This book was such a good intro to the Darkmore Penitentiary series! I loved seeing some familiar characters like Rosalie and Roary and for them to get to take center stage. I'm also very intrigued by new characters Sin, Cain, and Ethan (though I think the latter shows up in the last two RB books).
And THAT ENDING! Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti sure do know how to leave readers wanting more. ...more
