About
I graduated from university and joined a global consulting firm. On the side I founded a company producing shows for festivals, television and a new venture to host comedy content on an internet portal. As the dotcom bubble burst I packed my bags and went to Europe. I joined a marketing company as a sales consultant and learnt first hand what it means to sell solutions, build relationships across global offices and become a trusted business partner to customers.
When I headed home to start a family I fulfilled a dream and joined an advertising agency as Senior Business Development Manager. Identifying new markets, creating new value propositions and pitching new business was a dream job. I became a thought leader in employer branding and became a consultative partner to blue chip companies across Australia. I started doing digital campaigns for clients on LinkedIn and was introduced to the leadership team who were hiring at the time.
Since joining LinkedIn I have had three separate careers, founding the Media Sales team in APAC for Talent Solutions, transforming our GTM Enablement team to drive sales growth and now leading our Sales Solutions division in Australia.
I love helping sales teams win, I have experience implementing new methodologies, sales competencies, sales systems and sales coaching frameworks.

The Melbourne Boston Sister Cities Association Inc (MBSCA) was founded in 1985 under the auspices of the City of Melbourne’s sister city relationship with Boston. The Association is an independent incorporated community association and is the only formal sister city committee that is associated with the City of Melbourne’s international relations program.

The Melbourne Boston Sister City Association enhances the reputation of both cities as centres of knowledge excellence by facilitating connections between organisations and people, exchanging ideas and best practices, organising and sponsoring events and funding exchange programs.
