My number one goal is finding new ways to translate human behaviour into successful brand stories and rewarding consumer experiences. I specialise in helping clients design and implement end to end audience activation and measurement strategies. For Partners it's all about commercialising data assets to new audiences, with privacy by design at the core. I learn best through teaching others and strive to build diverse teams of thinkers who make complex things simple.

As Head of Data APAC at Yahoo my role is to shape the commercial data strategy for the Yahoo DSP working closely with solutions, product, engineering and our sales and creative studio's teams. Backed by data from across our global Yahoo business I also have first-hand perspective on how the first generation of universal identity solutions are changing the face of our advertising technology ecosystem. With so much going on my role is centred around education, transparency and tangible results.

From an Industry side I'm an active contributor. I chaired IAB Australia’s inaugural Data Council from 2018 to 2022, helping lead the educational initiatives, and served on the IAB New Zealand Standards and Measurement Council. I previously served as a board director for the International Advertising Association and president of the IAA's Young Professionals

In my previous role at Mediacom I was responsible for defining the digital media approach across Westpac Banking Group, collaborating closely with search, business science, offline and creative for both brand and performance.

Previous to that I was the first programmatic DSP trader at the agency PHD and helped lead the first go to market + operations launch for Accuen (Omnicom Group’s Trading Desk).

Other skills include:

- Strong and longstanding relationships with agency holding groups, publishers and technology vendors in the apac region.
- BD lead for commercial, legal, product, sales enablement and trade/B2B for partnerships such as Mastercard, Qantas Red Planet, Near, Equifax, Quantium.
- Experience fusing customer data with online audiences to create personalised advertising/on site experiences and custom segmentation models, attribution.
