Akkarian Leader

Rate this book
Crash-landed, stranded, and at the mercy of a barbaric alien. What could possibly go wrong?

Crashing my shuttle wasn't exactly on my to-do list. But here I am, stranded in the desert of an alien planet. Alone and slightly annoyed, to be honest.

There's no way for my ship to find me unless I find high ground, and with sand in every direction, your guess is as good as mine as to where that might be.

Except I might not be as alone as I thought.

When Da'leel appears out of the sand it might be my first lucky break for days. His glowing green eyes, broad chest, and large... hands could make him just the help I need.

Except he wants to claim me as his prize.

Now just how could I persuade him not to?

Because I definitely don't want to bond with a tall, dark, well-built alien. Do I?

Akkarian Leader is the first novella in the Akkarian Alien series, and like all the books can be read as a stand-alone! Steamy and short, with a guaranteed happy ending, all the Akkarian books are the perfect beach read!

When Elena, the female human lead, crashes onto Da’leel’s planet, the male lead initially sees her as a fantastic prize to share with his people. When she bargains for help returning to her own, he accepts the deal, thinking her weapon is also a great prize. As they work their way across a primitive wilderness, however, each comes to see the other as more than a sexual partner. Now they just have to find a way to make a long term relationship work…

This novella story is dual POV, well written, and a fun read. I particularly enjoyed how distinct each lead character’s voice was - very important, given they come from such different backgrounds - and the strength each comes to see in the other.

Sci-fi romance novella with plenty of sizzling steam-inducing scenes between Elena who crash lands onto Da’leel’s planet. On a journey across the desert landscape these two learn about each other while at times facing danger. Elena finds the huge barbarian alien extremely sexy and before long they are exploring each other’s bodies as much as they are learning about each otherwise lives.

The storyline and characters don’t have the opportunity to develop much due to the short novella length, but the story is definitely entertaining and intriguing.

I thought that this was a fun crash landed into alien planet romance! There was steam but I do think the way the main leads did sort of have...odd moments. Such as the FL in the beginning crash landed and is alone..........but you're really going to go parading around naked in this desert and out in the open? The ML and his community was also interesting, but I did just have more questions to his thought process on things...but it is just part of his cultural upbringing. If I had to pick, it was a bit hard for me to see the FL that easily accept living on the planet - BUT I thought overall this was still just really cute and adorable?

Elena and Da'leel . . .

When Elena crashed on an alien planet out in a desert, she is not sure of the best way to help her people find her. But then Da'leel shows up and he just might be able to help her out. Apparently he wants to claim her as his prize, but she convinces him to lead her across the desert and they get to know each other better, even as they face danger along the way. Will she be thinking about staying with the attractive alien? Or will she find a way to contact her ship for a rescue?

My Heart Beats💓 For You💞
ADULT Alpha Alien👽 Male Sci-fi Adventure and Romance💕. Novella.
This started out pretty good but when crashed🚀 human woman, Elena, took a shower with precious water on a desert🌵 planet🌍, the author lost me.

The book seemed to be a bit short on story and the story was used mainly to string the graphic erotic scenes together. Parts of the book are very good, though, and very romantic💕.

Not a fan of first person accounts, although at least the story was told from dual points of view.

Elena was on a scouting mission when she wrecked on an uncharted planet. Da’leel lived on Akkaria and saw the thing fall on his planet while on his Warrior test. After watching her for a time he revealed himself to her. They ema barked on a dangerous journey filled with excited fighting and loving while each made the hard decision for Elena to leave or stay and live HEA. Fun read

I really enjoyed this book. It was a fun adventure with some suspense and anticipation. I loved the characters. Da'leel and Elena have great individual voices as they are from different cultures/species. This was a relatively short story, but they still were able to bond and develop feelings for each other during their journey together. I enjoyed this and would read more in this series. 4 stars.

Short and Smexy times ahead

First book that I’ve read by this author. It was cute and fun. Wished it was longer, good world building, and awesome smexy times. Left some things unresolved and unexplained, but that didn’t detract from the story. I will be reading the next in the series.
