4.5⭐️ The Lost Ticket is a beautiful and special story about friendship, love, and acceptance. It follows newly single Libby who one day while riding the 88 bus starts chatting with an elderly man named Frank. She learns that Frank has been riding the same bus route everyday hoping to find a girl he met 60 years prior. Needing a little bit of joy and purpose in her life, Libby starts a campaign to help Frank find this girl. Along the way, she meets Frank’s caretaker, Dylan, and a few others and this new crew begins to form an unlikely but special friendship. There was so much love in this story, and I found it to be an overall uplifting and feel good read. The characters were all likable, the author did a great job handling some more serious topics and I loved the disability representation. The audiobook was excellent well!
