I have many mixed feelings about this book.
I get her premise of sharing lies she believed and overcoming them. Everyone believes some lies, but most of these were not relatable to me.
I enjoyed her chapter on weight because it focused on health not your size, which is hard but so very needful!
I had never heard of this author but she was funny and there were many lol moments.
I did get annoyed at the self focus throughout the entire book “you can do anything you want to do because you are in control and you matter the most and you are first...”🙄 That is not a Biblical mindset at all!
I do believe this author spilled her heart out in sharing some very hard times she’s gone through in her life and that is very commendable. I enjoy hearing other people’s stories and seeing their journey is inspiring in itself.
