In Murder on the Emerald Isle, Lysi Weston, self-styled amateur sleuth, and Grace Wright, her earthy Harlem-born colleague, fly to Ireland to present a management seminar. Lysi's desire to get in touch with her Irish roots goes terribly awry when she becomes embroiled in the investigation of two murders and a sexual assault . First, an Irish gypsy goes missing and is presumed to have been beaten to death. Then an Irish woman is linked to the murder of a lecherous cad. Lysi enlists her husband, Maynard Christie, an Aussie retired homicide detective, and her reluctant friend, Grace Wright, to help in her investigation. Enjoying the beauty of Ireland takes second place when the villagers decide the killers are vengeful Irish spirits.

Nancy Curteman has lived most of her life on the majestic Pacific coast. After graduating from San Francisco State University she studied at the University of Nice in France and has a Masters in French literature.

"Murder on the Seine," set in France was voted in the top ten best mystery novels of 2015. Solstice Publishing released her novel, “Murder Down Under,” set in Australia. She is completing her sixth Lysi Weston mystery novel set in San Francisco.
