I feel like there was not any character development or characters in general outside of the main guys. I felt like the plot twist at the end was good but also somewhat predictable in the way that when few characters r introduced it’s easier to guess. Again, I loved the talk of mental health. This author wants to understand a story with a lot of moving elements from the jump, which is hard because there’s a lot of information. To help us undersatand the author just info dumps constantly. For example,

There was no way to say this creatively…okay. The fmc is fine she’s just very TikTok Wattpad bad girl. First of all the dude was just weird. I found him to be so pushy and like I was rooting for her to just stick to her guns and get him to leave her tf alone like dude is a creep. Now, I maybe could’ve gotten over that if I had either a good plot or good writing. Surprise, I had neither. For example, here’s some writing,
“The wolf in me let loose and snatched the clothing from her hands and body viciously. Then my grasp was back around her neck, shoving her hard into the door even as she tried to open it.”
What…so this was like a kinda cnc scene which was fine ig, but the wolf in me?? Like the amount of times he referenced himself as a wolf and then he called her lamb or little lamb I was so done. Like we had pages about how he’s the predator and she’s the prey and blah blah. Like shit was so corny. And even more corny when you find out this, ig minor spoilers ahead (view spoiler)[

Why is a character I have seen 2 times getting multiple chapters of pov. Idc. And also it feels so lazy. Second thing is, PLEASE STOP PROMOTING YOUR BOOKS. Jfc. Every second you’re having your characters read your other books or try to include so many different characters into this book. It’s annoying as I haven’t read your other books, but it also makes so much of the book feel like 1 long ad. And the book is fucking long too so. Also this book has such odd things that the author will add or focus on. For example this sentence,
“ I finally got my dick to do my bidding and relieved myself with a piss that made me sigh audibly, my head dropping back.”
What…this made it past editing really. Like I didn’t need to read that at all. And there were many things like that where you would go, why is this included? And especially because this book was so long it felt like they were stuffing random shit in to make a word count. Now, we have the end of the book. I won’t talk a lot about the plot cuz I thought it was fine. Um I’m not gonna say it wasn’t also extremely dragged out and somewhat stupid cuz it was, but it was probably one of the better parts of the book. The best part or why I read the series is the smut. I waited till book 5 to have a full reverse harem smut scene. Tell me why they had a serious therapist conversation about smut telling mfs they need to “be who they are” what. Like it took me out and made me hate like the one thing I read 1000s of pages for. So yeah unsatisfied and annoyed.
