1.5 ⭐ Smutty Dramione Fanfic: 0% plot, 100% smut

Summary:
This takes place 10 years after Hogwarts, where Hermione, Harry, Draco, Blaise, Pansy, and Theo are friends. Ron is completely absent *thank god*.
Pansy and Hermione own a sex shop and receive a new potion that reveals one's sexual fantasies. Eager to see if it really works, Pansy and Hermione recruit the help of the boys. Pansy decides she will administer the potion to Theo and Harry, while Hermione will take on Blaise and Draco. While Harry, Blaise, and Theo have agreed to let the group watch their fantasies (voyeurism), Draco will only allow Hermione to watch. This wouldn't be a problem if Hermione didn't have the hots for Draco or if she didn't know, thanks to Pansy, that Draco has been pining over her for years. Perhaps experiencing 'The Erised Effect' potion is exactly what Draco and Hermione need for them to cross the line between friends and lovers.
My Thoughts:
As someone who prefers my smut with an actual plot, I didn't really enjoy this fanfic. It's 100% smut and not really my kind of smut.
Lots of kinks: voyeurism, scratching, biting, light choking, dirty talk (didn't find this type of dirty talk sexy), face f*cking, role play, impregnation. Some of it worked, some of it was uncomfortable to read.
The smutty dialogue became repetitive to the point where I just skimmed the second half of the story. Obviously, I love smut. But smut without a plot is just plain boring to me.
When Draco calls Hermione 'little girl' during sex. . . 🤢 I know this could go under my last point but it needs its own paragraph. Using this phrase is so gross to me. It reminds me of p3dophillia and that's not something I want to even associate with Dramione. Total yuck.
Pansy was too much. I get her character and I almost liked her, but no. I found it so odd how she continuously rambled on and on about what Draco and her used to do at school and what he likes, etc. Maybe if she only did it once, but it was every conversation between her and Hermione. Awkward.
Overall, The Erised Effect might not be my thing, but that doesn't mean you won't like it. If you're looking for some pure, Dramione fanfic smut, give this a go.

Draco? Breeding kink? Yes please. This book genuinely doesn’t have a plot. If I had to pick one it would be “Draco refuses to sleep with Hermione in fear that his big 🍆 will hurt her”. In all honesty this would was a little slow at times, like Draco’s just kept Hermione at arms length and while I appreciated the angst, it got a little annoying at times😅. BUT the way the other characters were used was really good and I’m happy I read it.
I loved the way the ‘message’ was that Draco deserved happiness. Cause he does, maybe more then anymore 🤍
