For me Alexa Riley book's are either a win or a lose. But this book was kind-of in-between for me. I loved the sexy Calder but he was annoying dick too but a reasonable one.I love the female MC too. I loved her very much in the first half of this book, but the other half part was annoying. I didn't connect with her. As we all know that in AR books we always get a HEA and insta-love and if you don't like it, then just simply ignore her short books.

Calder is a beast, a caveman. And gets whatever he wants. he is grumpy and a jealous kind of lover. Never takes no for a answer and he loves Felicity. His jealous moments with her was so funny and sexy. I usually don't like this caveman grumpy asshole MC's but in Clader these traits are like a second skin. I loved him in this book and wanted more but hell it was so very short.

Calder and Felicity shared a hot-as-fuck kiss. But when it turns out that she was the daughter of his company's attourney, he back out and turns cold. But when he see's other guys even smile on her side, he was fuming with jealousy. Calder tried everything to stay away from her but he failed and then comes a stupid decision to go to her room. and then hell broke down. and then the real story starts from there.

It's a standard set of possessive man and shy female. It gives you sexy mix with dirty side. And although it is still insta-love at its best from Alexa Riley, the action took place in the space of a few months. It adds some tension and develop the storyline in fantastic way. Not only smut but also heart melting story.
