I dove right into the second book after the last book left off.
In book one I overlooked the awkward banter and cheesy pet names in hopes that as the story line continued those things would lessen. Unfortunately, for me, they stuck out like a sore thumb in this book.
In The Reclamation we find out some dirty secrets that start to play out in the end of the book. I will continue onto book 3 to see how it all ends.

The second book of The Club was even more intense than the first. It was shorter with a ton of angst and drama. The way it ended…. well, I’m so glad I can jump into the third book asap! Once again, John Lane and Lauren Rowe kill the narration. I seriously love them narrating. I’m enjoying Sarah and Jonah’s story and can’t wait to start the next one!

3,5 "Sweet Jonas..." stars
What I liked?
Well, like in the first book their banters were really sweet and some really hilarious ! Their love is growing and growing with each day and they can't get enough with each other. There is really not much going on, maybe in the first half of the book but I was hooked and I didn't want to put it down, soooo... hehe !
Jonas is so charming and protective and sexy, some would think he is overreacting but given that he had been through so much nighmares in his life, now he wants to protect his happiness!
He was really funny and I loved his connection with his ( adorable ) brother Josh !
This man is broken but he is willing to change, willing to open his heart because he found his soulmate, the woman who completed him!
Sara was a firecracker like always! She was funny-horny-dog and nobody couldn't stopped her when she got anything on her mind! I had a few issues with her but... later with that! She and Kate were totally badass chicks and I liked that, I lot!
There were soooo many SMEXY TIMES and YES it was steamy, it was sweet and yeah people, Jonas can teach every man a thing or two about how to give a pleasure to a woman!!!!
In this book there are new secrets , MORE DRAMA and the things that happened will leave you with your mouth wide open!
There are some verra verrrra BAD PEOPLE who wanted and STILL want to do verra verra BAD THINGS !
More new secrets about Jonas , some very deep and bad stuff .. it leaves you question everything...
So sad and hearbreaking .. I just wanted just to hug him and kiss his faceeeee!!!!
What I didn't like:
I had issues with Sara (like I said) because she was too damn pushy at times or always makes her own preditcions! And she just NEVER-EVER listen when someone is telling her something to do! Just sit down and listen, WOMAN! ugh
And the other thing that I didn't really like was that there was too much sex! Don't get me wrong people, I have no problem generally with that but when there is a PROBLEM and someone is THREATHEN your life and your family I don't think the first thing in your mind would be:
OH, HEEEY MY LOVE, LET'S BANG LIKE CRAZY RABBITS AND DON'T LEAVE THE BED-24/7, NEVERMIND THAT SOMEONE WANT TO HAUNT US :))))
I just wanted more of the actual story not only their sex life !

Ok...trying to type through the tears right now...wooo...that was rough, beautifully written, just rips your heart out cuts it up and then pours that acid spit from Alien on it. No, really, emotionally you get hit by a train and it just doesn't stop. But honestly I have to say that #2 is better than the first one. She set a bar with how amazing part one was and just knocked it out of the stratosphere this time. It picks up right where the first one left off and Jonas goes into obliteration mode toward The Club so he can protect Sarah the issue is he doesn't really have a starting point for that. I can't really say much more about that without giving something away. So moving on! Kat and Josh's banter back and forth just about killed me, I just couldn't stop laughing for anything! I really hope we get more from those two in part three because I just want to see the dynamite go BOOM with them.The emotional journey that Jonas and Sarah are continuing still has to be one of the most heartbreakingly beautiful things that I have read. You find out another little tidbit about why Jonas thinks he will never be good enough for Sarah and it just makes you wish that you could grab young Jonas and hug him and protect him from everything. I will say this though make sure you have and industrial size box of tissues or a pallet of them or something because you will use all of them by the end of this book! I anticipate part 3 will draw this story to a magnificent end where hopefully Jonas and Sarah get that happy ride off into the sunset ending that they both so very very much deserve.

Credo che già questa gif parli da sola, e credo possa far perfettamente capire il mio pensiero su questo romanzo! Ammetto anche che ho riflettuto sulla possibilità di lasciar parlare le gif al posto mio, ma poi mi sono resa conto che almeno due parole una recensione negativa le merita e quindi eccomi!!!

Assolutamente NO!
“Insieme per passione” è stata una grande, grossa e grassa delusione! E davvero mi dispiace tanto scrivere una recensione negativa su questo romanzo, prima di tutto perché il primo romanzo della serie The Club; Insieme per gioco (Click sul titolo per la mia recensione) mi era piaciuto tanto, e aspettavo il secondo capitolo con impazienza. E inoltre, mi dispiace, perché leggo un po’ ovunque (amazon e goodreads e vari blog) recensioni positive, e proprio non capisco perché per me è stato così faticoso arrivarci in fondo!
Ovviamente mi scuso con chi ha amato questa storia, e non voglio offendere nessuno questo è solo il mio modesto punto di vista!
Prima di partire con la recensione voglio fare una piccola premessa, questa è la prima recensione negativa che scrivo, e non perché nella mia lunga carriera di lettrice non ho mai trovato libri brutti, ma perché sono giunta alla conclusione che ci sono troppi libri meravigliosi per intestardirmi con qualcosa che non mi piace. Quindi, i libri che non mi piacciono li mollo semplicemente e non mi sembra giusto recensire negativamente qualcosa che non ho terminato, ma con questo ho tenuto duro nella speranza che il romanzo si risollevasse improvvisamente e mi mostrasse quella Rowe che ho conosciuto e tanto apprezzato nel primo capitolo della serie.
Ahimè, purtroppo, non è successo!
Un piccolo miglioramento sul finale c’è stato – ma era proprio nell’ultimo capitolo (questo è il motivo delle due stelline), ma non è stato abbastanza per arrivare alla sufficienza per quanto mi riguarda!
Onestamente non so bene da dove partire a scrivere questa recensione, ma farò uno sforzo.
“Insieme per gioco” – il primo romanzo della serie – era stata una lettura spassosissima. Era un romanzo erotico quindi decisamente hot e bollente.
Sì, rispecchiava il classico cliché del ricco miliardario che non crede nell’amore e della ragazza, che pur non essendo una verginella sprovveduta, riesce a fargli perdere la testa. Ma nonostante ciò la Rowe era riuscita nell’impresa titanica di rendere il romanzo frizzante, portando una ventata di aria fresca tramite la sua ironia. Ed era riuscita a mixare divertimento e passione che mi avevano letteralmente inchiodata al mio kindle per diverse ore.
Jonas Faraday mi aveva conquista sotto tutti i fronti con la sua adorabile arrogante presunzione, e la sua controparte femminile mi era piaciuta un sacco con la sua capacità di mettere al suo posto il nostro casanova impenitente con un atteggiamento degno di una lingua biforcuta!
In questo secondo romanzo mi aspettavo di trovare, nuovamente, questi elementi che mi avevano tanto fatto apprezzare il primo.
Mi aspettavo divertimento e risate.
Mi aspettavo passione e amore.
E ovviamente mi aspettavo attimi di tensione causati dal Club di incontri segreto che vuole mettere a tacere Sarah dopo che ha scoperto quello che ci si nasconde dietro.
Tutto questo, purtroppo non c’è stato. O almeno, io non ho trovato niente di tutto ciò!
Quello che ho trovato è stata, invece, una lunga sessione di sesso scadente. Non voglio fare spoiler, quindi, non vi dirò niente, ma alcune scene mi hanno fatto proprio sbellicare dalle risate e non ci ho trovato nulla di passionale!
So che è un romanzo erotico, e so che è proprio quello che ci si aspetta iniziando a leggere un romanzo erotico è proprio il sesso, e generalmente non ne sono mai stata infastidita. Insomma, ho letto anch'io le "Cinquanta sfumature"e ho letto anche la "This man trilogy", ma a mio avviso qui si rasenta il ridicolo.
Anche in questo secondo romanzo la narrazione è a pov alterni, e a mio avviso gli unici che si salvano appena sono i capitoli narrati dal pov di Jonas.
Jonas ha sofferto nella sua vita, il dramma che ha vissuto quando da bambino è morta sua madre ha lasciato indelebili cicatrici sul suo cuore, sulla sua pelle e nella sua anima. Cicatrici che non sono affatto rimarginate, ma che sono pronte a tornare a sanguinare con prepotenza ora che il Club minaccia l’incolumità della sua Sarah.
Se l’autrice si fosse soffermata maggiormente su questi aspetti, e ci avesse svelato più verità nascoste che riguardano Jonas e il suo passato, il romanzo avrebbe subito una piega totalmente differente e sarebbe stato a mio avviso decisamente interessante, e probabilmente si sarebbe meritato la piena sufficienza. Ma purtroppo così non è stato.
I capitoli narrati dal pov di Sarah mi hanno decisamente rovinato la lettura.
Perché vi state chiedendo?
Ve lo spiego subito.
Sarah in questo secondo capitolo si trasforma in una gatta in calore della peggior specie.
Sarah è perennemente eccitata.
Sarah è costantemente arrapata.
Sarah pensa solo ed unicamente a come farsi scopare da Jonas (susate il linguaggio, ma ho bandito dal blog la finezza... parolaccia libera ragazzi!), in tutti i luoghi in tutti i laghi in tutto il mondo e l'universo, per dirla come Valerio Scanu (giuro, non sono una sua fan, ma la citazione mi sembrava appropriata!)
Scordatevi della Sarah che avete conosciuto nel primo romanzo della serie, non c’è più traccia di quella ragazza testarda, perché è stata sostituita da una ragazza ninfomane che si fa chiamare Orgasma La Super Eroina. Sì, avete letto bene, e ve lo ripeto perchè a me fa sbellicare dal ridere: ORGASMA LA SUPER EROINA (WTF, Seriously?), non sto scherzando questo è proprio il suo soprannome – e a questo punto della storia non sapevo se ridere, piangere o defenestrare il mio amato Kindle. Be tranquilli, il mio kindle, fidato compagno di avventure, è ancora con me e io ho preferito farmi una grossa risata!
A Sarah non le importa se un Club super-mega segretissimo ha sfasciato il suo appartamento e quello della sua migliore amica. Non le interessa se strani individui vestiti di nero la seguono in ogni dove. Lei ha solo due cose in mente: il sesso e il numero di orgasmi che Jonas è in grado di procurarle. Perchè Orgasma La Super Eroina non può più farne a meno. Imbarazzante!
Per tutti i suoi 20/24 anni – non ricordo quanti anni ha con esattezza – Orgasma (sì d'ora in poi la chiamerò così) non aveva mai provato un orgasmo in vita sua ed era fermamente convinta di appartenere allo sfortunato 10% di donne incapaci di provare piacere sessuale, e sono certa che ricorderete che Jonas aveva preso così a cuore la sua causa dandosi un gran da fare per “sbloccarla” promettendole che l’avrebbe fatta urlare come una scimmia urlatrice. Missione compiuta Jonas! Anche se credo che in questo caso specifico la mutazione genetica sia andata lievemente oltre alle aspettative, perché da scimmia urlatrice la nostra protagonista si è trasformata in una scimmia bonobo dal culo rosso che pensa di risolvere ogni problema del mondo facendosi una sana scopata.
Tutto ciò è stato terribilmente sfiancante, mi sono trovata a saltare decine di pagine che spiegavano come Orgasma raggiungesse il fatidico momento del climax, insomma una noia mortale per farla molto breve!
Onestamente non credo ci sia molto altro da aggiungere sulla trama, quindi, le mie ultime considerazioni vanno sul finale. Come vi ho detto poco più su, sul finale – e per finale intendo proprio le ultime 5/6 pagine – si è lievemente risollevato e il romanzo termina con un grosso cliffhanger che ammetto mi ha incuriosita parecchio. Vi state domandando se leggerò anche il terzo capitolo? Oddio non lo so. Dopo la pessima esperienza con Orgasma La Super Eroina dovrei rispondere con un megagalattico "NO!" alla domanda, ma sono curiosa per natura quindi c’è la possibilità che dia una seconda possibilità a questa serie nella speranza di ritrovare quella Rowe che ho conosciuto nel primo libro della serie.
E spero davvero di aver maggiore fortuna con il terzo della serie.

I capitoli narrati dal pov di Sarah mi hanno decisamente rovinato la lettura.
Perché vi state chiedendo?
Ve lo spiego subito.
Sarah in questo secondo capitolo si trasforma in una gatta in calore della peggior specie.
Sarah è perennemente eccitata.
Sarah è costantemente arrapata.
Sarah pensa solo ed unicamente a come farsi scopare da Jonas (susate il linguaggio, ma ho bandito dal blog la finezza... parolaccia libera ragazzi!), in tutti i luoghi in tutti i laghi in tutto il mondo e l'universo, per dirla come Valerio Scanu (giuro, non sono una sua fan, ma la citazione mi sembrava appropriata!)
Scordatevi della Sarah che avete conosciuto nel primo romanzo della serie, non c’è più traccia di quella ragazza testarda, perché è stata sostituita da una ragazza ninfomane che si fa chiamare Orgasma La Super Eroina. Sì, avete letto bene, e ve lo ripeto perchè a me fa sbellicare dal ridere: ORGASMA LA SUPER EROINA (WTF, Seriously?), non sto scherzando questo è proprio il suo soprannome – e a questo punto della storia non sapevo se ridere, piangere o defenestrare il mio amato Kindle. Be tranquilli, il mio kindle, fidato compagno di avventure, è ancora con me e io ho preferito farmi una grossa risata!
A Sarah non le importa se un Club super-mega segretissimo ha sfasciato il suo appartamento e quello della sua migliore amica. Non le interessa se strani individui vestiti di nero la seguono in ogni dove. Lei ha solo due cose in mente: il sesso e il numero di orgasmi che Jonas è in grado di procurarle. Perchè Orgasma La Super Eroina non può più farne a meno. Imbarazzante!
Per tutti i suoi 20/24 anni – non ricordo quanti anni ha con esattezza – Orgasma (sì d'ora in poi la chiamerò così) non aveva mai provato un orgasmo in vita sua ed era fermamente convinta di appartenere allo sfortunato 10% di donne incapaci di provare piacere sessuale, e sono certa che ricorderete che Jonas aveva preso così a cuore la sua causa dandosi un gran da fare per “sbloccarla” promettendole che l’avrebbe fatta urlare come una scimmia urlatrice. Missione compiuta Jonas! Anche se credo che in questo caso specifico la mutazione genetica sia andata lievemente oltre alle aspettative, perché da scimmia urlatrice la nostra protagonista si è trasformata in una scimmia bonobo dal culo rosso che pensa di risolvere ogni problema del mondo facendosi una sana scopata.
Tutto ciò è stato terribilmente sfiancante, mi sono trovata a saltare decine di pagine che spiegavano come Orgasma raggiungesse il fatidico momento del climax, insomma una noia mortale per farla molto breve!
Onestamente non credo ci sia molto altro da aggiungere sulla trama, quindi, le mie ultime considerazioni vanno sul finale. Come vi ho detto poco più su, sul finale – e per finale intendo proprio le ultime 5/6 pagine – si è lievemente risollevato e il romanzo termina con un grosso cliffhanger che ammetto mi ha incuriosita parecchio. Vi state domandando se leggerò anche il terzo capitolo? Oddio non lo so. Dopo la pessima esperienza con Orgasma La Super Eroina dovrei rispondere con un megagalattico "NO!" alla domanda, ma sono curiosa per natura quindi c’è la possibilità che dia una seconda possibilità a questa serie nella speranza di ritrovare quella Rowe che ho conosciuto nel primo libro della serie.
E spero davvero di aver maggiore fortuna con il terzo della serie.

Meine Güte, Jonas ist echt anstrengend. Und Sarah hat auch so ihre Macken, die dazu führen, dass sie für mich persönlich als Charakter immer weniger passt.
Die Story ist mal wieder ein für diese Art von Buch typisches Labyrinth aus "Gott, er/sie ist ja sooo heiß. Aber so dominant, das passt mir eigentlich nicht, aber irgendwie isses auch heiß. Oh, ein Orgasmus - das muss die wahre Liebe sein!" und dem üblichen Drama (ja, ihr fragt euch zurecht, warum ich immer wieder solche Bücher in die Hand nehme, wenn ich das nicht mag. Ich weiß es ja selbst nicht.). Die Story um den Club macht es noch halbwegs spannend, wobei ja nicht allzu viel passiert, was das betrifft. Das Ende... Ich weiß ja, dass nichts allzu Schlimmes passieren kann, deswegen lässt mich das relativ kalt, es dürfte nur interessant werden, wie sich das auf die Charakterentwicklung bei Jonas und Sarah mit ihren Traumaerfahrungen auswirkt. Vielleicht verarbeiten sie ja endlich mal was und werden umgänglicher.

Madness...
Aaaah canım Jonas! Özlemişim seni dostum! Serinin ikinci kitabını okumak için üçü beklemiştim ama araya bir dünya kitap girmişti okuyamamıştım. Geçenlerde elim gitti sonunda. Diğer yorumlara bakınca "serinin ara kitabı, beklentiyi çok yükseltmeyin, üç çok daha iyi" falan dediklerini görmüştüm, bir geçiş kitabı işte diye başladım ama kitap bildiğiz iyi! Ben ilk kitabı da çok beğenmiştim zaten. Gerek karakterleri, gerek konusu, gerek kurgusu ayarında bir kitaptı. Bu kitap da aynı şekilde iyiydi. Ha ilk kitaptaki Kulüp ekşını yerine daha duygu yoğunlukluydu belki. Ama bence o kısımlar çok güzeldi. Her iki karakterin de gözünden okuyor oluşumuz, duygularından bahsedebilen, konuşan bir çift görmemiz, arka planda bir ekşının olması falan işte tam benim bir kitaptan beklediğim şeyler :D
Kitap ilk kitapta bıraktığımız yerden devam ediyor. Kulüp Sarah'nın olayı çözmesi üzerine taarruza geçmiş, Jonas ise güzel kayıt asistanını korumak için dünyaları göze alıyor <3 Jonas Sarah'ı sevdiğinin farkında, bunu ona söylemek istiyor ama söylemiyor bir türlü, neden olduğunu kendisi de çözemiyor. Sarah ise duygularından emin, Jonas'ı seviyor Jonas'ın da kendi dilinde onu sevdiğini söylediğini biliyor. Gereksiz yanlış anlaşılmalar yok, düşünebilen bir kadın, sevebilen bir erkek var. Zaten bu yüzden seviyorum bu seriyi.
Ama bu kitap çok heyecanlı bir noktada bitti. Hemen devam kitabına başlamam lazım! Belki tahmin edebileceğimiz bir sondu kitaptaki ama işte devam kitabını okuyup Kulüp'e olacakları, Sarah ve Jonas'ın Kulüp'ü mahvedişin hangi noktasında olacağını öğrenmem gerek :D
P.S. Kitabın kapağı değişecekmiş. Cidden çok iyi olur. Bu kitap çünkü töbe estağfurullah bir şey :D

Reclamation picks right up where The Club left off, it's like you just turned another page. Jonas & Sarah are no longer chilling in the treehouse in Belize with the howler monkeys. They came back to the states to find their lives in chaos. Jonas calls his twin brother, Josh, and tells him to come, NOW. They huddle up and make plans. Jonas is trying to play big-bad-protective-sexy-boyfriend and is determined to keep Sarah safe, and uninformed for her own protection. Well, Sarah doesn't play that way. She gets her bada$$ on and lets him know that is not an option. Playboy Josh meets Party-girl Kat and sparks fly...hmmm. They are attracted to each other, but no cigar...yet. Even though Jonas shared some of his demons with Sarah while they were in their jungle paradise, he kept a few secrets to himself. As much as she wants him to admit he loves her and to share his past, he is holding out on her. Unfortunately that's not working so well for Sarah, because as she says, "When one person keeps secrets, the other person fills in the dark spaces with their fears and insecurities". Now that Sarah has been 'unlocked' the passion is flowing non-stop and everybody better get out, or stay and watch and/or listen, because they cannot get enough of each other and they learned a few things from the howler monkeys. "Holy Fornication, Batman!" So, not only are they dealing with their overflowing feelings for each other, that they won't say out loud, they are dealing with The Club that feels threatened and are lurking in the background ready to pounce. THE END. Yup, we get left hanging again, but it's only a delicious delay, there is more to come and it's gonna be good. The line forms behind me...

This book had 2 stars right up until the last chapter. I don't know if it really deserved that 3rd star but the event that happened at the end was unexpected and needed to make this book better and a bit more interesting. Otherwise it was a boring basic romance book where each of the love interests were both utterly beautiful/handsome. One or both are screwed individuals with something horrible that happens in the younger life. Ii's like they have this formula and they stick to it.
I loved the first series I read from Lauren Rowe. It was fun to read, it was exciting and each of the characters were interesting and I loved the interaction with the family members. Each one of the books in the Morgan series made me laugh and the troubles each couple had were realistic and interesting. Kat makes her appearance in this book (from the Morgan series) but she isn't in the book all that much. Her sense of humor is the best and I can't wait until we get to her story. I need to look up and see if this is Lauren Rowe's first books because they feel like they might be written from someone newer. In the other books I like Jonas and Sarah. So glad I read that other series first or I would dislike this sappy boring couple so much. I have 2 more books in this series and I wish I were the type that could DNF a book or series but it would drive me nuts.

I just finished reading this book and I literally screamed (during my lunch in the cafeteria btw) so of course now everyone is looking at me like what is wrong with her lol! Lauren I swear my heart stopped! I’m on to the next book right now...I don’t think I can continue to work today until I find out what happens next! So I definitely loved this book!

Delusione! Terribile delusione! Ricordate il mio entusiasmo per Insieme per gioco ? Bene, cancellate e invertite tutto quello che ho detto. Questo secondo capitolo della serie The Club si è rivelato una totale e bruciante delusione, un erotico come ce ne sono tanti e che, onestamente, non mi piacciono per nulla.
Se nel primo avevo apprezzato la caratterizzazione dei personaggi e l'originalità dei dialoghi, con citazioni filosofiche e divertenti schermaglie, nel secondo non ho trovato nulla di tutto ciò. Zero, nada, rien, nothing. La tristezza più completa.
Sarah e Jonas si sono trasformati da due creature senzienti e tridimensionali a due animali in calore con il solo pensiero di scopare in ogni momento e in ogni luogo. Una noia pazzesca. Se pensate che stia esagerando, ho le prove. Con il mio fantastico kindle, ho fatto una ricerca nel testo per vedere se era una mia impressione o davvero la varietà di linguaggio era imbarazzante. Il risultato? Non era una mia impressione: 88 ricorrenze del verbo eccitare e 64 del verbo scopare. In un libro di 219 pagine, vi pare poco?
Lo spessore psicologico che avevo tanto decantato è diventato pari a quello di una sottiletta kraft rachitica, limitandosi a sporadiche comparse, quando Jonas si interroga sulla sua incapacità di dire a Sarah che la ama. Che noia!
Vogliamo poi parlare delle parentesi? Sono in ogni dove. Era una dannata invasione di parentesi, e anche di qualche trattino. Perché sì, forse per depistare il lettore, a volte hanno usato le parentesi e a volte le lineete. Olè! Ad un certo punto ho avuto il dubbio di aver letto il primo romanzo sotto l'effetto di sostanze stupefacenti, perché la differenza è abissale, ma poi mi si è illuminata la lampadina. Possibile che la traduzione fosse stata fatta da un'altra persona? Ebbene sì! Vi confermo che ho controllato e i nomi delle traduttrici sono diversi. Attenzione... non sto dicendo che sia colpa della traduttrice, ma di sicuro qualche sinonimo in più e qualche parentesi in meno non ci sarebbero stati male.
Insomma, la vicenda si trascina lenta, tra un sessantanove a cascata e una sveltina nei bagni lerci di un pub, arrivando a un finale che risolleva leggermente le sorti della storia, ma che non è abbastanza. Per quanto mi riguarda, la storia di Sarah e Jonas si conclude su un taxi, mentre stanno tornando dal Belize, e non di certo nei bagni dell'università di giurisprudenza di Seattle.<
Per carità, se amate gli erotici, è il romanzo che fa per voi. Ma se volete leggere qualcosina di più dei vaneggiamenti ormonali dei protagonisti, girategli alla larga, non vi troverete molto altro.

Gah! That cliffhanger!
Well, this definitely read like the middle book in a trilogy. We're given a little more insight into Jonas...but not everything. We learn a little more about The Club...but not too much. I. WANT. ANSWERS.
I still enjoyed Jonas and Sarah's chemistry and liked the possibility of Josh and Kat. The humor seemed a little more forced in this one, but was still laugh-out-loud funny at times.
Jonas fucked me so well in Belize, a howler monkey outside our tree house lit a cigarette.
I love Sarah's strength and independence - I really feel that she's strong enough to help Jonas through all of his crap!

Non c'è nulla da fare quando inizio una serie e già dal primo volume rimango conquistata solitamente amerò tutta la serie... È stato così per Jonas e Sarah, mi sono subito piaciuti, soprattutto il personaggio di Jonas, innamorato, insicuro ma determinato a proteggere la sua amata da tutto e tutti. I dialoghi interiori dei due personaggi sono ironici ma anche teneri... Jonas deve combattere la battaglia più grande con se stesso per sconfiggere le sue paure e donarsi completamente a Sarah... Suspence non manca e colpo di scena finale....lo consigliooooooo!

Le vicende di Jonas e Sarah continuano, e anche questa volta la Rowe ci è piaciuta abbastanza.
Sicuramente sa come accattivarsi il pubblico e rendere scorrevole la narrazione. Bellissimi alcune scene un po' fiacche altre ma nel complesso il tutto molto piacevole.
Vengono approfonditi i personaggi anche se non in maniera del tutto soddisfacente, ma che volete ci aspetta un altro volume.
Presente naturalmente un cliffhanger che ci farà avventare sul prossimo volume.
Le vicende di Jonas e Sarah continuano, e anche questa volta la Rowe ci è piaciuta abbastanza.

Thankfully the final book comes out next week!! This one was more emotional than the first book. Still just as sexy with more suspenseful elements because of the plot. I will be reading book #3 next week!!

The second book, it was more of a relationship
building between Jonas and Sarah. A lot of steamy sex and working through each of their issues but mainly Jonas’s, but no real direction of the story until the very end. Books that are solely character building with hardly any plot movement get on my nerves. Especially when they are in a trilogy like this. I feel it is just added fluff to bilk more money from the readers. I loved Captain and was looking forward to reading this whole series, but after realizing the format, I don’t think I will finish. I have already started book 3, and I just feel like the entire series could have been compressed into one book, maybe two. Sigh.
Overall, the Reclamation: The Club Trilogy, Book 2 is full of steam and character development but not a lot else, but it was still very enjoyable.

Part of the reason I was hesitant to pick up any of Lauren Rowe’s trilogy series was because trilogies on the same couple tend to have unnecessary, angsty drama. In this series, the conflict is definitely more external, which I liked.
Jonas and Sarah had to work through their issues, but most were insecurities or hang ups from their past.
The only other negative to trilogies is all the books run together in my head and so even though I only finished it a few days ago I can’t remember what happened in book 2 v 3.
