STORY:
What I Like:
If you know insta romance, it goes by super fast. It’s like everything happening in super fast forward. Malik was so Alpha. His brain went into caveman mode the moment he saw Lisa. What fuel me in this short read, was Malik’s obsessive behavior and everything at first sight attitude towards Lisa. Lisa was a good balance to Malik’s attitude. She was here for it as well, as her attraction to Malik gave the reader a nice excitement.
What Is So So:
Although it was a short read, Lisa gave in very quickly. I would have loved 2 pages of her making Malik work for it. It ended abruptly. I would have loved an epilogue to see how they were after the baby and see if Malik gave her all she wanted.
SEXUAL CHEMISTRY:
Short read, but I got some spice. I love their sex scene. It definitely matches Malik’s personality and it was enjoyable for me.
SECONDARY CHARACTERS:
Ana, Lisa’s niece, wow. The author did a great job, not good, great with this ball of everything. She made me smile so much and she really added to the joining and coming together of Malik and Lisa.
OVERALL:
Was I entertained? Yes
Did I like the story? Yes
If a series, would I read/continue with the other books in the series,? Yes, but in this case, this was my first book from the author and will read more of her work.

Absolutely loved the newest book in the Baby Breeder series. Malik is the bad boy of the NBA, when Lisa brings her niece to a meet and greet he immediately feels something for her. With the help of her niece he gets her to agree to his first date. I love these two and their story was absolutely perfect. Imani always gives us the greatest stories.

This book was a quick, steamy read. Malik was confident, flirty, and intense. Lisa was dependable, sweet, and open. The sexual chemistry was explosive. The dirty talk had me squirming in pleasure. I had to suspend belief in regards to the pregnancy timeline,, but otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed this story. The HEA was sweet!

Intense couple, left wanting more
Their relationship jumps off with just a look. A long separation immediately after they connect makes for some drama. They're reunited in their HEA where they get all their concerns addressed. The End. Yes, it ends somewhat abuptly, even for a short story, but the story was enjoyable.

Malik and Lisa were so cute. That instant attraction and everything happening like it did was perfect for them. Ana...we needed more of that little girl. Feisty, a hustler, and just too much. I would love to see more of them.

An amazing read!
I’m not sure I’ve ever read a book by Imani Jay that I didn’t enjoy. This was a wonderful story with a very dirty taking alpha that makes you swoon. Love it.
