I was wowed by this suspense thriller. As I was browsing ebooks on Amazon this beautiful cover called out to me. I couldn't pass it by. Being familiar with the author's writing I purchased the ebook. I should mention here, and as you will know by the books title it is a Christmas romance story too. From the first Chapter it quickly became edge of seat suspense and continued on that way to the last chapter. I so love a book that pulls me in like this one did.
Alisha Braxton, who was on her way home to spend Christmas with her grandma Willis , made a quick stop at a town festival hoping to find some last minute gifts in some of the shops there. Pulling into a parking place she witnessed a double murder and the killers knew she seen them do it. She became the only eye witness and from that minute and on into the following days, her life became a living nightmare as she fled from the killers who were pursuing her. She called out to private investigator, Nathan Craig for help. Now they are both fleeing for their lives. These killers are smart and ruthless in their Chase. Will Alisha and Nathan be able to stay one step ahead of them?
Amish Christmas Hideaway will capture all readers of Suspense thrillers. Although the two main characters are not Amish the plain people do get into the story so readers of Amish Fiction would like this book too. It's written by Lenora Worth and published by Love Inspired so it's clean read and Christian Fiction. I highly recommend it for your reading pleasure.
I purchased a Kindle ebook copy from Amazon. A favorable review was not requested. All opinions expressed here are my own.

Exciting Christmases Story

This fast paced Christmases romance/thriller was so good. It kept you engrossed in the story as something scary was happening all. Definitely not your average Amish love we story but it was a thrilling ride with a little time left for romance! Definitely take the time to read this one.

This is a well balanced second chance book. At a young age Alisha Braxton and Nathan Craig went separate ways because of a horrific accident. Alisha managed to keep some of her faith while Nathan, who was Amish, walked away from his faith completely. In this story you see a rediscovery of faith by both as they battle evil from unknown sources. There is alot of suspense and action in this story. Its well written and worth reading. The person behind the problems will be a surprise. J

This book kept me on the edge of my seat! It was hard to put down because I wanted to see what happened next. Lots of surprises. A good mystery. A different read for me. I’ve been into Amish fiction this year. This book is a good mystery but not really Amish. There are a few scenes with the PI’s Amish family but that’s it. So if you’re looking for true Amish romantic fiction then this isn’t the book for you. It’s a good modern day mystery but not Amish lifestyle fiction/romance.

If you are looking for a quick read that has you fully involved from the get go then look no farther. I found this to be a page turner that kept me up to late. Look at that cover as it can tell you something when you see that stag and the look on her face. I have you wondering now so I guess you will have to pick up a copy to find out. I know this is March but Christmas books are good any time.
An enjoyable read that has you guessing and anxious to see if you are right.
I won a copy of this book from the author. The honest review and opinions are my own and were not required.

I enjoyed this third installment in this series.

The characters were familiar because they are in the earlier books in the series, but this story was very different than the other two books. This romantic suspense book had Englischers as the main characters; the others had Amish main characters.

The pacing was fast, and I felt on edge for most of the story -- which is the point when reading in this genre!

I won this book from the author in a giveaway in a FB group.

Alisha is heading to her Granny's for Christmas when she stops in one of the small towns for a coffee or something warm and witnesses a gruesome murder. She talks with the local police who then try to escort her to her Granny's but are run off the road. Alisha calls Nathan, the only person she knows who might be able to help her.

A very sweet story about two long-time friends who have grown apart but join together to solve the murder.

This book starts out with a double murder in which the main character, Alisha witnesses. She then becomes the target. This book is about family love as well as being thriller and a romance novel. Some thrillers that I have read recently have been unbelievable but this one, although fiction, did not involve any "super human" strength and was believable.

Very suspenseful opening chapter and lots of twists and turns throughout the story. Loved how Lenora incorporated so much nature (namely the stag) into her scenes. Wonderful story of love and forgiveness!

A page turner

First book I have read by Lenora Worth. It was a good story.
Alisha , a lawyer, witnesses the death of a couple and saw the man who shot them. Next thing she knows she is being pursued by the killer.

She calls an old flame Nathan Shock, who is a PI. He responds immediately to try to keep her safe.

During this time together, they revisit their past.

While trying to keep ahead of the killer and figure out what is going on, will Alisha and Nathan rekindle their feelings and solve this mystery that that put them together again?

Amish Christmas Hideaway is a very thrilling story written by Lenora Worth. I have read many stories by this author and have loved them all. This story starts right out with suspense and drama and pulled me right in. The characters are so we'll developed that they really become friends. This story takes readers of previous stories back to Campton Creek in Lancaster County. Alisha Braxton is on a holiday and heading home to visit her Gramma Bettye Willis when a simple stop for coffee puts her smack dab in the middle of a double murder. As she continues toward Campton Creek with an official escort Alisha realizes she is being tailed by the SUV involved in the murder. Not knowing who to turn to she calls a past friend Nathan Craig. These two have a lot of baggage from the past but Nathan knows he has to keep Alisha safe until she can testify. Their journey is filled with several attacks on her, but this story has an underlying story which involves Nathan and his estrangement from his Amish family. This story is so full of drama it will have you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire story. The author brings to light that forgiveness can come to those who seek it.

I was not given a complimentary copy of this book to read and review. I have rated this story with five stars for meeting my expectations of a wonderful suspense romance that I can highly recommend to others. I was not approached to post a favorable response and the opinions expressed are truly my own.

Congratulations to Lenora Worth for writing a suspense romance filled with faith, love, and family for her readers enjoyment.

My review today is on the Love Inspired Suspense, Amish Christmas Holiday. I just really appreciate Lenora's books and this is a great example of her work. I really enjoy Amish books and Suspense stories so I was thrilled to get this one in the mail. This story is well written, action packed, and full of faith.

Attorney Alisha Braxton stopped on a whim to find a gift for her grandmother at a quaint Christmas market. There she witnesses a horrific shooting as a couple are murdered in their car. She talks to the police and is then escorted down the road. As she is traveling the police escort crashes. Not knowing what to do she calls the one man she knows she can trust. The only man she ever loved.

Private Investigator Nathan Craig is shocked to get a call from Alisha but is out on the road while still talking on the phone to her. The one woman he still couldn't seem to forget. He finds her and is determined to protect her from this killer. They end up hiding in Amish Country. Can he keep her safe?

A rough journey as killers chase them through the quiet countryside and into the Amish Community. God has a plan for these two, a plan for a hope and a future. God has a plan for you too. Give Him your heart and watch His work out the details for your future. It will far surpass your dreams.
