You're creating content for social media. How can you ensure it's effective?
These days, it's all about the content itself and how relevant it is to the customer. Create content that directly addresses a customer problem, or shows how your brand values/ product /service relates to a shared human experience. It goes without saying that it helps to understand as much as possible what your customer's pain points and needs are to begin with - and take the time to develop a brand ID, with a clear tone of voice and visual style. Can you use humour? Or is it better to be educational? How can you use storytelling about the people or experiences behind your brand/product to elicit an emotional connection with your customer? Don't forget to drive engagers to a website/landing page with a link and clear call-to-action.
