Weighty 'n' Worthy African Proverbs - Volume 1
This is a compilation of 100 African Proverbs and comments on them from the lens of an African. Humor is woven into words of wisdom to create literary comedy. In this era of supersonic hustle and hassle; hardly does one have time for anything. It’s a real challenge for an author to look well and cook a book with ingredients that hook. His articulate thoughts and soothing words are able to arrest attention and induce in someone a reading intention.
Under each proverb are comments from the author that gives interpretation and insight that incites a reader to see the practical value of the proverb. Rhymes are generously used to fascinate a reader and keep him engrossed. Idioms, axioms and vocabulary are generously used. These are not usually taught in schools but they add weight and worth to our delivery. Present in this book is an opportunity to acquaint oneself with more of them.
This book is bathed with a readability that accommodates readers of various abilities. The synonym of uncommon words is inserted right beside it but with a smaller font in bracket. They have also been categorized for easy reference. Majority of them are rhymes.

This book is about nothing in particular and everything in general. It's a brain teaser and a mind pleaser. Your smile will not forget to laugh in every turn as your pressure converts to pleasure. Stubborn happiness and soliloquising 'laughter' will hug you as the author is already ready to remedy any tragedy with a steady coming comedy. Even your picture will smile. Don't be left out, be right in because before you know it you won't know it again.
You won't want to 'commit' the mistake of being absent where Wisdom is wedding Humor. The reception is extravagantly 'garnished' with Axioms & Idioms, Rhymes & Quotes, and Vocabulary is the able MC. Only robots can resist exclaiming, WOW! - and you're not. Everyone and his mother is in eager expectation. Nevertheless, you will never be the less in Wise Laugh Academy. Moreover, you are more and over. Pop champagne is your campaign in this book.
The author wishes to contribute something of value to someone valuable - You. Be you brethren, 'sistren' or children; in whatever walk of life you are working just grab a chair and cheer up with this book. If you miss it, it will pain you. Amazing book. Worth reading. Wisdoms from the part of world which is mostly unknown or ignored. I was so happy to find such compilation.
