From small mysteries to interesting personalities, I enjoyed it a lot. The book dealt with love and dissent between two sets of sisters involving guilt, lies and deception. What's not to like. Throw in a little romance and you have the complete women's fiction book for light reading....more

The characters were interesting, but somehow, it didn't measure up to her others. There was something missing - perhaps it was a lack of mystery in the situation of a man who falls in love with the wrong woman. The daughter, left behind by her mother, could have been better developed, but that's a problem with first-person narrative when the POV is in the man's mind. An easy read, but unfulfilling....more
