This is a very thorough, informative book about essential oils. The first half of the book is really good, general information. Then all the single oils are listed and all of their healing properties are described. Finally, the oil blends that are exclusive to Butterfly Express, LLC are described. Since I'm a distributer of Butterfly Express oils, it was very informative.

Great reference book on essential oils...a science that I don't have a lot of backing on. Fascinating stuff. I hope to someday be more confident in using this kind of information.

This is a great overview of the basics of essential oils. I like it better than the Doterra book. It covers a vast number of oils and it can be used as a reference as there are several listings.
