- Yup - it's a high-profile file, being in the infobox for pages like Joe Biden and President of the United States, yet unprotected. The equivalent for Donald Trump has full protection for upload. LenaAvrelia (talk) 06:53, 28 September 2021 (UTC)

Indefinite extended confirmed protection: Arbitration enforcement – COVID... This was split out from COVID-19 misinformation (which is also indef ECPed), and caution, as well as avoidance of misinformation, suggests the same approach here. - @Moxy: I see there's a discussion at the Canadian Wikipedian's noticeboard; there have been no edits by Ak-eater06 (talk · contribs) or Angelgreat (talk · contribs) since then. Since the discussion is ongoing, I'm not inclined to full protect right now unless edit warring continues. Airplaneman (talk) ✈ 05:55, 28 September 2021 (UTC)
Reason: The article is perpetually vandalised. Most often involves removing the Kosovo Albanian ethnicity, and sometimes also removing Kosovar language. Requesting permanent or long-term protection.
