What type of a learner are you ? I am a mix of an #auditory and #Kinsthetic learner . I learn best by #listening as I take short notes and #doing . This means that sitting and reading through a whole book can be quite daunting for me , yet there is so much to learn from them. In my quest to keep learning this year , I did some research on #audiobooks and discovered Blinkist and it has revolutionized my learning (reading) experience! Blinkist offers what they call #blinks which are shortened 20 minute summaries of a whole book read out loud! As someone who loves #podcasts, this is truly a dream come true! It highlights the main points, providing actionable insights and really helpful in deciding if to go ahead and purchase a book to delve even further. The app also features #shortcasts which are summarized podcast episodes! I love it! In just one week, I’ve ‘read’ over 15 books, and shortlisted 2 for deeper exploration.
