Who says good guys always win? Sometimes there is a need for an actual bad to the bone man. Do I need a man? Nope. Do I want a man? No, not really. Who needs one when I already have a stalker that doesn’t take the hint. But my neighbor sends my stalker running and my heart to pounding. I never knew what my type of man was until I met Jag. Now my type happens to be tatted up, bearded bad a** biker. Who happens to have a soft spot for animals. He claims I chase his demons away, but really he is helping me to heal and finally take a breath of fresh air. Love is for fools Love doesn’t exist in my world. I have too many demons that want to play. I don’t dare get close to a woman. Primarily, my neighbor, she is too good, too pure for me. All I would do is bring her down. But the pull to be near is too strong. Do I dare give in to what I want? Do I dare chance my demons ruining her?
I liked Chloe and Jag. I didn't like how Jag did attempt to meet up with someone after meeting h but she had plans. I would have preferred no mention of other woman at all. Is the author short on names? The guy in the street gang that shot up the club was named Sean. Sean is also the name of Koreys son. Then towards the end Charlie the homeless guy with the dog shares the name of the tattoo artist that dated Gram. He was a club member with Brick. That's just something that bothers me.
