to lovers is CRAZY because they never were friends?? nor were they enemies?? madden and brielle had
one
disagreement, and they both called each other their friends even when, as brielle stated, “friends was not the right term since feelings were involved”??? something’s not adding up🤔

The first of A Rebels Havoc read for me & I loved it. It was hot, exciting and tantalizing. Madden is the last of the band's single member who is still very much enjoying his playboy ways, until that is, he encounters Brielle, something about her captivates him and he gravitates towards her at full force.

The final book in A Rebels Havoc, Madden finally gets his turn at love.
It's hard when you are the final man standing and everyone in your social circle has found their person. While Madden was never opposed to finding love, he just never found the right person and honestly the longer he's in the industry he finds it hard to trust people. Trust is so easily broken and sold for headlines, so call him shocked when he begins to fall for a journalist, the very person who could turn on him in a heartbeat and burn down everything in a second.
Brielle Silvers has a secret, but it's one that Madden would actually understand about her so she doesn't know why she keeps it hidden as long as she does. Brielle doesn't trust easily, just like Madden, so falling for man like him isn't on the top of her to do list. The cons weigh higher than the pros, but the heart wants what the the heart wants and it doesn't take long for Madden to work his way under her skin.
This story is somewhat light on angst and heavy on steam, overall it was a nice wrap up to the series. While Madden can be read as a standalone, there is a lot of time spent with his other band members and their significant others, so reading the other books in the series would make reading this book more enjoyable, but not necessary to follow Madden and Brielle's plot.

I loved this story!

Madden Cole doesn't trust easily. He always thought he'd be the first of the band to settle down but, over the years as they grew more famous, that just didn't happen. From the moment he meets reporter, Brielle Silvers, he wants her, even though she caught him in a compromising situation. She's under his skin and all he wants to do is prove that the connection between them is real and could be something more.
"I hate how I'm attracted to Madden almost as much as I dislike him."
Brielle is not who she says she is. She doesn't trust easily either, nor is she impressed with Madden, even if he is undeniably attractive. However, over a period of time he wins her over, but what happens when all their truths come out?
This was a gorgeous, sexy AF read! I thrilled at the chemistry between Madden and Brielle. I loved that they quickly came to matter so much to each other, but Madden was a dummy when he found out Brielle's secret. He should have known better as her actions spoke louder than her unsaid words! Humour, sexiness, drama, and a little bit of angst. Loved it!

I have been dying a slow death waiting for Madden's story. I know, I know... you're not meant to have favourites, but it's hard not to when you know that there's a dirty-talking, bossy and sexy drummer on his way.
Much like the other books in the series, Brielle and Madden had a lot of obstacles to overcome to get to their happily ever after (make sure to grab the bonus epilogue!). In fact, I think they had more than any of the other couples.
There were a LOT of things happening that would have sent a weaker character running for the hills, but thankfully, Brielle was not one of them. She was such a strong character. Strong in her beliefs, strong with her loyalty, strong under pressure and also strong with her desire to protect Madden.
They were both stubborn as all get up which made for some A+ banter. God, how I love me some banter. But, it was also a drawback when it came to some of the more serious moments. In fact, had it not been for Kyla and Ivy getting involved, their story could have turned out so very differently.
Anywho...if you love a spicy romance with a hot-as-sin musician and a sassy FMC, this is the book for you.

Madden has seen his friends and sister fall in love and form new relationships and he is the last man standing. Madden has issues when it comes to trusting people, especially journalists. Needless to say he isn’t a fan of having one come into his home for an interview. Brielle is new at Limelight and scored a great interview with the band. She has worked hard to get where she is, even if she hides her true identity from everyone.
I loved the connection between Madden and Brielle! These two have a ton of chemistry from the start and things only heat up as the story goes. They both judged the other based on their careers and first impressions, but quickly learn that there is much more to each other than what they initially thought. These two, despite some ups and downs, were absolutely perfect for each other.
I’m sad this is the end of the series, but wow what a way to finish up. This entire series is fantastic from Brix all the way to Madden.
If you’re looking for an enemies to friends to lovers, rockstar, workplace romance this is one to check out.

Madden is LIVE now and I'm so happy I was part of Brooke's ARC Team and had the chance to read it sooner.
The book is amazing! It's the last book in the "A Rebels Havoc" series, but it can be read as a standalone. It's about Madden, the band's drummer, and Brielle, a journalist who interviewed the band and had a bad start with Madden.
Madden is a rockstar romance, with a protective alpha male who had all the bad guy vibes, but he is actually a soft boy and a confident and strong-willed journalist. There are many HOT and steamy parts! I found no trigger warnings, just a lit bit of the misunderstanding trope, but it was okay.
The plot is interesting, sexy and steamy. I love Brooke's writing; it's great! Madden is handsome, very attractive, nice, sweet, interesting and super protective. He is definitely a teaser and a great dirty talker. He knows what he is doing. Brielle is cute, sweet and lovely. She is very smart and she is doing her best for the people she loves.
Overall, I LOVED it and I totally recommend it! Buy it ASAP!

I’ve been following A Rebels Havoc series and this book just adds to these fantastic rock romance books. Madden is the last man standing and even though he isn’t opposed of love he just can’t find anyone that he truly trusts.
Brielle is a budding journalist and has just landed her dream job and is given the job of interviewing this band who always seems to be in the headlines in bad light. She just wants to bring out the bands’ rise to fame and is not looking to write dirt on them. Now if only they trusted her.
These two have it all with the chemistry they have but its still layered in trust issues. The drama was on a high as well with a crazy ex looking to wreak havoc on Madden and Brielle. This was a book I couldn’t put down.

Oh.My.God.Brooke! Let me slow-clap you in with a standing ovation for this final book - this finale - of the A Rebels Havoc series. Holy mother of all that is Madden!
So for anyone who's read my reviews of the other books in this series, y'all know I am a big fan of the series. I even went so far as to say for book #3 that it blew my socks off and I was so shocked that it may have just overtaken my favorite book in the series, which was "Brix" the first book, in case you were wondering. But all three books leading up to this one have had us waiting with bated breath, awaiting everything that is Madden. Brooke has teased him to us - shown us how loyal he is, fierce, slightly grumpy, devoted to family and friends and his band, and sexy AF. We've wondered, as all of the other guys got wifed up, what female would enter their realm and knock him on his ass. Maybe this contemplation has even kept us up at night... or was that just me?
But anyway, we've been lusting after Madden for so many pages and the anticipation of his own book has been a special kind of torture. So low and behold, you can only imagine my complete and utter shock and surprise when I read this book and I found that Brielle, the female lead, actually stole the show! I mean, of course I enjoyed learning more about Madden and what makes him tick - but Brielle.... this chick just stole the entire book! How Brooke wrote her - of course she's gorgeous, but she's smart and funny, and she's got serious backbone! I was so impressed with her. In so many parts of this book when faced with adversity and confrontation, where most would cower away, Brielle not only stood firm but she stood her ground and stood up for herself. I was just so incredibly proud of her and impressed, that it made me love her so much more.
I've also been impressed with Brooke that the "edge" that she created in book 1, that she's managed to keep that going through the entire series. She crafted a world for us, and a certain "edge" and emotion while reading. The fact that she's been able to keep that "feeling" going for 4 books is beyond impressive. Of course her writing is so incredible, we don't even have to talk about that. But her stories, the world that she's crafted, along with her characters - it's like we're there! All marks of an incredible writer.
Specific to this book, as mentioned above, Brielle took me by surprise. It was totally a happy surprise, because often in these types of books we (the ones who are attracted to the male leads) will sway towards them and they steal the show for us - so I just loved how Brielle took complete center stage for me. So much so that at times I even (almost) disliked Madden for being a jerk. Like, seriously dude! But Brooke also hit us with some surprises when it came to Madden - bossy much? ... OK I'm refocusing, sorry - yes bossy... surprises.. OK I"m back from la-la-land. Brooke gives us a couple of eyebrow raising surprises, but also the plot twists... ooooo giiiiiiirl! Not just spicy but juicy! Hollywood Tea aint got nothin' on your plot twists, girl!
When it comes to rock star books in this genre, this has definitely been one of my favorites! And although I'm sad that we've arrived at the last book in the series, I'm so excited about this final book and how it came together - how all of the characters' stories came together - how they evolved and overcame. It's so bittersweet. Bravo, Brooke. I'm beyond excited for what comes next - what the next world will be that you craft for us! Thank you for bringing us A Rebels Havoc.

This is one of my favorite rockstar romance series and this author definitely saved the best for last! Madden and Brielle’s story is just so good they are probably my favorite couple out of this series actually I’ve probably said that with every couple lol but ughh these two were just everything!!! I’m sad that this series is over but I’ve been dying for Maddens story since the beginning this is a must read and I definitely recommend! Amazing! Loved it!

The final installment of the Rebels Havoc Series. I was so happy to finally have the complete collection. This couple was a whirlwind to read. This couple grabs your attention from the start. I have been looking forward to reading about Maddens story since the other earlier novels.
The suspense, the love and the betrayals all make this story so interesting to read. Check it out!

I love rockstar romances. This is a fairly good one overall. It took me a minute to like Madden but once I got more details, we became better friends. Lol. Brielle is interesting and her backstory intriguing. Yes she had me at hello. I love books that intertwine characters from previous books and this story does it well. Happy Reading Everyone. XOXO

okay read
Starts off with a scene that puts me off madden however wasn’t a fan of brielle either with her passiveness. Plus she succumbs to him pretty quickly and no protection even though she caught him with someone else. Takes a bit of settling into the story and it gets better. Was an okay read but not one I’d keep.
Starts off with a scene that puts me off madden however wasn’t a fan of brielle either with her passiveness. Plus she succumbs to him pretty quickly and no protection even though she caught him with someone else. Takes a bit of settling into the story and it gets better. Was an okay read but not one I’d keep.

Brooke O'Brien rocked the Rebels Havoc world with Madden's story. And what an amazing finale to a series. Okay , I didn't thought that it's possible but Madden's story is even hotter and spicier than the others in the series . And I loved it . I mean , that first chapter heated my Kindle , seriously . And even though Madden is the one that kept the guys in line , he was the hottest bad boy rockstar with the dirtiest mouth ever . And Brielle was perfect for him . She has it all - looks, brains and a strong backbone so she can deal with Madden and everything that happened to them . Their instant attraction is of the charts but they both fight it . Because Madden is overprotective of his life and everything that has anything to do with the band. And for him Brielle is the enemy . She's a journalist and that's enough for him and the others to dislike her and don't trust her from the start . She has her own secret to keep and that's why she understands that overprotectiveness . As their attraction grows , some of the secrets are revealed. But there's someone feeding the press with information about Madden's recent drama with an ex and some incidents and all the suspicions lead to Brielle . And as expected he cuts her off his life and refuses to talk with her . After that Brielle makes some very important decisions about her life and career and carry on with them . But most of all she stays true to her work ethic and herself. When Madden understands that he misjudged her and wronged their relationship he comes to see her . I needed him grovelling a little bit more because Brielle forgave him too fast and too easy . But they both got their happily ever after and for me everything in the Rebels Havoc world is all good . And I have to tell you that I already started my binge rereading of the series .

Brielle Silvers has heard all the rumors, knows that Madden Cole is dangerous to women's hearts, he has trouble written all over him! Which is precisely why she has hers guarded like Fort Knox, there is no way that man is getting anywhere near her heart... even if he shows her a side of himself that has her wanting to to give him a chance. It just can't happen...
Everyone knows that all good things must come to an end, but does this series really have to? This series is just too good to say goodbye too! It's characters have found their way into my heart and I'm just not ready to let them go, especially after having the chance to get better acquainted with Madden and Brielle. I think it is safe to say that Ms. O'Brien save the best couple for last, these two gave us a story that really took a toll on the heart, but in all the best ways!
These two weren't looking for love, but it found a way to throw them on each other's paths and from there nature and their wickedly hot chemistry took it's course. It may have been an easy fall for them, but the staying together part was a little tricky for them as old wounds, secrets and doubts found their way into the mix. Having read Brix, Sins of A Rebel, Tysin, and Trey i've been looking so forward to more from this series! As soon as this book was announced i knew i had to pick it up. I started reading it and got right back into the A Rebels Havoc world! I so enjoyed it!
Brielle and Madden's journey captured my attention quickly! Brielle works for Limelight magazine and gets an interview with A Rebels Havoc. This leads to quite the memorable run in with the drummer, Madden. Can Brielle get the story and then she and Madden go their own ways? Or can the unexpected be just what they need?
I really liked how fast i got into this story and how i didn't know what all to expect. After the way Brielle and Madden were brought into each other's lives, i couldn't wait to see how it'd all play out for them. I admired how determined Brielle was and how Madden had me blushing. I didn't know how they'd tackle things in their lives, everything that's thrown their way, and their feelings. The chemistry between these two was great. Both Madden and Brielle had me feeling so much from start to finish!

Speechless , completely blown away and on the edge of my seat from start to finish feeling like my hearts beating out of my chest . Those are only a few emotions I felt while reading Madden the fourth installment in Brooke’s unforgettable and unputdownable Rebel Havocs Series . This time around we get Madden and Brielle’s journey two characters you simply cannot stop yourself from falling in love with . And trust me when I say it’s a emotional rollercoaster in every sense of the word the type of journey that’s absolutely going to grab onto all your emotions so fast and pull at your heartstrings in ways you definitely will not be expecting , not to mention the perfect blend of three of my very favorite tropes , frenemies to lovers , workplace romance and rock star romance . Brielle is a journalist who works for a rock magazine and gets sent to interview Maddens band ( Rebels Havoc . From the moments she meets Madden sparks literally fly- the attraction and the Chemistry they share is undeniable. There Journey together is definitely not all hearts and flowers , it’s filled with intrigue, angst , heartbreaking and heartfelt moments, secrets , drama , witty banter , unexpected surprises, romance, family , friendships, second chances, ups and downs , betrayal, obsession, vengeance, second chances and much much more .I can guarantee that once you start Madden you are going to pretty much find it impossible to stop , I should know as I ended up reading well into the early morning hours , dead on my feet the next day but it was so freaking worth it . I was very impatiently waiting for Madden and it did not disappoint! The ups, the downs, and all of the unexpected were perfect.
Brielle comes into Madden's life when she interviews the band for an article. Both are drawn to each other and they can't let the other go. They work to fight through the odds of everything that comes up against them. But is it enough to keep them together or are the odds too steep?
I can not get enough of Madden and his dirty talking. So freaking good! Brielle was amazing. I loved how she grew through out the book and stands up for herself even when it gets hard. The two of them together were perfection. They compliment each other really well and I love how Madden supports Brielle. Brielle in turn does the same for Madden and stands by him even when it gets rough.
This was yet another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from Brooke O'Brien! Madden's dirty talking pushes the spice sky high! 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 I wish there were more Rebels Havoc, I will always want more of all of them, but it was an amazing end to the series!

Brooke has done it yet again to create the perfect story for the 4th member of A Rebels Havoc and I’ve fallen in love with a fictional character all over again.
Having seen all the other members go through all the highs and lows of love and the effects bad press can have on a relationship. Madden is the last one that still living the rock’n’roll lifestyle of fame, touring and picking up woman, until an interview is set up with a company called Limelight. Unaware of the female interviewer Brielle in his home…they don’t get off to the best start.
She dislikes the fact she’s attracted with the so called womaniser and he can’t trust people easily, but they can’t stop thinking about each other after that first encounter.
The chemistry between these two characters is brilliant, the spicy scenes ❤️ but I loved the rollercoaster journey they went on. And the way these men have a way with words 🔥
A highly recommended series/author and I loved the little snippet of the connection to the cocky hero club world. Thank you again Brooke for the arc copy!

Madden is the last man standing single as everyone around him has found their person. It's not because he doesn't want love, nope, it's about the fact that trust is hard for him with his fame since more often than not, others will sell anything (true or not) about him for money. Brielle is a journalist who has landed an interview with Madden & his band, and she's drawn to him. However, she has her own set of trust issues, not to mention a secret, so she's not interested in falling for a man like Madden. The sparks are flying, and they can't stay away from each other since they're perfect for each other, but the other paps & her secret have the power to derail anything they may develop. I loved every minute of this story, and I devoured it in short order since this author is very talented, and addictive, not to mention I LOVE this series. I'm sad that the series has come to the end of the road, but it's definitely worth rereading in the future! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I think this might be my favourite of the series, but it is hard to say as I thoroughly enjoyed the entire A Rebels Havoc experience.
Honestly these men despite their former man-slut ways make you want to grind down on your own hand or man/woman/what-ever-your-preference-is or fingers if you in fact lack a partner at present. Ughh, I don't even know why I found them so mouthwateringly addicting because they were a little on the nose with their cocky sides at times. But they also had this kindness and sweet side that drew me right in.
But eh, it was hot. I also loved the storylines that went along with the panty-dropping-men. It is one thing to have mouthwatering scenes, but it needs a well throughout plot and characters who wrap themselves around you until you're so wrapped up in their world that you don't want to leave.
This had all of that and more. I personally loved it and wish there was more to read for the series.

Madden is the last single member of the band, but he doesn't mind at all. He is a ladies man and doesn't want to settle down because it's hard for him to trust people.
Brielle Silvers is hiding something but it's not as bad as you think. When she shows up to interview the band, she catches Madden in a intimate position and they both get under each other's skin right away. But it quickly turns to something more. They both try to fight it, but that doesn't last long!

This is the last installment in the A Rebels Havoc Series and It. Is. Amazeballs!!! I had been looking forward to this and once again, Miss Brooke does not disappoint!! Rockstars, angst, SPICY 🌶 SAUCE, love and learning what makes you unapologetically happy and going for it!!

Perfect ending for the last Rebel
I’m really happy for Madden to get his deserved happy end, and of course a little sad that this is the end of the journey with these boys and their amazing girls.
What seemed to be a disastrous decision turned out to be a wonderful great love story.
Couldn’t Brielle and Madden be any differenter and had that “dislike at first sight” moment, was their story all desire, needing, wanting and loving. Despite everything that spoke against them.
They had a rough start and there was for sure a lot of restraint and trust issues, but that fit their characters and backgrounds.
There were of course a few bad incidents and mean people involved, but as always we saw that the rebels are more than a band, they are a true and real family and always have each other's backs.
I was amazed how Madden and Brielle as well could overcome their personal obstacles as well as the one that got in their way.
I loved Brielle all the way, was she a girl that stood true to her word. But she had to prove herself at one point and that broke my heart a little for her.
Madden, what can I say, a rebel that when he loves he loves hard, but when he is hurt you want to take it from him.
I bow to a wonderful series about a Band that had to find their way in the music world as well as with the women they get. Could not have ended any better than that.
