Currently reading: and it's so good! Tells the author's career history (how she got to be a therapist), her landing into therapy, of course, and anecdotes from her own practice
Here's what I enjoyed this year:
you're allowed to judge lol, but it was a happy read AND had deep nuances too, like sexism in finance, imposter syndrome and hope in chasing your dreams. To be honest, it touched me quite a bit.
(despite what it looks like, guys, I don't read non fiction that much. But this was a killer punch. Recommended).
- a fun summer read. Would recommend! (if you can get past the YA vibe and really enjoy the friendship moments!)
