.

It was not the case with this book.

Don’t get me wrong, it started out great. Both MC where something different, the heroine especially, and I was quite enjoying it for a little while there.

But then, somewhere halfway through, the book was completely ruined for me. Within just a few pages, I instantly hated both main characters (although it had already started with the hero since he is a pathetic desperate man who would do anything for money).

"If the stupid fits wear it!"

It wasn't until I started reading Taking It Slow that I realized it was part of a series that I'd already started. That just made it even better as I got to catch up with some favorite characters, especially Aunt Ida Sue and her cow, Hamburger. I really dig her kind of crazy, she's very entertaining. Actually, the whole Lucas family has the crazy gene and I laughed my way through the story, start to finish.

As I got further into the story I realized that I'd already met Titan. His two best friends are Aden & Gavin who were featured in the first two books in the series. Each can be read as a standalone though. Titan is a pro football player and has a big, beautiful muscled body with lickable abs to show for the hours of practice and exercise. And that's not all he's got... Get your mind out of the gutter, that's not what I meant, but he does (wink-wink). I was gonna tell you about his new wife. The one that he was too drunk to remember marrying in Vegas until he woke up with a ring on his finger and a marriage license. What he didn't wake up with was a wife. She fled the scene, leaving him to clean up the mess that was his life. However; he couldn't fix it until he found her... his runaway bride.

Usually, I find myself choosing sides when relationships start out rocky, but I couldn't bring myself to dis either of them. They are both amazing characters and their chemistry is off the charts. Being inside the head of Tristan when he found his missing bride had me in stitches. Knowing what he was seeing and thinking before he realized he'd found her was priceless. Props to the author for coming up with that unique situation that makes me giggle snort every time I think about it.

I wish I could tell you more, but I noticed that the author chose not to disclose who his absent bride was, so I'll leave the mystery for you to discover on your own. I guarantee that you will enjoy unwrapping this gift all by yourself, one delicious page at a time. The excitement of the chase and the anticipation of the sparks flying when they reconnected kept me glued to my kindle way past my bedtime. But it was well worth the book hangover I suffered later as I turned the last page with a smile on my face. I don't know if this is the end of the series or not, but the author teased me at the end of the book with a peek at another story that I can't wait to get my hands on. The line forms here...

5 Stars to Taking It Slow (Doing Bad Things Book 3) by Jordan Marie.
This book was hysterical! Loved it!

This is one of the funniest books I've read this year so far. I can say with honesty that I loved everything about this book. Both characters were fun and likable. I felt from the beginning they were perfect for each other. Of course there were times that both Titan and Faith got on my nerves because neither could see what was right in front of them.

Their banter was hysterical. I loved them together. There were some seriously funny scenes in this book. And don't let me get started on the secondary characters. Oh. My. God! I couldn't put this book down. If you love an equal combination of sexy and funny, this book is for you.

A drunken one night stand turns into a very entertaining book. I am not going to go into details because I don't want to spoil anything for you. I will guarantee this book will make you swoon and laugh. This is a total must read! I haven't read the prior two books in this series but I can promise you I will soon.

This is my honest and unbiased review. Thank you for taking the time to read it> :)

This was so good. I couldn't stop reading until I finished. It was funny, sexy and entertaining. I loved both Faith and Titan. They were a perfect match for each other.
I loved to meet Lucas family, the crayon gang, again. Where that family, there will be craziness involved. And I can't wait to hear more from them.
This book is absolutely a mustread.

5 STARS!

What happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there. Sometimes it takes off running.

Jordan Marie earned a spot as one of my favorite authors because of her amazing storytelling abilities in her gritty, gripping, emotional MC romances. She has written several books that have become all-time, top favorite books with stories that have moved me and will stay with me forever. When she announced that she was branching out into romantic comedies, I was very excited. If she could make that big an impression on me with those brutally beautiful MC romances, I couldn't wait to see what she'd do to me with a romcom! (Spoiler alert: no surprise, but she's a natural.)

I've loved all the books in this series of romcoms, a spin-off of her Lucas Brothers romcom series, but Taking It Slow has been my favorite. Titan and Faith were absolutely hilarious!! I loved Faith's coin-flipping, sassy brand of crazy, and there was a lot - a whole lot - to love about Titan. Taking It Slow was sweet and romantic, very sexy, and the humor was well timed and had me laughing audibly often. Cover-to-cover, Taking It Slow by Jordan Marie was an absolute pleasure to read! Five stars from me!

This was a crazy entertaining read! I really liked Faith and Titan. I finished this book really quick because I kept reading and reading. I didn't know where this book would take me and that was half the fun. Now I want to go back and read the first two books in this series.

I've been waiting for this to come out since reading, In Too Deep, and Titan and Faith came into the scene, their chemistry was off the charts and I couldn't wait to read their story... it was good :) The Crayon family seems to be surrounding almost each book that's published lately and I love it because they'll all entertaining as hell, especially Ida Sue and her antics and weird but wise sayings ;)

Titan and Faith's love story was definitely not conventional, since they started with a one night stand... and a Las Vegas marriage certificate... and a bun in the oven ;)

They both have to go through obstacles and people, to realize what they really want out of their lives, separately and then together. They had help of course, from their friends and family... you guys know the Lucas family aka "The Crayon Squad", their special kind of quirkiness, craziness will always be involved but they gave us funny moments and a reprieve from the outside world to some of us whom might need it...

This book has a little of everything... a lot of emotion, angst, drama, passion, uncertainty, surprises, humor, crazy moments of spontaneity, romance, tough moments and decisions, exes, rough patches, but most importantly, love, from friends, from family, from Titan to Faith and Faith to Titan <3

Of course, their love grew slowly but the title of this book is, Taking It Slow anyway ;)

Can't wait to read more stories from Jordan Marie :) especially the one that comes out on April 3rd, in Aurora Rose Reynolds's Until Series, "Happily Ever Alpha Kindle World", and her book is "Until I Saw You" and it's Alan's story who's Ana's brother from Unjustified Demands, from the Filthy Florida Alpha Series... you need to go read it to understand better who is Alan... better yet go read the first three books from this series, they'll all good and steamy as well as action and drama packed :)

"I love your body. Light to my dark, smooth to my rough, soft to my hard."
Waking up in a luxurious Suite in Vegas with a wedding band encasing her ring finger and a steaming hot naked God next to her is that little something that pushed Faith to run and run FAST... nothing new in her story book... she spent her whole life running because she never felt like she belonged anywhere. Of course, being a "Lucas" only goes to prove that she is her own special brand of crazy and when her "husband" Titan seeks her out he's in for a spectacularly hilarious adventure... one which the readers will be holding on to their bellies laughing while rolling on the floor. Faith has a knack for sticking her foot in her mouth continuously... but for some odd reason Titan can't get enough of this wacky fruit loop! You will definitely enjoy this insane Romantic Comedy with the Lucas clan... every unhinged member will have you in tears... mirth provoking tears! A story which will make your day... hell, even your month! 5 Comical Stars for a twisted story which will have you in stitches!

Alright now..

Let's start with..

wowza!

I really really, from page one, was like.. these two need each other!!!

Faith needs an anchor.
Titan..okay that name...Gahh..
sorry..
Titan needs his legit happiness..

Not some string along wife that comes with a business deal and is totally obnoxious.

And also that he isn't related to her anyway.. that is.. they are in the talks of getting married and thankfully not even engaged..

And then fate intervenes and I was like YESSA GAAWWDD! WOOT WOOT!

I ENJOYED it!

Titan and Faith are my favourites. An abusive ex, a Vegas marriage, morning after regrets. Hunting down your new wife to serve annulment papers to marry someone else, ludicrous objectification from lecherous old men fighting over Faith in a bikini.
Titan had his work cut out for him as she leads him on a merry chase.

Brad was her boyfriend, whom she’d left months before she met Titan in Vegas. Brad’s the reason she knew relationships and marriage weren’t going to be part of her happily ever after.

What sane woman leaves an abusive relationship—to end up married by Elvis in an all-night wedding chapel in Vegas from a drunken encounter? Titan, then chases his runaway bride across state lines in an effort to acquire her signature on annulment papers for him to marry someone else.
“You’re not sleeping on the couch”.
“You’re giving up the bed? That’s so sweet. I may have misjudged you, Titan. We should begin again. We can be friends this time”.
I roll my eyes, not bothering to reply. I don’t understand women, never really pretended to, but this one’s in her own brand of crazy. Placing her on the left side of the bed he then walks around to the other one and slides under the covers.
“Titan!” she shrieks as I pull the covers up over us.

Finally, she signs the papers and leaves him sleeping.

Ida Sue then urges her to inform Titan that she’s pregnant and she arrives on his wedding day. Inevitably, her news is met with resounding silence. Granted she had a little more time to absorb the life-altering news. He needed a few days to assimilate everything.

Fatherhood was never part of his future, especially with a woman he’s not in a relationship with. She’s not a girlfriend, she’s not even a friend, just really good in bed. But none of that screams relationship. None of that screams mother of his children. So he took a few days to clear his head. He should have known she wouldn’t wait around—she never does!

(Maybe his cold reality would be becoming a father with his lesbian future wife, Jacey and her lover. Yes that makes perfect sense).

Still in shock, he arrives at the airport as Faith and her cousin, Black are about to depart and is surprised when she rejects his offer to remain, and leaves.

When the time had arrived to marry Jacey, instead of listening to his conscience, he’d planned to proceed with their arrangement. He didn’t want Faith to see him being a chump—a play for a job—even with Jacey knowing his motives and her having some of her own. He’d felt lost and the promise of the general manager position might have helped fill that void.
Then came Faith’s news.
He hasn’t even begun to process that she’s pregnant.

When he moved to Texas, he wanted to be a part of their child’s life. What he didn’t expect was to be drawn even deeper to Faith. He wants to make certain she is taken care of—preferably by him. Since she left him in Buck-Stop, Colorado, he’s realised that if he wants to win her affection, he must make amends, and starts by buying her a house and following her to Texas.

Coaching a D-league team, he gets to still take part in the sport he loves and be close to Faith and their unborn baby. Initially he doesn’t admit that he owns the house Faith is living in, temporarily accepting Ida Sue’s offer to move in with her, her ongoing reference of C.T. (Chocolate Thunder).

There are far too many entertaining moments, the buck-stop incident with lecherous Leroy, the Sheriff, Faith and Titan and her absurd claim that Titan’s actually a woman.
“He’s a chick?” Leroy says and actually puts his hand on my chest. I push him away, deciding that I have indeed had enough of this bullsh*t.
“Back off, man,” I growl.
“Touchy thing, aren’t you?” Leroy laughs.
“Maybe he’s PMSing,” the sheriff jokes.
That’s it.
“Maybe I need to remind you just how much of a man I am,” I tell her, going for the belt to my slacks. I see her swallow and her eyes dilate. She takes another step back from me, and that’s probably the wisest thing she’s done in her life.
“I actually want to see his… her… d*ck,” Leroy says and the sheriff nods in agreement.
This makes me stop unzipping my pants. The last thing I want is Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum staring and trying to touch the damn thing. Just the thought of it makes him want to crawl up into my balls and hide.
“They made it out of his boobs,” Faith says serenely, her face looking like she’s discussing the Pope.

OR… Black and Titan in a penis-size contest as Faith goads on Titan that she’s seen Black’s penis (as a child).

After their first doctor’s appointment, he makes a note that the first thing he’s going to insist on, is finding a new doctor. An older one who has more experience…and a female one. Definitely a female.

Then her abusive ex Brad, rears his ugly head, the creep that attempted to rape her, assaulting her and knocking her onto the ground. Things hadn’t been good, they’d been in a steady decline long before the violence. Any feelings she had for him diminished long before he assaulted her. Before his attempted rape, before he raised his hand and hit her, before the cheating. The violence finally gave her the courage to leave.

Brad was the first man who’d ever acted like he cared about her, except for her father, sisters, and her dad’s family, leaving her vulnerable. She was with him for two years. She should have left him long before she did. It hadn’t been good. Initially she imagined it would get better, but then the arguments escalated, louder, darker, and each time she made an effort to leave he would retreat with new declarations of love and wanting to start over. It was a vicious cycle. They’d fight, he’d break stuff and scare her, apologising and promising to do better.
Gaslighting her.

Getting remarried, Brad makes an appearance amidst racial slurs and tries to manhandle Faith, until the cavalry cow, comes to the rescue. Ida Sue lets out an eardrum-splitting whistle.
“Hamburger!” she yells. “Time to take out the trash.” Then she mutters a little quieter—but not that quiet, “Ruining my Chocolate Thunder’s beautiful day. Not to mention Blossom’s. I ought to do worse.”
And then, no joke, a cow comes lumbering toward them, stopping in front of Ida Sue as she pets him and then points at Brad. “Get rid of him,” she orders.

Questioning her sanity, Titan then believes he’s seeing things. The cow bites Brad on the ar*e. Screaming like a little girl, holding his ar*e., the cow does it again and this time he comes away with a piece of corduroy on his mouth.
“I demand you—” Brad starts, to which the cow bites him again. I blink, but the image doesn’t go away. Brad’s walking away, and even starting to move fast because every minute or so the cow is biting him. Pretty soon old Brad takes off running with Ida Sue’s pet cow on his heels. It’s the strangest thing he’s ever seen. Everyone is laughing, but my eyes are still glued to the disappearing cow when I feel Faith tug on my arm.
“Let’s get married, Big Daddy,” she laughs. I jump, then look behind me because Ida Sue just pinched him on the bum. Looking upwards at the sky and wondering what exactly he’s getting himself into.

Titan will never get the hilarious vision of Hamburger biting into Brad’s ar*e, out of his head.
“I doubt old Brad will forget it either, since he probably has cow teeth scars on his a*s.”
After the ceremony, Faith suggests the playhouse.
“It’s a family tradition.”
“Say what?”
“Playing house in the playhouse is a family tradition,” I explain patiently.
“You’re sh*tting me,” he says, clearly not convinced.
“Nope, and every married couple here has had a taste of their honeymoon in that old playhouse”.

Epilogue One
Eris Sue Marsh was born seven months later at 2:00 a.m., in the middle of a torrential downpour that sparked tornados and flooding. Inside the hospital all was quiet, and her parents had to admit they had a piece of perfection amidst in the chaos.

Epilogue Two
Two years later
“I know we talked about having a house full of kids, but we may have to talk about wrapping it up after this one, sweetheart.”
“We’ll talk about it. I’m praying this one is a boy. Some more testosterone in a house overfilled with pink and polka dots would be nice,” he laughs.
“Don’t look at me. I think your swimmers are supposed to be the deciding factor. They seem intent on making sure you’re surrounded by women.”
“It’s a hard job but somebody’s got to do it,” he jokes, bending down to kiss me.

As they seem to go at each other like the energiser bunnies in heat, caged and fed Ecstasy every hour, this is their third pregnancy.

Can you hear that people, that is the standing ovation that Jordan Marie is getting for one of the best rom coms I have read. Taking It Slow does not accurately describe how long it will take for Titan and Faith’s story to bring a smile to your face and have the laughter bubbling out of you. This is one of those books that no matter how bad your mood is it will have your soul shining so bright they will see it from the moon. Their story had everything and I mean everything, it was fun, flirty, hilarious, crazy, romantic, drama packed, full of angst and so so sexy. My only negative on this book was it came to an end because I really wanted to stay locked in the world of crazy with the Lucas clan.
P.S. There is a scene at a gas station in this book that was so good and so funny it was Oscar worthy.

I was so excited for this story. Sadly, it didn't live up to my expectations. It had the potential to be more which was frustrating. It just didn't gel the way I wanted it to come together. Even the inclusion of Ida Sue and Black -- both characters I loved from before, couldn't save this.

I'm a huge fan of this family and the characters but this wasn't my favorite.

5 Stars!

Jordan Marie has quickly become a favorite author of mine and has easily landed herself in my top ten of all time. There are some authors who just have that spark and she does...no matter who she writes with or what she's writing, it's pretty fucking amazing and magical.

Taking It Slow is the third book in the Doing Bad Things series.... and if a guy like Titan is bad then y'all I definitely do NOT want to be right. Sexy. Sweet. Fun. Complicated. Hilarious. Marie delivers the absolute best of this series with Faith and Titan's story... giving me some of my absolute favorite romance tropes, all bundled into one killer package that's this book.

She might try to run, but he will always find her.

One wild night in Vegas changes everything for these two. Only come morning, Faith runs and Titan chases. She is not his usual type yet he can't shake her own brand I'd crazy from his mind. And well he's definitely her type, but too bad she's done with men and love and all that comes with it. Well that is, until their lives are thrown together with no chances of escaping this time.

Explosive chemistry. Undeniable attraction. Laugh out loud banter. Sizzling sexual tensions. Perfect secondary characters. When they are together, it's like fire and ice yet they couldn't be more connected on every level. You'll laugh. You'll swoon. You'll even fan yourself a time or ten. Faith and Titan rocked my world every way imaginable and I'm already excited to re-read them again.

This is a standalone but this series is absolutely fantastic. Run to buy it and find out why these guys make girls wanna do bad bad dirty things.

I highly recommend this book.

Taking It Slow was a rip roaring good time that had me laughing had throughout the whole story. Titan & Faith met in Vegas at a wedding, and after a tequila filled night, Faith wakes up married to him. She panics, and gets in her car leaving him asleep. When Titan wakes up, he thinks he just took a hot blonde to bed, but as the nights events start to resurface, and seeing the marriage certificate, he is flipping out, especially since she left without a word. Now, in order to secure his future that he was after, he must chase Faith down to get an annulment, but little does he know that he's about to take a serious ride on the crazy train. Now this is just the first part of the book, and it only gets even more hysterically funny from there, even though it's hard to believe. The brilliant talent & hysterical wit of Jordan Marie is showcased fantastically in this story, and well I couldn't get enough of the hilarious insanity. Faith is her own special brand of crazy, but she has her Lucas relatives that make up the colorful cast of secondaries, who are even crazier, especially her Aunt Ida Sue. (I still can't stop laughing as I thought about Ida Sue) And poor Titan, he can't even comprehend their crazy, but he goes along for the ride. Between my barely breathing through the laughter, they ignited some serious fiery flames during their sexy times that simply set the sheets on fire! I could go on & on all day, but seriously, just read this insanely hilarious read immediately! (Did you take the hint that Taking It Slow is HILARIOUS?!) HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Taking It Slow is a cute and sassy story that gives you a Vegas Wedding and a whole lot of chasing. We get insta-love, the fight against it and the emotions that go with it. I'm used to reading novella's from this author so it was my first full length that I've read from her work.

Titan and Faith met at a wedding in Vegas. Several shots of tequila later, they wake up with a vague memory of amazing sex and something else.....wait, did they get married? As soon as Faith wakes up, she takes off, leaving Titan to chase after her. He needs an annulment because he has other plans for his future. Thus begins and epic chase that gives us a lot of laughs, a little bit of heart ache but ultimately that tingly feeling of love.

What I love about these two is that I imagine this huge football player and this tiny little pixie with so much sass, she can rival Titan's size. I don't know why but I've always liked seeing such a size difference. Faith is absolutely hilarious. I mean come on....she keeps calling him Big Daddy, despite the fact that he can't stand it. She makes him chase her and she seriously gets herself into some awkward situations. The things she was saying at the gas station (you'll know when you get there) had me full on belly laughing.

It was fun to watch the chase and then watch the two of them struggle to find there way to each other. Plus there's a little secret going on that I know people will love.

If you are looking for something fun, sweet, sexy and full of humor, then Taking It Slow is for you.

1.5 Vegas Stars

First of all calling the Hero "Big Daddy" 654687646 times isn't sexy... it's annoying. So after the 20th time I decided his nickname was "D" and it allowed me to move on without strangling the h.
I was having my doubts on if I was truly reading a Romance book until about 80%? I honestly thought it was going to be one of those rare no HEA books... I didn't feel the chemistry past the sex and even those scenes weren't that great.

I feel like the Author wanted us to feel that since the couple was two different races that they were being judged by outside parties. Yet I didn't feel like the h really mad at all. I wanted her to be fuming and instead she was kind of like "eh losers whatever."

Over all I wasn't thrilled with this book... the main theme over and over and over again was that the H has a BIG DICK - HUGE DICK.
Oh and btw there is 0 Football in this "Football Romance" - wtf! I need scenes from games and practices.- I want to see my H's in their jerseys strutting their stuff.

Taking It Slow by Jordan Marie was so good. It is a mix of sexy, steamy, flat out funny, and wildly witty. I loved the main characters of Faith and Titan. They complimented each other and played off each other well. I've been waiting for this book to come out since In Too Deep came out. Titan and Faith's love story was definitely unique but hey I love unique and unconventional love stories. This book has a bit of everything going on –angst, passion, humor, wit, surprises, twists and turns, ups and down, exs, hopelessness and hopefulness, and most of all-LOVE. This isn’t an insta-love story but a love grew slowly kind of book, like the title suggests. I don’t want to give any spoilers away. I will suggest just reading this book. Its one that you need to experience to take everything in, that is how awesome this book is. This is a standalone but the series itself is fabulous. I cannot wait to read the next book from this author.

My Rating: 4.5 stars *****

"Feels like coming home, Faith. Fuck me, you feel like coming home."

So I got to start this review in full honestly and say I didn't like it up until chapter 10...and then something happened and this story just grew on me and before I knew it it was 4 in the morning and I had this stupid smile on my face and didn't even care that I was going to be sleep deprived that day.

Now let's talk about Faith and Titan - these two were one hot mess after the other and so fun to read (right after chapter 10 or so 😝). Once again I found myself wincing every time she called him Big Daddy, but that's on me and my issues with the use of "daddy"...The side characters were hilarious, especially Ida Sue. Like Tiran said she was one crazy lady 😉

My first book by Jordan Marie and I like it a lot. Can't wait to start that "teaser" at the end she left us with. Sounds super intriguing 👍

OMG this book was so unbelievably good that once you start you will not be able to put it down. Its laugh out loud funny with tears leaking from your eyes and not all of it is due to the main characters. Titan is a Alpha that could rev any woman's engine and Faith just so happen to be the recipient. They say what happens in Vegas stays there too bad Faith never got the memo. After waking up in bed with a God (oops I mean Titan) she runs leaving Titan a man on a mission trying to track her down. What ensues from there is nothing more than hilarious hijinks mixed in with the Crayon Gang (Lucas Family of course) but also their matriarch the over the top, scene stealing and hilarious Ida Sue and hamburger. This book gives me life and I LOVED IT TREMENDOUSLY!!!!

I haven't read the first two books in this series. As it turns out you don't really have to, these can be read as standalones.
We have Faith & Titan who drunkenly tie the knot in Vegas, as you do. Faith leaves before Titan wakes. Titan wakes & everything comes back to him so he's slightly put out to be chasing his 'wife' down for a divorce. As it turns out that he's 'engaged' to marry for business reasons. He tracks Faith down, then she gives him the slip again. After he tracks her down at her Aunt Ida Sue's. Now that's a character & a half! Ida Sue is a hoot, not all the crayons are in the box, but she does get her points across & not forgetting Hamburger the Cow. Throw in an ex-boyfriend who doesn't know what the word 'No' means.
Does Faith give Titan his divorce?
Do they get their HEA?

Oh my god, I loved this book. I love this family. I love this storyline.

Faith and Titan have one wild night, which in the first chapter you can figure out all on your own. Jordan is not afraid to describe in detail what these two do :) But when Faith figures out that they are married, she hits the bricks. There is no way she is going to stay around and be told she isn't wanted.

Titan wakes up and finds he is married but no wife can be found. But when he does find her, HAHA now the fun begins. Not only does he have to deal with Faith and her craziness if that is what you want to call it. But her family and Ida Sue. Whom we all love!

This is a must-read and one click! I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.

I loved reading this book! I smiled so much. The chemistry and banter between Titan and Faith is Hot, Sexy, Hilarious and downright FUN! I could not get enough. I really didn't want this book to end.

Titan and Faith are great main characters and not only do you enjoy them, but you also get to visit with characters from the first two books in this series as well as The Lucas Brothers Series ( which is always awesome).

There were a few bumps, twists and turns for this amazing couple but with the help of a creative genius like Jordan Marie, they moved forward and got everything they deserved.

Love this couple, book and series. I recommend this book to everyone and anyone that enjoys witty and hilarious banter, a strong and sexy alpha and a sassy and sexy spitfire.

I will start by saying I LOVE Jordan Marie's books and this one is no different! I have always liked the Lucas family, and Faith fits in perfectly with the rest of the family.

Faith and Titan are amazing characters which made this book interesting. All the back and forth bantering, the amazing chemistry. Did I mention the amazing, steamy, up the wall chemistry between these two?

Faith is so much like her aunt Ida Sue, I had to remind myself that she's not Ida Sue' s daughter. I loved seeing the Lucas' s again and can't forget about Hamburg. 😜
I can't wait to see what the amazingly talented Jordan Marie gives us next!

OH MY HOLY "HAMBURGER"!!!! (And if you've read Jordan Marie's Lucas Brothers series, you'll know that reference.) I laughed so hard I cried all through this book!!! Faith is most assuredly a Lucas, through and through!!! I adored her, and MOST of the time Titan was absolutely swoon-worthy (but considering her was dealing with that special kind of Lucas crazy, he can be forgiven for when he wasn't).

I became a fan of Jordan Marie because of her MC Romances, but this author has one sassy brain and she can do Romantic Comedy with the best of them!!! If you haven't met the Lucas family you don't know what you're missing!!!

Rom-com at it's finest!!!
Jordan Marie makes you want to laugh and swoon in This hilarious tale of what happen in Vegas stays in Vegas... or it follows you to Colorado and also as far as Texas.
Ida Sue and the rest of the crazy Lucas clan can never stay away for long when one of their own needs them to inconveniently intervene when they feel a loved one needs a not so subtle nudge in the right direction when it some to love ... This book will make you wanna Slap Titan then climb him like a Greek statue!!
Hot Hot Hot and LOTS of laughs keep you glued to the pages to this story and leave you waiting for more of Ida Sue.
