Some demons just shouldn’t be allowed to exist.

This should have been a good time for Adeline Boo Pond. Sure, the world is changing as her actions with the ley lines begin to bring magic back to the human plane, but it’s a small price to pay to have her demons of destruction back at her side.

When Adie discovers that Cousin Cassandra is seeking to take over her city in Landon’s absence, though, she knows she can’t stand aside and let that happen. As Cassandra grows bolder and begins to attack succubi within Landon’s borders, Adie must figure out a way to stop her before more blood is shed. And, this time, her men can’t help. The contract that binds them to Cassandra stops them from harming her.

Adie is not without allies, though, and it’s time she rallies everyone who owes her a favor before the succubi and incubi become fodder for Cassandra’s mad quest for power. The time for hiding is over.

The time for daydreams is over. It’s time for Adie to rise from the ley lines as a succubus reborn, ready to battle and prepare for war.

Succubus Reborn includes the Succubus Harem Serials 44-49.

In this book, we get to see Adie grow in confidence and take down Cousin Cassandra, while also speeding up the reveal of demons to humans that began when the veil thinned between the realms.

We got a bit of a glimpse of the guys’ relationship. I’ve been curious about this because they’ve known each other for ages and have been friends and lived together for almost as long. I do feel like Emil and Tobias are closer to each other than either are to Kellen. Like when Emil is cold while Adie can’t pull their magic and so he spoons him while they’re all in bed together. Or when they’re in the living room and Tobias snuggles Emil by the fireplace to warm him up. There’s also an interesting moment when Tobias licks Adie’s lips to swipe up some come that came out of a certain winter storm destruction demon. Like I said, I’m curious about their relationship and why they seem close. I mean, they own a whole bank with both their names on it and used to commute into work together every morning. Cute.

Julian stays MIA for most of the book because he’s doing some wool gathering while staying in essence form. He’s a bit mopey after everything that went down with Victor Hesse but turns out he was rethinking a TON of things. Like not scooping Adie up before the destruction demons got to her because even though he didn’t love her back then or even think very much of her because she was too nice and into human things, he has now fallen in love with her. He comes back to corporeal form to support Adie in her decision to battle Cassandra and tries to tell her then. He does get to tell her after the battle but he knows it’s hopeless because Adie is taken. It now makes sense why Kellen was always trying to warn him off; he knew Julian had feelings for her long before Adie ever did.

There is a LOT of stuff that goes down in this book and as usual it doesn’t end after the battle with Cassandra. Humans witnessed the battle and thought Adie was an angel and Lord Marius even met with the president to show that there are other realms out there. Plus Adie’s preggo *and* she’s apparently adopted Torch and some demon eggs as her kid/grandkids which should set up for some fun in the last book.

To save her Demons, Adie changed the world. The ley lines have moved and magic is returning to the world. Her beast has a surprise and so does Adie. She has done the impossible. She's created a little storm. It's an exciting time but it's also a bit of a mess. And Cassandra has decided it's the perfect time to make her move for a takeover of Landon's territory. Adie has to find a way to stop her. It's time to call in all of her favors and ready for battle. It's time to fight.

This is my favorite story arc of Adie's so far. It's so full of love and friendship, shocks and surprises. Adie After Dark's ratings have to be their highest ever. Miss Adeline Boo Pond was brilliant during this challenge. Brave, loyal, kind, and intelligent. Also, loving, playful, sexy, and sometimes silly. Her Demons are all in and I love how they love her now. Her ever-expanding family and circle of friends add to the wonder of this storyline. Throw in a worthy villain and the best reason to fight and you have a wonderful series. I look forward to Adie's final stories in Succubus Ascended.

Hold on to your cupcakes, it's going to be a bumpy ride!

Holy sugar! I love this book. This whole series is EPIC. Book 8 in Adie's series has plenty of funny moments, fast-paced action, steamy and sweet romance. There's also a boat load of cupcakes. There are a couple of plot twists that keep the reader on their toes, too! I will miss Adie's (mis) adventures when this series is over.

Maybe it's all the sugar, but I am bursting with ooey gooey feelings. It's so delicious how Adie and her friends - whether demon, witch, or human - have created magic in Clearhelm. I'm also over the moon with how the romantic relationships have developed. The demons of destruction - Kellen, Tobias, and Emil - still have a hard time balancing their protection and encouragement of Adie's ventures.

Speaking of developing... Adie has a few things cooking. Not just the baked goods, either.

It's hard to list off my favorite things without spoilers! I'm excited to read the next - and last - book.

Several typos, but nothing too distracting.

Love it and can’t wait for more

I’ve been reading this series for so long and to know the next book after this one is the last is bittersweet! I can’t wait to see how it all ends and where our characters leave off. But I will miss them when it’s over.

This series is so quirky and funny, and always surprises me is some way in each book, which I highly appreciate. I’ve read so many similar books that it’s easy for them to feel repetitive but this series stands out all on its own. I read these on kindle unlimited but will definitely be being them on my own to have permanently.

Definitely recommend this book and I will probably reread it a few times myself!

Ugh, for a series with "succubus" in every title and a harem full of love struck demons who need her to feed... there is a lack of actual smutt. 😐 we're teased so many times in every book with scenarios and opportunities, only to be disappointed when they are ignored or blocked.
It became so annoying that I took a break to pick up a bodice ripper (so hopefully SOMEONE would get some action) and couldn't force myself to finish this series.
The demons were just opening up and showing their soft centers and I'm so disappointed I won't know how it ends.

Can't wait for more!

I actually thought the series was over with this book, so I'm thrilled, if impatient, that there's more coming. My only struggle is that the later books could use one final edit for consistency, but the issues are minor and not at all detracting from the amazing storytelling this author delivers.

Least favourite of the series

Though I love this series I was a little disappointed with the final book. Kind of felt a bit rushed to tie things off at the end but then left an opener for another series. Not my favourite

I devoured this series, could not put it down.
It had humour, spice, adventure, and all the other good good stuff. It only got better as the series went on. 10/10 would recommend!

This was my least favorite of the series, the adventure just didn’t feel as interesting as the previous books. But if you’ve made it this far in the series it’s worth the read anyway

I have loved every single installment of Adie's story, and this one was no exception. She's really growing into herself, and her guys are just melting in love haha
