This is a thriller disguised as a horror novel disguised as a thriller. :P

I love the diversity of the cast, and the characters themselves are sympathetic and interesting. I guessed the killer's identity from a mile away, and found the justification of all the murdery stuff rather flimsy, and I sometimes had trouble understanding what was physically happening (where WAS everyone standing when they waited to ambush the killer?). But otherwise, I found the book strong and compelling.
